Location is hard to find just from driving by. Available products are nicely on display right at the sales building so customers can be safe. Prices anre quite pricey compared to other locations around town. Complimentary water is a bonus and the associates are very friendly and helpful.

We are very pleased with Stone Plus in regards to their price, customer service and quality of product. We used Eastern Sunrise stone for the front yard, edging around the house as well as pool deck. We created a home-made diagram to design our front yard landscape, which made the process easy to implement.We consistently receive compliments of the Eastern Sunrise stone!! I called to complain they reassured me that it was enough an their customer service was great. Once I moved my rocks to where I wanted them it was a perfect amount!! Went in to purchase river rock to be delivered. Very friendly staff. If you go in the office they do require a mask and sign says they will give you one if needed.

Not a nice experience, driving behind their truck and I got pelted with rocks from their truck. I had time to take a picture and call their office. It was a Saturday and the person answering said the boss would call me Monday. Monday the rude one called and said I had to prove the rocks came from that truck to my car. If they bounced on the ground then hit my car it’s not their problem. I should just file a claim with my insurance on my own since it’s not their responsibility. Nice?!?!

Not the best experience... Terrible customer service!!!I went there looking for rocks that I can paint on. Something about palm size and white in color. After the man tried to sell me about 4 different $40 bags plus rocks that were dark in color.. and I wouldnt budge on it, he suggested some rocks that were in the back. After being shown the rock pile in the back, I asked for something to gather up the rocks in. I was brought a bucket with a busted handle, told I couldnt keep the bucket and I had an hour to gather what I needed..then he walked away never to return. After 35 min of gathering rocks no one came to check in myself and my young daughter. Once finished I had to carry the bucket of rocks (an easy 40lbs) from the back of the lot to the front of the store. Once I made it inside to pay, the cashier had no idea of what I was purchasing. Once back outside I had to put the rocks one by one loosely into my trunk.. which rolled all around as I drove home.

Ive always enjoyed shopping at Stone Plus, and the employees go out of the way to be helpful. The landscaping of back yard garden now looks terrific!

I’ve used Stone Plus in Jax many times and always got great service. On Sept 2, 2019, they placed sand outside their gate for me so I can fill up my sand bags before Hurricane Dorian even thought they were closed. That’s customer service for you.Eddie

Great selection, quality product at reasonable price . Purchased the crimson red rock to replace all the mildewed mulch around our yard . it looks great and does not need to be replaced every 4-6 months like mulch . Adds a nice touch to the yard

In my opinion, they focus on relationships instead of the sale, which is what every successful business should concentrate on. Well they said they were going to call when the were coming. They called once they got there. So no one was there when they came. We asked that they wait til we got there in 15 minutes. Nope. They dumped the top soil half into the street and half on to the gravel where we would normally park. Im sure no one minded the road obstruction.The topsoil though is good quality.

You name it Stone Plus usually has it everything from different types of mulch, pavers, brick, stone, bed edging, and so much more. The good news is that prices are very competitive and the folks there are pretty helpful. They deliver for a charge. I think youll find many of the local area landscapers use Stone Plus.

Great selection, helpful sales staff and convenient delivery schedule. But thats just the good looking, front facing part if the operation! Behind the scenes it all falls apart quickly! Despite placing the order in person and providing very clear delivery instructions as to placement and offloading order of the 3 products......they failed on ALL points. Driver had mot evem been told I would not be home......bothered neighbors.....see original instructions! Pretty basic stuff so I was quite disappointed.

Wow!!. Incredibly friendly and helpful service! They are very good and gave us printed directions to other locations that we could get aquatic plants from for our Koi pond. We bought rocks for our pon and they loaded to the cart and in our sub. We will be going back as they have a huge selection of various different types of rocks.

Spent over $900 on stone and they didnt ring up a $22 edging. I noticed after items were delivered. They offered to replace the edging however I would have to pay an additional $22. This is not the way to conduct business after I spent that much money with them and it was their fault. I would try another location because they are not good with customer service.

I have done a gravel delivery transaction once in my life. The delivery was today and it was 5 cubic yards of white river rock and half a yard of (generic) grey gravel. The entire situation was smooth and seamless. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and did exactly what they were supposed to do. Everyone was also more than happy to assist me with information throughout the process. Even the delivery driver was great. It could not have gone any smoother.
