I normally deal with Lisa on the phone. I cannot imagine anyone being more polite and helpful to me. I work with a mold remediation company, and we order some really unusual things from time to time. Lisa always takes the time to look up the product and tell me what information she has about the product. The location (Abatix) took steps to stay open during the pandemic, and Lisa helped me keep our doors open. For me, Abatix gets 5 stars, and if I could give Lisa 6 stars, I would.

This place is the absolute best. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful and even one time I pulled into the parking lot too fast and rolled my work van trapping me and the orphans I happened to have with me and the woman that answers the phone rushed out and single handedly lifted the van off of me and got the orphans to safety. She even drove them to orphan school. 10/10. Would recommend.
