We had a wonderful experience during the purchase of our new 2021 Kia Forte. It’s been one week and we love it! Haven’t been to the gas station yet because of the awesome gas mileage. Randall Elly was our sales person and he did a great job explaining all the features of the vehicle and the process from start to finish was quick and painless. Randall was very professional and made sure we knew everything we needed to know and made sure we were comfortable with the choice we made. We will definitely return here should we decide to purchase another vehicle.

I purchased a new vehicle yesterday, 10/26, and my salesman - less of a salesman and more of a friend/professional car guru - Alec was incredible. He knew every feature on the vehicle I was interested in, demoed everything, was personable/not pushy, and it really made for the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had no expectation to walk out with a vehicle and was almost just looking for some pricing but, thankfully, Alec created a sense of urgency to act then. That call to action was well placed because as I began the process another customer really started considering the vehicle I ended up purchasing. The entire experience from the sale, insurance assistance, and financial depts were professional and all recommended valuable items and didnt just try to maximize on the sale. I walked out yesterday feeling like a winner and from now on I will choose Alec and Kia of Orange Park for my car needs.

As a woman buying a car can be an intimidating & scary experience. Not at Kia of OP. I had an absolutely amazing salesman, Matt. He was very attentive, knowledgeable & professional. He fulfilled all of my car “ hopes & dreams” and then some. He was very patient and helped me buy the perfect car!! Mr. Pete in finance was also amazing! He was very professional, explained every single document I signed & answered all of my questions with ease. Over all I would highly recommend Kia of OP - it was a very easy, comfortable & enjoyable experience!! Ask for Matt, he’s the BEST!!!

This is my closest Kia dealer but is a two hour round trip for me. Came in for two warranty/recall items and an oil change. Service took about two hours - 30 minutes or so longer than estimate. Waiting area was fine and had coffee and internet available.Constructive criticism: My experience would have been improved if the service dept had confirmed availability of parts for both repairs prior to scheduling my appointment; since they did not, I have another half day ahead of me to get this completed.

Weve been waiting for our tag for 2 months. We have been lied to REPEATEDLY and now we are stranded because our 2nd temporary tag expired and we STILL cant get a straight answer as to WHY we cant legally drive a car, on which weve already made 2 payments! If this is how they treat repeat business, they should be shut down!Im going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and am SERIOUSLY considering legal action. Dont trust Kia of Orange Park.?

I should have remembered the phrase buyer beware here.Buying a used car is a gamble, but I thought a dealership invested in the community would offer better quality and stand behind its sales. I didnt reach my first payment before I had a part fail and cause damage to the engine. My fault for trusting people.UPDATE- After my review posted the dealership did agree to pay for half of my repair costs. I was fortunate to have a saintly uncle that was equipped for the swap and awesome boss that let me borrow a company truck during the repairs. I appreciate the dealership meeting me halfway when they didnt have to.

I’ve never taken care of my cars all 21 years of my life but i got this Kia Cadenza and fell in love with her so i wanted to treat her good. I started coming to Kia of Orange Park and my last oil change/multipoint inspection was the best! Matt from service was super helpful and kind, he walked my through everything they were going to do and made me feel confident! Going into car dealerships as a female always make me feel uneasy but Matt definitely made me feel better, even if it was just for a routine check up!

I was left with a nasty oil leak after a 2 hour oil change appointment, stuff happens I get it. I called to have the issue addressed and was only offered an appointment a full week later. I asked to be contacted by management in hopes of getting the issue resolved sooner. Not feeling optimistic about management, I dug into the issue myself to find that the oil pan bolt was left loose which caused a leaked and soaked my underpanel. Its been two days since I requested a callback and I havent heard a word from the staff or management. Ill remove this review if I receive a partial refund for the oil change (leaked oil) and my underpanel/oil pan cover is replaced. Please dont reply with the generic We apologize stuff. Enough time was given to address this properly

Amazing place to go to when your looking to financing a new vehicle, do a quote online get approved, get your car. If your looking forward to sitting there and talking to someone go through Sylvester he will make sure your happy and satisfied with your visit. I know I was, I went there for my car and got me and my husband a new car. They have amazing customer service skills and never let you walk out of there without a vehicle, I recommend everyone I talk to that’s looking for a new car to them and I also tell them to go with Sylvester.

