Great experience from the start. Alexandra met me and spent a lot of time telling me about different palm choices. I had several stores to still look at but her knowledge and price was good enough. Then at delivery Jake and two other friendly young men removed and saved a young tree in my yard before placing my new Sylvester palm in place. Boy they were quick. Afterwards Jake took time to explain everything about the care of my new palm. Being from Missouri I have no knowledge of Palms. I was extremely happy with my experience with Jax Palm Trees. When the day came, it was super rainy and ugly outside, so Jake and the guys had to wait until the weather improved before they could come out, but they didnt let us down and they brought our trees that afternoon and installed them. They have really nice palms. I have bought several palms here, and they are all beautiful and healthy. Jake, Christian, and the team have done a great job with installing and helping with questions, and the palm trees look great in the yard.

Jax Palms helped me set up my new house with 8 sabal palms (cabbage palms). I was set on the native palms, and they didnt overdo the upselling on exotic species like other nurseries did. They worked with me on my yard plan, and let me pick the trees I wanted. Their selection was good and healthy. During installation, they were pleasant and did the job right. They chatted with me about how to keep my palms and other of my yard plants healthy and happy. Most of my trees had to be dollied into tight spaces where the bobcat couldnt fit. A month later, and my trees are still looking good. Excited for them to fill in!

We recently purchased five Queen palms and one Sylvester palm from Jax Palms. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with them. Mike, Jake, Christian and Mike were all so knowledgeable and professional! We first met with Christian and he explained the planting process to us. He came to our home and assessed the spots we had chosen to plant our trees. We had some issues with a couple of the locations but Christian knew just who to call and we were able to rectify this, so the trees could be planted.We were very specific about how we wanted the Queen palms to look. There were two on the lot that we chose. Mike was able to get us three more beautiful Queens within the week. Once they were delivered to the lot, and we approved them, they were planted within days!The trees were quite large and needed to be installed with a bobcat. There was no damage to our sprinklers or our landscape lighting. Christian and Mike worked meticulously and precisely.The prices were great and the service was even better!! Thank you guys!!!

I went to numerous landscaping companies looking for the right palm. When I saw the Sylvester palm at JaxPalmTrees and then found out the cost of the tree which included delivery, installation and fertilizer I knew I was at the right place. It was clearly obvious Jake, Wade and Jacob are completely focused on delivering outstanding customer service. Other companies I visited were billing more for just the tree than JaxPalmTrees and then wanted to add nearly $250 more for the delivery, installation and fertilizer. Just had JAX Palm Trees put in some beautiful palms as I recently changed my landscaping, took down trees to replace with palms. I had been wanting to do this project for some time and am very glad I found JAX Palm Trees. I originally had gone to one of their competitors before I knew about JAX Palms & that co. wanted to charge me $250 just to come out and take a look at what I wanted to get done, thats where they lost me, I am not paying a co. for an estimate. Already charging me before I even hire them- no thanks!Did some more searching and thats when I discovered JAX Palms, its near the intersection of San Pablo & Atlantic Blvd heading to the beach before you get to the bridge, if not careful you could pass the place.I went in to check out what they had, prices etc. & thats when I met Jake, super helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of palms and how to care for them. It took a couple of weeks for HOA approval, tree removal and then the fun day arrived in which Jake, Mike & Christian came for the install.
