I purchased my Wifes purse in part because the customer service was supposed to be the best. However, my recent experience has shown me otherwise. The zipper pull on her purse broke after years of use so I checked online and they said they repair zippers at the store. When I got there they wanted to ship it off, and I said no b/c it only needs a new zipper pull clipped on. I was told that the person who does that was off that day so I asked if anyone else could clip the zipper pull on and they said no. I asked them if they had the zipper pull and I would just clip it on, and they said they didnt. They took my contact information and I was told the person would contact me the next day to see if they can repair it at the store. I asked them why they wouldnt be able to repair it at the store when it only needed a sipper pull clipped on and their website said they repair zippers at the store. They said because they dont repair all zipper issues at the store. Its been almost two weeks now, and no one has contacted me. My experience was disappointing to say the least. If you are thinking about buying their products, I would suggest taking this into consideration.
Love Danielle! Never had good experiences in this store and avoided coming in due to. BUT met Danielle two weeks ago and she is extremely sweet and helpful. She has kept in great communication with me for future purchases of what I’m looking for.
Several years ago I came here and had a lukewarm experience at best, so I haven’t bothered to visit the store again until yesterday. My experience this time was so much better. Meron is absolutely amazing! So personable, helpful, kind, and funny. She took the time to show me everything I wanted to see and more. I only went in to browse and didn’t particularly plan on purchasing anything, but I walked out with a purse and a matching wallet. I felt good walking out my purchases because I had such a pleasant experience. Meron even gave me and my mom, who was with me, some perfume samples. I will definitely be back to see her!
This storefront gives a bad name to the brand. The customer service was awful, and I felt like I was being disregarded and provided with subpar service. Management would not allow me to return a scarf the last day of its return period despite it being untouched: I purchased it for a loved one who passed away before I could give it to them. I drove 2 hours to this store and confirmed with management, prior to departing 2 days ahead of time, about making this return. All so an SA could deny me the return and claim that the item was used…—>What’s more appalling was the lack of business sense to make a return on something so lower in value than the wallet and crossbody I wanted to purchase that day anyways?! Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and I highly recommend visiting a different boutique in Florida if you can.
I saw an employee cough on a bag and hand it to a customer without saying anything. There was also a cockroach darting around the showroom, which an employee saw and did nothing about. Disgusting place!

Riva is absolutely amazing! The bag I wanted for my vacation was very hard to get ahold of. At one point, I thought for sure I wasn’t going to be able to get one at all. But Riva came through and got it in for me the day before vaca!

Went in to the Jacksonville Town Center store on the hunt for a beautiful pair of LV wonderland ranger boots. Since they didnt have my size in stock, the sales lady suggested ordering them and having them shipped to my house. They showed up 6 days later, and still didnt fit. I was so bummed! The following weekend (I live an hour away) we drove up to the store to do an exchange for another bigger size. Once getting into the store, I tried on the correct size while they were inspecting the boots I was returning. The sales rep came up to me and said Unfortunately were not able to take the boots back on an exchange, those boots are damaged. My jaw hit the floor!!! After spending this much money on a pair of boots, that dont fit, they treated me like Im trying to cheat them by returning damaged boots!?! I never wore the boots, only tried them on once when they showed up, and put them right back in the box. She then proceeded to pointed out a small corner on one of the boots back heels, it was slightly rounded on the sharp outer edge of the soul. Almost like the souls corner were rubbed against carpet. I told the sales rep she needs to find out where they were shipped from then, because they dont even fit my feet, I didnt cause ANY damage to those boots. I also asked her to find a manager before I caused a scene, because I was seriously offended at this point, my blood was boiling. A few minutes later the manager came out and said they would approve the exchange, and admitted to me that the boots were shipped from another store, not the manufacturer. Probably the pair being used to try that specific size at that other store. So she said since they couldnt prove I was the one to cause the damage, they allowed me to leave with boots that actually fit me feet. Lucky me. NEVER AGAIN
I was apprehensive about going in given the reviews. I had never shopped at Louis Vitton before and wanted to look around. Meron could not have been any more lovely. She was patient showing my husband I bag after bag. Answering all our questions and giving us some interesting Louis history. She never once made us feel out of place or like we couldnt afford the more high end bags we asked to see. It was an all around wonderful experience and LV and Meron have gained a lifetime customer.
First greeting was nice, but then just creepy and its covid, please dont step in my face and come closer everytime I take a step back. Respect my space! Then we went and looked around and we were followed through the whole store by one of the men working there, as if we wouldnt notice. I felt so uncomfortable that we left without even getting the bag I have been wanting so badly. Just because I dont come in with a LV doesnt mean I cant afford an LV. Its not my everyday bag choice!
Louisvitton I am Very disappointed that I couldnt receive help from your reps for my broken sunglass. They were well over $600. First you were out of stock of the shades I wanted so the rep ordered a pair, which shipped to me just outside of your return policy window. The ones I received did not fit like the ones in the store, they kept slipping off of my face. The glasses sent must have been damaged already because these broke right on my face. It could have injured by eyes! I am fortunate it only gave me light scratches. I went into the store, explained what happened. The rep took my glasses, shipped them to a repair center, and that was that. A few weeks later I get a call saying my glasses cannot be fixed and instead they disassembled the whole sunglass and said I have to buy a new one! You should stand behind your workmanship that you made and sent me a faulty product. I am truly disappointed because in my 10 years of buying products this is the absolute worst customer service I have received.