This is my second time going there. My first experience wasnt unpleasant despite my wait time. Today, Ive decided not to return for any services due to Alexs unprofessionalismn and lack of communication. Not only did I wait in the waiting room without any updates or communication for 3 hours but I got truly upset when I asked about updates and Alex said that he didnt know that I still wanted my car worked on. Upon handing over my car initially, I did inquire about my oil change since it was due for one next month (I was going to do both one time and done with it). Five minutes upon my arrival (9:25), I told him to not focus on the oil change; only the brakes. Ill work schedule for an oil change another day.How does this translate to not wanting my brakes fix? Why would I wait over 3 hours to not have anything done? After 1pm, when my car still wasnt being worked on I went to speak with the, Manger, who was busy at the time . I told Alex to bring my keys back and I will take my services elsewhere.I thank God for changing me, I was very polite and respectful.*The manager text back and offered rental car service while my car is worked on. I refused because I rather go to somewhere where I feel respected as a customer. (Any recommendations?)PS I only went to KIA to drop off another customers key that they left in my car. (Good thing I noticed it when I parked my car at home) They need to get it together.

Horrible customer svc, do not USE.... They take advantage of woman shopping alone. Randall act as if he is stupid once the sale is completed.I was sold a used car with 1 key, I asked for a 2nd key and was put off daily to only here it is up to the manager. If I was told that from the beginning the sale wouldnt have happened.5 days after getting the car, the doors locked with the key inside, I had to pay a locksmith and get the battery replaced. If you only giving a person one key at the very least change the battery. Now I have a $100 lock out bill and one key without any reimbursement, the manager wont call back. JUST HORRIBLLE BUSINESS, I AM ALSO CONTACTING BBB

Wasn’t Kia of Orange Park that helped me, was Herbert the Salesman. I give Herbert a 5 ⭐️ rating, but I will not give the company more than 2. If you want great customer service, ask for Herbert 💯. He helped my wife find the car she wanted minutes after I got mine.Other salesmen are a bit greedy, rude, pushy, but you can expect that in most dealerships. Herbert will listen to all your needs and wants, will do what he can to make you satisfied.Beware, they do not give out loaners! Kia did take care of most the damage my used vehicle had from the previous owner, but the very fact it was not taken care of prior was very unprofessional.

Terrible experience. My wife and I went to look at cars and were upfront when asked twice by two different employees we are just looking today. At first, things were respectful. An employee, Chris, came out of nowhere with a pen and paper asking for my information without any ice breaker as to why he needed it. When I asked why, he said he was going to help us find a car that we randomly mentioned to the first employee that they didnt even have on the lot. After entertaining the situation and just hoping it would be left at him getting us some more info on cars we werent aware of, he asked if we wanted to drive one of the cars up the parking lot. My wife and I had our 8 month old, obviously no car seat in this car were seeing for the first time, so my wife says shell walk and says I can drive it. I think to myself, what the heck, Ill drive it to the parking lot, its like 100 ft. away. I get to the parking lot and then hes directing me into a spontaneous off lot drive, and Im uncomfortable and dont want to be a rude customer so I take the 3 minute test drive and think thats the worst of it. Sometime later he asks for my license and starts telling me other clients information like their birthday and location of town they live in and then starts calling me Danielle. We start to get fed up as he was supposed to tell us a quote for a used car that we told him several times we werent that interested in. We stated we had to go and he keeps insisting hes almost done, and then when he gets the number he clearly gets frustrated with me and says Im not glued to the seat. We tell him we are going to go and then he urges us to hold on so he can do basic math on dividing the monthly payment by 4. Thank God he showed us, we had no idea you could do that. You always hear about how crazy dealerships are but this experience was frustrating, we were not being listened to and it felt unnecessarily invasive for a window shopping experience. I feel very disrespected.

Great deals on the vehicles but the service dept. really brings things down. Due to a recall I had to schedule in advance a date to bring in my car for the recall work wo be done. Scheduled is several weeks in advance online. Due to the times available, I had to schedule it on a weekday. I made sure to also schedule the shuttle for drop off and pick up as this would be during working hours. GO to drop off the vehicle to be told there is no shuttle and that Id need to reschedule even further out. A simple courtesy call would have saved me a lot of time and frustration. There is seemingly always an issue with the quality of service here.

