As the only Stihl dealer in town, they always have what we need and they are knowledgeable. HOWEVER, they believe all of their customers have very basic, minimal knowledge of how to use a chainsaw. My husband has been using a chainsaw commercially for about 15 years, and personally for even longer. But every time we go to Warren for a new saw purchase or part purchase, we get a condescending lecture on how to use it. I went in and bought a new chainsaw for him as a gift once and I didn’t think the lady was going to let me leave with it because Chuck wasn’t there to put it together for me. Even after I repeatedly told her we were good. I appreciate good customer service, but this isn’t really customer service.

For a small hardware store they got allot of my needs and very friendly service members thanks for the pleasant visit

They may not be Lowes or Home Depot, but they always seem to have something I need in a hurry or cant find elsewhere! As always, great job to all involved in the store!!

Excellent customer service. I needed a female to female adapter for my leader hose to connect to my garden hose reel. Not only did they have it in stock, but since the one I chose had the former business name on it the owner knocked 3 dollars off of the price. She was very helpful and even struck up conversation with my 3 year old son. I like helping small town businesses over big box stores when I can. Unfortunately these types of businesses are a dying breed.

I needed a Stihl string trimmer repaired. When I went to pick it up, Chuck brought it to me. He said hed never seen an issue like mine before.I knew immediately that he had taken the time to repair it because the symptom was that it would run great for 5-10 minutes and then just quit with a pop. Started up on first pull then ran a shorter period of time. Repeat, run time got shorter.Bottom line, I have a Stihl dealer thats closer (but hes an ___). My business is with Warren Hardware from now on. GREAT first impression .

Whenever I go in, I am always treated with respect.The owner is always busy helping a customer get exactly what they need. He even went so far as to cut a length of pipe for me so I could make repairs as soon as I got home.The kids that he has working there are as helpful as they can be, even if they do not know what I am trying to get. They go with you to help as much as possible.It does mean a lot when at other stores, the people point at an isle an say that it might be down that way.

Staff is always ready to help, if you need anything, family owned and just down to earth good people!

Quick and easy to work with. I explained the plumbing issue I was having, and they recommend easily the right parts I needed. Im always a little unsure of the best parts for a project, but these guys took the time out to figure out what would be the best fit. I will definitely continue to do buisiness here! It pays do do buisiness with a local shop!