Customer service seems to be a big issue for LV. Purchased a bag for my wife which turned out to be damaged. Returned it for a different bag that was not in stock and was told 3-5 business days for it to be delivered to the store. Its been 7 business days with no follow up from the store. After contacting the LV customer service call center, they cannot find the order. For the money and level of service provided, youre better of going to a competitor that has some sense of pride in their products.
The gentleman that helped me was friendly. The line was not that long. They did not have the things I really wanted but I still made a purchase.
I wish I could give them 0 stars as well. I was greeted with warm smiles when I first walked in, but when I walked over to the perfume section. This one rep wouldn’t leave me alone. She just stood there and watched me. I felt like I was being rushed to leave. Mind you, I told her I was here to take my time and smell the fragrances, so I can decide which one I want. She rudely kept coming over and saying you can just take the samples and smell them at home. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever received. Shame on you LV, treat everyone with respect.
I went in to address an issue with the quality of a bag I bought. The person I spoke with, Caleb or Cameron I think, was not very helpful. He sent pictures to the service/repairs and was supposed to get back to me but never did. Honestly, when you spend 1700 on a bag, you’d expect much better customer service.
Terrible experience! My bag had damaged on hardware when I opened it on Christmas morning, so I went the following week to exchange it. The bag was out of stock in store, so the sales associate requested it to have another shipped to the store for me to pick up. They advised it would be 3-5 business days for the bag to come in and they would call or text me to pick up. It is now outside of the window so I attempted to follow-up via text and phone with my direct sales point of contact and no response or update. I spoke to corporate LV just to get a status update on where the bag might be and they do not see a record of it and they requested me to call the sales point of contact back. I luckily have gotten into contact with another sales rep. from corporate LV that is willing to help track and find a solution for me. Its extremely disappointing that this should be a white glove service for a 3K bag.
Today is my Birthday an my brother took me too the store to purchase me a bag. Upon arriving i was so excited. However it quickly turned terrible. My brother was accused of taking a key chain. He was asked to empty his pockets which he did an no key chain was found. My daughter walked over to advise me of what happened while I was shopping for my bag. Guess what my lou bag experience was over. I immediately asked for the security officer involved as well as manger. It took 5-7 minutes for the security officer to return out the back which he didnt have an answer for his actions. I asked to see this so called tape.. If it was true then they would have called the police. The manger (refused to give her name) lied an said she needs to investigate because she didnt know what happened...all was a lie. Why cant someone of colored be treated the sames as other people off color? Im disappointed an my birthday gift was ruined..Thank you too staff of louis vutton . You made thus a birthday I will never forget.. By the way if your wandering yes this made me come out of character in the store ...we have never been so embarrassed by this false acusation... I hope these rep of Louis vutton are not allowed to spoil a special day from anyone else.
Hope they will get more inventory which is always the case with designer stores in jax. They mostly send us the rejects or sparse inventory and when the sales are low they say jacksonville is a bad market when we really just want a good inventory to choose ftom