They did a 5 point inspection also & the technician said that I had one of the best used Sorento he had ever seen. Which made me extra happy being that I had just purchased it 2 days prior. I made a online request Thursday I was contacted by a sales person from the store. I don’t recall the person name. We talked about the car and everything I wanted and I explained I was already financed with my bank I just need the out door price.They provide me with a out the door # I was willing to pay for a K5 wolf grey . Ask the person to email the info and his name because I knew I wasn’t going to remember his name. The sales person never did. I received 3 additional calls and I explained I talk with someone they provide me with everything I just needed the email and I had agreed to come in Saturday evening with the first sale rep. I wasted my time Saturday coming to Kia. the out the door #was different then what I was told the only way they would come down is if I financed with them. Even with the discount the out the door price would of still been more then I was told.

At Kia of orange park everyone is welcoming and very professional. I did the quote online and almost immediately after I got a call from Kelton the General manager & we set an appointment. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by Kelton & placed with a car salesman Alan Rawls. Best car salesman ever. Although the dealership appeared to be in renovation turmoil, our experience was very positive. We got the car we wanted at a good price, fair trade-in value for our old car and the whole process did not consume the entire day. Our sales advisor, Sylvester Patterson, was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. The best part was that they did not stick us in a small, windowless room with the finance guy to complete the deal, because my wife is claustrophobic and does not do well in that situation. I would have no problem buying from this dealership again.

Worst experience ever trading in my vehicle with them. They sell cars they cant fix. They just reset the check engine light. It doesnt fix the problem. Don Hart was the salesman,and Alex the service manager was the final person to make the decision to have me take it to Ford. Very disappointed and with tell everyone my experience with them. Its the vehicle in 1 year with nothing but problems. So I just got off the phone with Authur very unprofessional told me there was nothing he could to call my warranty company to have it fixed. In the mean time they took my car to the Nissan dealership without telling me that. I had the car Alitalia over 8 months a took it to them 3 times for the same problem. All they do is give you the run around I cant be with my car for a month.it would be nice if you just fixed it.

Service department is severely lacking every visit and this last one is the final straw. 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. To include “top off all fluids and complimentary car wash” as the coupon stated. Well my wiper fluid wasn’t topped off and my car wasn’t washed. I saw finger smudges in the pollen on the engine cover so likely they actually did the oil change. But who knows about the tire rotation or actual inspection. Poor communication with advisors. After receiving my car the service advisor disappeared pronto. I managed to get a hold of a young black male who was super nice and helpful when I showed him my clearly unwashed car. He ran it through the car wash for me. I wish I had his name. The only person there that was helpful in any way. And I had mentioned I wanted to tow and nothing was told to me regarding limits or anything. Tried calling this morning and of course no one can be bothered to answer the phone. Left a message. $20 they won’t call back. Won’t be returning here ever.

After care services are really lacking with this dealership. No complimentary services are offered even with a brand new vehicle. I bought a used car from Nissan of OP and received 3 free oil changes and tire rotations. Free pick up and delivery too. Nothing with Kia. When I inquired about pick up, they no longer offer the service because of the pandemic. Not sure I understand that. There doesnt have to be any human contact with that type of exchange. I only asked about pick up because I purposely made an 8am/first available appointment with my last visit. It took two hours in a crowded waiting room and no outside seating area during a pandemic for the oil change, they couldnt rotate the tires because I had a nail in one. When I inquired about a plug, they wanted to charge 45$ for a plug! They clearly thought I was dumb enough to pay that when a plug costs maybe 10-20$ other places. Then came to tell me that if I wanted my car washed, I would have to wait another hour. I declined and paid my bill. I noticed later that they still charged me for the tire rotation and I had to drive back and get them to take the charge off my card. THEN noticed they didnt reset my oil change alert. I then had to call and wait for someone to walk me through for the reset. That person didnt know how to reset it so I had to look it up on You tube and do it myself. I contacted the manager after and was told I would get a free oil change and rotation next visit, there is no record of that now per customer service. Ridiculous. I gave 3 stars because my salesman, Rosemond, was fantastic and very attentive.

The guy in the back was supposed to put a temp tag on the vehicle but did not. He transferred our hard tag. After a couple weeks we noticed we didnt have a registration. He told us that he couldnt give us a registration or a temp tag to go to the DMV to get it. We have been illegally driving our vehicle thanks to lies from him.

