I called for an estimate, and the gentleman talked me through how to fix it! He recommended not coming in and paying him for it. I do appreciate the honesty of this place so far. Most others told me bring it in and told me not to ask questions
Updated: 190812; This place gives first class customer service. I had a Hustler mower that broke a couple of brackets, with less that 130 hours on the mower. I was asked to bring in the mower, with the receipt showing when/where purchased. I also was asked to place a $50.00 deductible for the mechanics time, if it was not covered by warranty. I was then told they would call me after they confirmed the work would be covered under the remaining warranty and then begin the work to repair the mower once parts were received. I was also told the work could take a couple of weeks, due to them being about a week behind with all the other work they had in the shop. Kathy at the service desk provided first class service and kept me informed the entire time they had my mower with a couple of phone calls to keep me updated and then again when my mower was ready for pickup. The $50.00 was refunded when I picked up my mower. Harry who works in the service area assisted with getting my mower loaded. Overall, would not hesitate to come here for service in the future and would recommend to all. Thanks again for the pleasant experience.Outstanding employee and customer support at the parts counter. This woman (Kathy) went out of her way to ensure that we had the correct parts for two different model year Hustler mowers. Even though they were about to close for the day. We bought 4 oil filters and 6 blades that day and ordered 2 transmission filters. I promptly received a call 2 days later when they came in. Great service with a smile.