Went Sunday and had an amazing time. Right when we walked in the door we were treated like royalty. Taylor and Jaz were amazing and spent hours helping us.They even let my daughter act liked she worked there and were very sweet to her and us while we shopped. Have visited other LV stores and this was by far the Best experience I have had in one. I was returning an item and had no difficulties what so ever. The champagne was amazing and the whole experience was AWESOME! This was worth the 4 hour drive
Spent almost 2k on a purse for my wife. She’s had it for a year and uses it occasionally. The canvas on the bag has cracked and the store as well as Louis Vuitton is unwilling to do anything about it. You’re better off buying the knock off since they last the same amount of time.
Buyer BEWARE! Stick to the online store! This place is a nightmare to do business with. I’ve purchased quite a bit from this location and came back for a Christmas purchase for my girlfriend. I purchased a belt in the wrong size and expressed my concern to the sales rep prior to purchasing that I wasn’t sure if I knew the right size to get. The sales rep said, “That’s absolutely fine. She can come in within 30 days and exchange it for the right size if it is incorrect.” I proceeded to purchase the belt. It was brought out already in the bag and box. I was only shown the display model and never put eyes on the exact belt I was purchasing. My girlfriend found the LV logo chipped upon opening the box. And after 20 or 30 minutes of wearing/determining if it was the right size, she boxed it back up and we took it back for an exchange as I told was possible. Immediately upon return, the initial sales rep looked at the belt for a quick moment and said that we couldn’t exchange it because it was already worn and a used item. Not exactly sure how someone can try and item on and it be determined used if your return policy is in place for this exact reason. Good luck buying a gift from this store, you’re running a bad gamble here. The store manager came over and cut my girlfriend off during her explanation by saying, “Your attitude will not get you what you want...you were not present when he purchased the belt, you don’t know what was said....well I sure was!Granted she was only frustrated as we were lied to by a sales rep that was solely out for commission at the expense of being transparent with the customer. Sales rep name is Jonquil. Especially avoid this one. The Store Manager as well. LV corporate goes on the Store Manager’s discretion regarding returns and this place isn’t trust worthy to spend on luxury items. The customer service will not match what you’ve spent after you give them your hard-earned money. Shame.

Customer Service could not have been WORSE! I was in there a little over 30 days ago and bought a purse for over $3,000! It was a mothers day gift and one that I had wanted for quite a long time!! I had a specific style in mind and when discussing with the sales associate she talked me into the newest model which was quite a bit more money, but I bought it anyway. I used the purse 1 time and really did not like it. It was an open concept - no zipper or closure and not comfortable to hold in my hand or over my shoulder. I went back to the store today to exchange it and the store manager was incredibly RUDE! She said because it was 5 days over the 30 day policy she would not allow me to exchange the bag. I explained to her that I understood the policy, however I was unable to bring it back sooner (was out of the country for 2 weeks ) and it had only been used 1 time for a 2 hour period. it was in PERFECT condition. She refused to allow me to exchange the bag, but what was worse was her attitude. Very poor customer service for a very expensive product. I will never purchase a LV bag again and instead find a Company that appreciates my business. Chanel, Gucci, Dior... here I come!

This is the worst Louis Vuitton location I’ve ever been to. They were all very judgemental. The security guard kept asking me and my friends if we were waiting on somebody. Very unprofessional. Nobody greeted us either because we don’t look like the type who would buy their expensive product.

The best! Every time I go to Louis Vuitton they always make me feel like family. I know that they never have a sale but Im okay with that because it means that the bags hold their value. I have purchased a few things for my wife and my wife as purchased many things for herself. Sometimes we will sell one of the bags for around the same price that we paid for it and purchase something different. The Louis Vuitton store in Jacksonville is very special. We recently had one of the employees actually send something to us because we had a little baby boy. They really are special at the store:-)

Would never come back. The sales lady tried to scam me. I bought an expensive bag as a gift but wanted to return it after two weeks and get something else, the sales lady told me there was this small mark on the strap n that it was not in perfect condition so I could not return it. I literally opened the the box once and then put the bag back and never even touched it but they were saying it was used. After some time and seeing that I was upset they finally return my money to my credit card. Would never come here again. Terrible customer service.