So my husband bought a used vechicle from Orange Park Kia last year. Unfortunely there was alot of issues with it and was allowed him to get a different vechicle. well the car they let him get was great for the first month then the problems started he took it out there 3 different times and all they did was reset the check engine light, hes told them serveral times what the problem was and now they tell him to take it to ford. he bought the car from you guys you should be the ones fixing it or making it right. he works alot of hours and cant be without and vechicle and one thats not safe to drive that hes worried he wont make it to to or from work. We came here with the expressed purpose to look into possibly trading in and upgrading my fionces car. From the start the experience was lack luster. It was close to 4pm and 90 degrees plus outside and the sales person made us walk the lot to look at cars, never once offering us water or to just drive the cars up to the office. At one point he pointed to a set of cars and said dont look at those because they are too expensive.he was incredibly negative and unhelpful from the get go. We werent expecting to walk out of there with a free car but never did we feel like he was working with us. The other employees didnt seem to be any more helpful or lively. From the lack of knowledge of inventory and customer service to the general lack of people skills this was a terrible experience.

I was a little worried when pulling up to the dealership, because it was under construction and looked a little old and beat-up at the time. I had nothing to worry about. The inside was very nice and the staff was great. We had such a great experience at Kia of Orange Park when buying our 2021 Sorento! It first started with Donald Hart; he did the test drive and was amazingly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! A few weeks went by and I stopped in to look at a specific Sorrento SX that they had just received. Mr. Hart was not in that day. I then worked with Alan Rawls. Mr. Rawls worked quickly and gave me the exact price. The dealership then matched an offer for a trade-in from another Kia dealer. I had to leave for a personal appointment, but Mr. Rawls took about 20 pictures of the car for me so I could show my wife (I only asked for about 3 or 4). Two days later I came in to buy the car and Mr. Hart picked up where Mr. Hart left off. The actual purchase was a very easy experience!After purchasing, I was not able to pick up the car until the following day and both Mr. Hart and Mr. Rawls were off. They arranged for me to work with Matt. Matt took his time and gave my wife and I the full run down on the feature of the car (probably about 45 minutes). I have never seen car salesmen work together so seamlessly! Ps. The car is incredible!

I purchased a 2021 Seltos EX and I am super happy with it so far. Alexis Figueroa and Chris (Tim) Sterling were the best sales team ever! They adjusted to my tight work schedule, were always available to show and test drive cars and explain all the different options to me. They were super transparent with the prices and how much they were going to give me for my trade-in. Alexis worked with me and gave me a great deal on my new vehicle, finding ways for me to save more money. The whole process of picking out and buying the car was incredibly easy. I never felt pressured or was treated rudely. They even updated my auto insurance to my new car and the whole financing process was very easy. Even though I had to wait for the Seltos to arrive and it didn’t have 100% what I was looking for, it was not a big deal and everything else it does have more than makes up for it.

I wanted to cancel a warranty I had on the car. Simple enough. Called and they said I had to come in to cancel it. Sure. So I drove the 45 minutes to cancel it. The finance people were busy apparently, and someone else came out for me to sign a paper and said that someone would call me the next day to complete the cancellation. Cool. Left and went home. No call the next day...or the next. Called them, left a message. Called the next day...left a message. Nobody will call me back. I’ve called multiple times without being able to talk to anyone in person. So I’m stuck with this warranty I don’t want anymore. I’m going to keep calling but this is ridiculous.

I went up there to get me a car I love the car they got me in and the guy that help me but the guy that was putting my name and my mothers name on the paper work got our names wrong they made me be the co-buyer after I said something they told me it’s all the same so my mom said something and they told her the same as well but it’s not true because everything is hers not mine. I was told after a couple months I can take my moms name off of it but I can’t now because I’m the co-buyer .

It is always easy and convenient to schedule a maintenance appointment. Pamela Crews always does a good job explaining the work that has been done and what has been inspected. Because I am about to take a 1,000 mile trip, they made sure to top off all the fluids and check all the bells and whistles for me. I purchased my vehicle from them less than 2 years ago and have been very satisfied with everything they have done for me.

