Dr. Leslie helped me understand my needs and assured me we would work together until I found the best solution for my problem. She devoted a lot of time seeing me in the course of three weeks and was always caring and professional. This is the place I will go back to for life.

This woman is amazing. Not only is she super professional in her field, but most enjoyable to talk too. I had some out dated hearing aids that were actually making my hearing worse. Dr. Leslie gave me a hearing test and found out that my right ear was almost deaf. Do to my work,… I had problems keeping the behind-the-ear aids on because of several things. I wear hats, glasses, sweat-bands and sometimes a pencil behind my ear. Now add friggin masks! She fitted me with a custom made in-the-ear set of hearing aids within my budget. This makes a world of difference to me and I’m not afraid of losing them anymore. If you think you are losing your hearing, I highly recommend getting a hearing test from her. You won’t regret it. And stop saying, “WHAT”?

Dr Newmeyer is terrific! Definitely recommend. She was able to fit in my husband, as well as me for the same appointment. The hearing test was extremely thorough and she explained the results and how they differed from our previous tests (from another provider, several years ago.) She explained the different types of hearing aids and hearing aid domes and told us how they worked (and why mine were completely different from my husbands.) She showed us all the features that were available, and showed us the features of the associated hearing aid app. She took the time to ensure we were comfortable with the fit and new hearing patterns. She explained price ranges for different options. Cant wait til next week when we order the new ones.

Im extremely happy that I went to Dr. Leslie Newmeyer for my hearing test. I wish that Id called her a long time ago!She is very friendly and comforting and seems to know what shes doing. The most thorough hearing test Ive ever had.Dr. Newmeyer is very patient and I feel that she listened to every one of my many questions. Never rushing me or pushing. After a very generous trial period of some aids, I settled on one.. and after only just a few visits to adjust the settings Im loving my hearing aids.I had no idea how bad my hearing had become and all the things I was totally missing. Now I can hear AND understand my kids again!

Ive never known a more customer-focused doctor. Dr. Leslie asks questions and listens to the answers. Dr. Leslie reprogrammed my hearing aid for changes that had occurred over several years. She stays up-to-date on the latest in her industry. She is a professional always ready to help the hearing-impaired. Highly recommend to anyone with hearing issues.

I was referred to Dr. Newmeyer for an audiometry exam. I spoke directly with her to make my appointment, and she was very accommodating. When I arrived, there was no wait, I was seen immediately. Dr. Newmeyer is professional and pleasant. She did a very thorough exam, took the time to explain the findings, and answered all my questions. On a recent vacation to Jacksonville fla I visited Jax audiology. My ear became uncomfortable in the airplane and my hearing was not as sharp as usual.
