Pray that you dont ever have to deal with customer service on a billing issue. Ive had a credit from Cintas on file for 6 months. Despite MULTIPLE attempts at resolving it, the check magically gets returned in the mail (however, I keep getting monthly statements showing my credit). And since there is no way to contact the corporate office, youre simply out of luck.