Today our brand new 2022 Telluride arrived at our front door. That’s right. Our door. I would’ve been happy to go do what we’ve always done — at the dealership. But this was far more convenient for our family and Kia of Orange Park insisted it be as smooth as possible for US. Not for them. For US.We began the search for a 2021 Telluride about a month ago. Because of COVID and most dealers offering delivery, we had the opportunity to search anywhere in the country. Turns out the best dealership was right here in our back yard. From the moment we inquired online, Kelton (also the Sales Manager) treated us like we were his only customers. Due to lack of inventory everywhere in the US, so much so that dealers all over the country are marking the Tellurides up $8k-$12k over MSRP (and selling them!), Kelton gave us the opportunity to build exactly what we wanted. We built it online, sent him the specs and he took care of it. He didn’t mark it up a single penny, even when every other dealership has taken advantage of the demand for the hottest and top rated midsize SUV.Not only that, after he placed our order, he got word that their dealership (because they’re one of Kia’s highest volume dealers) would be able to order the 2022s. He called Kia, canceled our 2021 and ordered the ‘22 for us with the exact same specs. He just did it. He wasn’t asked. We never would have known. You can’t even GOOGLE the 2022s (we’ve tried). And yet he ordered one for us. Just like that. Ordered June 5. Estimated to take 30-45 days. Got a call about a week later that he had good news. Estimated delivery date now June 25 (only 20 days after custom ordered). Then yesterday, June 14, he called to say the car was en route. Would arrive today (June 15) at 3:30 am. He promised videos and pics as soon as the sun was up, and those came, as promised, before 8 am. 10 days. TEN.The car was missing ONE feature (trailer hitch). He noticed, made the appropriate calls, found a hitch at another location and had the hitch installed by 3 pm today. By 3:30 pm I had gone over all paperwork stuff with Pete in financing. By 4:30 pm, Kelton had Randall on the way to our home with our new car. Around 5 pm, Randall pulled up, but not before putting a huge red bow on the car for our 7 year old. He made it an experience for our son that he’ll never forget. With a dance party happening in the 2nd row (think Aladdin and Mary Poppins), Randall walked me through every. single. feature. And there are an insane amount of really cool features. I signed a few papers, handed over the keys to my car, and tada! Done.Oh. And I STILL haven’t stepped foot in the dealership. I don’t even know exactly where it is. This was ALL done in a way most convenient for our family. From home. Kelton honored every price promised, every detail was perfect. Randall is now friends with our kiddo, and they took pictures and bumped knuckles like they’d been friends forever.I don’t know what else to say. We’ve never even considered a Kia prior to Telluride, and we had an entire team dedicated to us. I have no idea how they had time to take care of anyone else. It felt like we were the center of their universe for the past 2 weeks. And yet they treat other customers exactly the same way. They are worthy of far more than a 5 star review.Can’t wait to stop in and meet Kelton and Pete, see the dealership that treated us like their only customer. We will be forever grateful for this team. This was a seamless, convenient, honest, easy car buying experience with the most exceptional service around. We are fans for life and will send everyone we know.Oh. And our son now clearly thinks cars just show up at the house with bows on them. For him. So.. there’s that. 🤣You guys are the best. Thank you. Run!!!! Do not buy a car from here!!!!! Don’t buy a car from Frank.... First everyone was nice got a new car.... then 2 weeks or so later they called talking about they needed more paperwork... I knew something was up I go in and the bank they say approved it really didn’t and now I needed a co- signer.... When I went in the first time they had both my pay stubs and other forms of income so they had all the information and put it in wrong, let me drive off the lot with a car and now want it back.... but wait it gets better.... my car is in auction somewhere..... they have to find it..... when I asked to speak to a general manager Danny Hines...they say he was there..... but never came to talk to me while I sat for over an hour.... when I asked for a corporate number..... I was told they didn’t have one of those.... 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ Goggle

