I just moved into the Longleaf community. Sprinklers weren’t working quite right so I was trying to figure it out. Charlie was driving by, saw me struggling with it, stopped and helped me out.Turns out my program was all wrong which he fixed. He also tested and adjusted my sprinklers (and showed me how to do it.) beyond that, he saw some that needed replaced and took care of those. Even further still, one line was clogged with sand so he flushed it all out.Phenomenal guy and I greatly appreciated his help. If I could give more stars I would.

WaterLink installed my irrigation system as an original part of the subdivision. Since then, they made the adjustments necessary prior to the pool contractors digging a big hole. After the pool was finished they reconfigured the system to account for the pool cage and the new landscaping. Today they were out for a tuneup after the new sod has settled in place. Cecil and his crew have been fabulous!

Have been waiting nearly 3 months to receive an invoice for the work performed at my rental property. No response back from Waterlink whatsoever. Horrible communication! Do you leave all your customers hanging like this? I just need the invoice- its 1 piece of paper!!