I HIGHLY recommend NEVER coming to this store, but instead shopping online. My boyfriend purchased a belt for me for Christmas, and when I recieved it on Christmas, it turned out to be a bit too small. Mind you, he didnt know my exact waist size. The snake of a sales lady, Jonquil Glorioso-Dinardo, NEVER mentioned anything about NOT wearing the belt before exchanging it, or it being in perfect condition, to exchange it. And to be quite frank, the belt COULD HAVE even been slightly bent WHEN he purchased it... It also even had a chip off of the gold part of the buckle, which I definitely did not do in the half hour that I wore it, seeing if it fit. I was wary about carrying it into the store because of the known crime around the city, so I wore it in the store, too. I came in and tried to exchange it, and the associate told me I could not exchange it. So of course I ask for the manager, being as that Ms Jonquil ONLY said that we had to exchange it in 30 days. The manager IMMEDIATELY had an attitude with me, was not understanding at all.... never tried to even talk to me like an adult. I truly felt as though I was treated like a child. I told her, too, that I was upset that I was gifted a belt from my man and then could not exchange it because he had no idea what my belt size was, especially since this was my first belt. She had an attitude the whole time, even from the start. I felt she was highly rude, and for the money that my boyfriend had spent on not only a belt but also a BAG, I felt it was some of the WORST customer service I had ever received. And its not even about the fact that he spent THOUSANDS at that store, and also that he has Louis Vuitton items himself, but for the money that youre spending here, I definitely did not get the respect and customer service I deserved. I HONESTLY get MUCH better customer service at Target, Tiffany, Lush, Hyundai, Toyota, even..... I was highly disappointed in this store. And it even seems as though other people have had a bad experience at this store, as well. So just stay away... order online. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE.Edit: I do believe the way we were treated is partially because of how young we are... so theres that. (We are both in our early 20s. I wish there is a option to choose zero star rating. Louis Vuitton has the worst customer service and their employees are full of arrogance & attitude.I called multiple time to resolve the duplicate charges they have made on my credit card and till today they havent resolved it yet. everytime i call, they give me the ticket number but there is no progress on the resolution. My card was overcharged by $679.45 on January 2nd 2020 and today is February 16th 2020 still no refund. Louis Vuitton is heading to low heights.

Terrible customer service. We waited for SO long to be helped and after coming up to two different girls they said they were “too busy.” So we kept waiting. New people walked in and they went and helped them walking past us and ignoring us. I’m not sure if it was because we didn’t look the part or what. We finally came up to Mio who was super sweet and able to help. We bought what we wanted and left.

Double V had the wrong price in it. Called corporate in Dallas. They wrote up a receipt for the price on the ticket in the purse. Never got it sent. Another corporate manager said she would take care of it. Never heard back. Not only were the jax employees fraudsters, but such a reputable company should honor their mistake. I will start buying Gucci or Hermes now.
My daughter and I had the opportunity to visit this LV store last weekend and we were very unhappy with the level of customer service received. As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted by a white male in a nonprofessional tone. Then he followed us the entire time, I mean right over our shoulder with no breathing room. I love Louis Vuitton, however, the last time i came in i was very disappointed. I hate to see the same purse by everyone in the city, I knew what i wanted and was told the Alma Epi Leather MM was discontinued as well as any other Alma MM. This item has always had very low stock so i called customer service and they stated it had not been discontinued. So now i have to order what i want in Damier from New York and pay shipping! You can go there if you do not value and respect yourself, and you are ok dealing with insults. I bought a $600 piece of accessory, and the case was damaged, I went back and told them, the lady said: well it is normal, leather cases get damaged, since it is leather, it is damaged. I told her that when you pay that much money you expect at least a brand new case, not a damaged one, so she changed it for me and gave me another damaged case that i found out later on.Anyway, all those people act like they want to get rid of you as soon as possible, I said Hi to a guy in front of the door when i entered the store, HE DIDNT ANSWER ME BACK, and he looked into my eyes and did not answer me, he instead went in front of mirror and started checking himself out, looking at his ugly body, he was probably thinking he is so cool.Are you not a respected person, then go there, but if you dont want to be treated like Sh** then I would suggest you to stay away from these guys.
Just received the best birthday surprise ever... the Neverfull MM! My daughter and hubby drove 6 hours round trip, in one day, for the purse Ive been eyeing for months. My 12 year old daughter worked with Renna to select the perfect birthday gift for me. Thank you, Renna, for being so patient and helpful with my family. Im actually going back this weekend to get it monogrammed. SO HAPPY!!!

This place is rediculous!! Ive tried calling that store for 3 days straight and nobody EVER picks the phone up!!!! On hold for 25 plus minutes each time! Im trying to purchase a 3,000 dollar bag! I can see if I was calling the dollar store. I give up Ill call the Orlando store. Smh