I made an appointment (May 11) for my car (2011 Kia Sportage) to have the newly developed computer software for my engine control unit (ECU)to be updated. The lady I made appointment with was extremely nice and helpful. I would give her a five stars. She informed me there was also 2 other recalls (I know of 1 other)she asked me if I minded if they check the other recalls while they had my car. I said OK, just give me a estimated time of how long it could be because I needed to know if I need to bring my child or if I could leave him with his dad. She said at most it should take an 1 1/2 but plan for 2. I scheduled the appointment for 9 AM. I leave my son with my husband that morning because I would get back in time. I show up 10 minutes before my appointment and was told it was going to take a minimum of 3 to 4 hours and that if I didn’t want to wait I could just leave and reschedule. I tried to explain to the gentleman I had a previous conversation with an employee before making this appointment. And was informed that it wouldn’t take that long. The gentleman proceeded to tell me that’s how long it was going to take I can either wait or reschedule. No, I’m sorry for the mixup sorry, you were misinformed I’m sorry for the inconvenience Nothing, just you can wait or reschedule. Now mind you he had no idea what recalls I have on my car. He was just guessing but I was unable to gamble if he was wrong or right. Seeing as my husband had to work later that afternoon and I didn’t want them to be working on my car at the time I need to leave. So basically I drove over an hour in traffic one way for nothing. I called and left a message with the Service manager but still have not received a callback. I will admit I was agitated when I left the message but did not curse and explain the situation and how I thought it was unprofessional. I’m very disappointed in the service department. I bought my car new from this dealership and had a good experience. I expected better customer service. I understand I’m not paying for the service to be done because it is a recall. I also understand it could take longer than the estimated time. That’s why it’s called estimated . Honestly, I expected it to take 2 1/2 hours. It always takes longer. I feel as if because I’m not paying for the service but Kia is, I got put to the bottom of the list or I wasn’t a priority because it’s just a recall . I would understand if I hadn’t made an appointment, it taking that long but that’s the reason why am made an appointment. I am strongly thinking about goingKia of St. Augustine. My mom going to this dealership and has never had a problem getting her car Serviced. Also she has never waited that long, maybe a few hours but no more than 3.I do not recommend getting your vehicle serviced here simply because of the unprofessionalism and Poor customer service

Would not recommend. I went in for a specific car that was advertised online and upon checking was told they still had it. I went down there and the salesperson I was unfortunate enough to besiege me couldnt find the car so we settled on a blue one to drive. I was told we would go get a key and make a copy of my license. I was then asked for my key so they could do a quick look at my vehicle while I test drove theirs. While they did look at mine I was never given an opportunity to drive the car and even when I expressed interest in the higher end model with more features the high pressure salesman who couldnt remember my name multiple times and kept telling me stories all the meanwhile my key to my car was being held hostage. Looking back I know now I had the chance to get my key by simply asking and walking away. I am simply here to tell people to not be afraid of Chris and his tactics and drive all they have and dont give them your keys UNTIL you have settled completely on a car. Im now at 1800 miles on this brand new car as I drive for Uber and needed something new with ALOT of warranty and am 99% unhappy with my decision. More to do business with the salesperson and the dealer than with Kia because I do still like their brand. Hold onto yout key and dont leave the lot PERIOD until you have driven the car you want to drive home in. Then and only then go inside. Otherwise they will have you right where they want you. The only pleasant experiences were with my finance person and the young lady that helped with my insurance policy change. They both were knowledgeable and went above and beyond. To them I say thank you. I would also like to add that I am supposed to get my first oil change complimentary at 5000 miles but I WILL happily take it to another Kia dealer or qualified service tech which wont void my warranty and pay for the first oil change just so I never have to step onto the lot of Kia of Orange park again.

Overcharged for service. I would not recommend using the service department at this location. Here’s why:On Sunday, January 24, I picked up a nail in one of my tires. It was one where I could fix with a patch kit from a local auto parts store. When I tried to remove the wheel lock from the tire though, the lock’s key chipped. I found out later that day that a relative passed away. This change in personal situation made me realize that it would be safer for me to replace all four tires for the journey. Luckily for me, I had purchased a set of 4 brand new tires earlier that month. But now, I was stuck with a chipped rim lock.Monday, 25 January: I normally take care of all my car maintenance on base, but the service center was closed due to COVID, so I went to a service shop to change the tires. They did not have the rim lock to remove the tires and recommended that I go to the dealership since they have master keys.The ONLY request I had was for the Orangepark Kia service department was to remove the 4 rim locks and replace with the original lug nuts (which I provided). That was it. My initial quote was $149.00!! For a job that took less than 10 minutes even if you allowed 5 minutes to find the rim lock! (But I digress). I asked to speak with the manager and he reduced the price to $79.95. I didn’t have any other option at the time because I needed to travel soon to grieve with my family, so I accepted.I waited for an hour and 25 minutes before my car was returned.After I paid for the ‘service’ at the Kia service department, I took my car back to the tire shop that promptly changed, balanced and performed an alignment for roughly the same price I paid to remove 4 lug nuts.The Kia service department provided a complimentary car wash (as if that should make me feel better about the circumstances).Never again will I go to this location for ANYTHING! If they charge $79.95 just to take the car into their custody, it is not the place for me.Total payment was $86.37 to remove 4 lug nuts.
