Very well stocked and clean store. Friendly staff as soon as you walk in. This is not your cheap junk tool store. This is high quality stuff at great prices. Some made in China stuff but also good American, German and even Australian made tools.

Love this place. Competitive with other large scale tool and equipment retailers. They also offer some great coupons and discounts on great tools. I saved a lot of money last trip for a 1000 amp jump-start kit and have a multitude of tools from Northern, never had an issue. They cover A-Z from welders of all types, truck accessories, tool boxes, hand tools, low-cost grab bins, trailer repair items, pressure washers and attachments, work wear, and more. I like it enough to make the 30+ minute drive no problem because they always take care of me. They also offer military discounts which is awesome. Overall a great tool and supply store. Wish there were more across the U.S.!

Good value for the product but the Ship to Store is an absolute joke. I have been waiting about a month and my item has still not been shipped. They have good value products but stay away from ship to store. Id only buy if it was in-stock in store.Update:I repeat do not do ship to store!!! I was told I have to wait an additional week or two.

Buying for years now and it has always been a good experience. I was reluctant to try Powerhorse at first but I got a wood chipper last year and I am very happy with it and the features it has. So now a Pressure Washer !

One employee looked right at me and turned and walked away. What a shame because it seems like a great place with great products. Maybe Ill try some other time. BTW they were not even busy I went on a Tuesday in the middle of the day. They may need to spend a little time with their employers to teach them about customerservice I dont know.

Have been with Northern many years even back when they were Northern Hydraulics. Very reputable and always fixed any discrepancies. Have done mostly online but have used the Jacksonville Fla store many times. Highly recommend them.

I recently went to Northern Tool for the first time and I am very impressed with the customer service provided by Les (the manager of the store) and his team! As soon as I needed help, someone one was sent to help me in the department and even helped me set up a warranty on the product. Sadly, I dont recall the associates name who helped me - but it made me realize that I dont get that kind of customer service in the bigger box stores like Home Depot and Lowes. When I got to the checkout, Les was training a younger gentleman at the register and I was surprised to see a manager on the front end! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their department. They have my strongest recommendation and my future business. Thank you, Les, and great team!

Extremely helpful staff, high quality name brands like milwaukee, great place for welding and brazing equipment. Ive been going here for years and I think this is an outstanding place to buy tools and parts. Missing a wheel on a mower or a castor from a tool cart? Check this place out, need parts bins or other organization? Check this place out. They also sell canvas tarps which I cant find anywhere else locally 👌 I highly recommend this place to literally everyone and I recommend everyone that sees this should check it out. They also seem to have better tool bundles for milwaukee randomly that differ from HD.This place is nothing like that hazard fright company that sells hazardous things they call tools that get people seriously injured..

Found an item online and tried to order / pick up but it wouldn’t go through.Ended up having to call the store and worked with Clark. He was super helpful. The online price was about half compared to into the store. By the time I got there, Clark had the item up front along with a print out of the online price. He was super helpful and the service at this location was absolutely top notch!

Great place, great service. Quality tools at same or slightly higher prices than Harbor Freight. I LOVE that you can buy individual sockets instead of whole sets. Usually my first place to stop for tools. I suggest you give them your attention, its worth it.

Im moving tomorrow, so I googled lifting straps. Northern tool had them, my first time in the store impressed me with the quality tools and accessories.

They service Stihl products but nobody works in that department on Saturdays and the service is overpriced.

A great place to find tools you need at a fair price, selections are limited but you can find most things you need. However there is no hardware so dont bother if thats what you are looking for.

Just spent over $200 purchased 4 air movers. Chris was extremely helpful. Items were not on shelf and did not have sale price. He went to stock room and brought out what we needed. Printed up a sheet with correct price for cashier. Now thats where went down hill. I believe cashier was Hunter what a little ass. Acted like it was a problem to wait on us. Had serious attitude. Gave him sheet with correct price. He ignored. When I questioned him he said I will go back and change. Would have been great experience except for him.

Best tool store in town. Much better quality than other bargain stores that sell tools. Friendly helpful staff. Make sure you get their coupons in the mail, and dont forget to take them with you to the store like I do. I purchase a lot of stuff for use at home and with my business. They have brand name tools as well as some of brand. The klutch tools are great, I have everything from impacts to wrenches and have been happy with all of them. Definitely recommend shopping here.

This store has exceptional customer service. I bought a law mower from them last spring. When I could not properly assemble it myself - they did it for me free of charge. It broke down this week. I put some fuel that as it turned out wasnt recommended for it. Again, repaired under warranty in-store in less than 24 hours. Free of charge. On both occasions I talked to Quinn, the manger and he was very professional and helpful.

I was not greeted upon entering the store even though there were three employees standing right there. Two were having a conversation while another was cashier. I needed help as the product placement of what I was looking for moved. I wandered the store looking for an employee to help (the other two had gone to the back at that point). When they emerged I said excuse me a few time to try to get their attention. No response. They literally walked past me back and forth about two feet in front of me while I was stopped and staring at them with my baby stroller. I then wandered aimlessly throughout the store until I found what I was looking for - still not a single greeting. The line then took forever as only one person was ringing up customers. She seemed to be the only one working.

Called to get generator that was bought from Northern repaird and was quickly told that I could forget getting it repaired at Northern on Atlantic blvd with the storm combining. I may not get it repaired, but I WILL not buy anything else from Northern

My husband frequents this store often but this was my 1st time inside of the store we went about 15 or 20 minutes before the store closed and was met with professional staff that was very kind and offered to help us find exactly what we needed they also price matched from their website and they helped my husband load the equipment. Northern Tool is a clean professional place to shop for any home repairs.

This Rating is for repair Service ONLY, store sales people and products are great!End of August I hag a Northern Tool generator that what running very bad and pull cord had broken. Dropped it off to have the starter cord fixed, paid $35 fee and the engine looked at as after a few minutes of working would shut down (oil was OK).About a week later the service tech called and said the cord was fixed and ready to go. I asked about the engine. He had not looked at the service ticket and said he would look at it again.A week later my other generator started running rough and brought that one in to be checked out also and paid the $35 fee.Service tech said give him a week to look at both. A week or so later got a call and was told the first generator probably had bad rings in it and after it warmed up, lost compression. Then was told that was also the problem with the 2nd generator.I picked them both up and took to another service tech. Problem with one generator was the vacuum line was disconnected/cracked for the fuel system. 2nd generator had one bad plug wire.Total repair cost was $68.00 Cost of 2 new generators as recommended by Northern Tool.I stopped in a week later to speak to the store manager, but he was off. i explained my issue and wanted him to call me to get a refund and let him know the service tech is below the standards of Northern Tool from the previous 2 techs. Never got a call.Stopped in 3 days ago, left a message again and still nor call.I recommend Northern Tool to many people for the tools and equipment they sell. I will not recommend the repair services again though.
