These people are simply AMAZING. My now husband and I stopped into Reeds in Jacksonville after we had a pretty bad experience else where. I was to the point of tears because we couldnt find the wedding band I had my heart set on anywhere besides a company I refused to deal with again. I dont have their names in front of me but 3 of the associates there jumped right on the challenge and made it happen. (Mitchell, Amor & Karen maybe?) I feel terrible that my memory isnt better BUT I love them all the same. Within less than a month, not only were able to create the exact ring I was in love with but when the rings arrived and my husbands was too small (of course right as the shut down was about to happen) they got it fixed and back to us just in time for our weeding! They were all so beyond helpful and I will forever be grateful that we walked in to Reeds when we did. I would recommend them every single time. THANK YOU again you guys. Grateful is an understatement.

Hands down the best jewelry place in the area. The store is amazingly clean and the staff is the best! Every time I go into the store, everyone is very helpful and answers all questions. Selection is pretty good and there is a good amount of Pandora Jewelry. The manager, Cindy, is awesome and my reason for going back. Highly recommended!

I am very dissatisfied with Reeds. I brought in my family diamonds which was in a wedding band and engagement ring set. The rings needed some maintenance and resizing. We were told the rings would take 1 to 2 weeks to be fixed. It ended up taking them 3 weeks, which I had to call multiple times in order to find out any information and why it was taking so long to get the rings back. Even though I was sized in the store, once I got the rings back, they were too big. Additionally, I asked that the tip on the engagement ring be replaced with what was already on it, a 6 prong, and it came back with a 4 prong tip. So Reeds shipped the ring off again to get resized smaller. I also want to add that I was given the opportunity to get the tip of the ring changed from the 4 prong to the 6 prong but I chose to decline since I was already dissatisfied with how long it took the first time and I was assured the 4 prong tip was just as strong as the 6 prong. After having to call the jeweler myself again for more information because there is no communication to the customer, it’s already been 2 MORE weeks and they just told me they don’t know the status of my order and it might be another week. When I told the worker I was dissatisfied with the amount of time I’ve had to wait, she simply gave me excuse after excuse why it wasn’t done and that she would e-mail the jeweler and then get back to me next week.Once I finally get my ring back, I will not be returning to Reeds as a customer nor recommending their business. I’m a dissatisfied customer who has waited a total of 5 weeks (and counting since I don’t have my jewelry back yet) for my items that did not even get fix the way I asked or sized properly and I’ve had to call and get every update. Don’t waist your time.

My fiancé and I originally purchased my engagement ring and his wedding band at the Wilmington Independence Mall location. After they screwed everything up with our transaction including selling us the wrong diamond and then accusing us of keeping the display case rings therefore refusing to give us our rings, we decided to take our rings to the Jacksonville location to get them REsized since the Wilmington location workers don’t know how to size fingers correctly. Upon receiving my engagement ring back after taking it down half a size, I notice it’s not up to standards. Where it was sized was thinned out, rough and uneven. The fact that that store thinks it’s acceptable to give customers jewelry in that state is beyond me. I spoke to the store manager about it and she simply said “it’s out of my control and it’s not that bad but I guess we can send it back. Our jeweler gets busy sometimes”. I talked to customer service and they assured me my ring would be fixed. Not too confident. Not only did one Reed’s mess up and was unapologetic, but TWO Reed’s messed up and was ALSO unapologetic. I guess their policy is that it’s always the customer’s fault. I absolutely hate this place. It’s also nice when the store manager doesn’t say “bleh” to your face when you walk into their store.

This company is truly one of a kind. Most jewelry stores will give you amateur service for mediocre products. Reeds is the best costumer service you can find and they will work with you for however long you need. They are with you through and through with the best quality results. I came in and they were willing to take their time and give me up to date information on anything and everything I needed or wanted. They worked with me to find the best price and payment plan suited for me personally. They were with me for months helping to find the perfect engagement ring I knew that my girlfriend would love. And in the end it came out better than imagined. I highly recommend using this store to find what’s best for you and your spouse or even any jewelry you would love personally. 5/5 stars. Would definitely visit again

Mitchell and Kyle helped me pick out the perfect ring. They provided excellent customer service and were very patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating during my customer experience. Wonderful place for fine jewelry. Staff is so knowledgable and the pieces they have are exquisite. They do custom pieces of which I have one and I couldnt be more pleased. I am constantly asked about it as it is a unique and beautiful ring. Great place and wonderful staff.

We have always had wonderful experiences with Reeds - our most recent purchase was at the Jacksonville NC store and we worked with Christopher to upgrade my bridal set. Christopher really listened to what I wanted, and asked questions to be able to find the perfect set for me, and it is STUNNING!! Plus the rest of the staff there were super patient and helped entertain our 2 kiddos while we were there :) We have always and will continue to purchase from Reeds!

My husband and I went into Reeds to get some ideas of wedding bands. We were immediately greeted by Cyndi! She was very friendly from the beginning. She let us look around and anything I wanted to try on she was more than happy to help us with it. I finally found the one I really liked but wasnt 100% ready to make the purchase. She was very understanding and wrote down the information on her business card. We looked around at a couple more jewelry stores but wound up back at Reeds. Nothing else compared (quality or price) elsewhere. We absolutely loved our experience with Cyndi and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone with any need for jewelry! Thanks Cyndi!!

The only reason I gave a 4 is because of the men that work there. The women have called my fiance, multiple times trying to contact me but asking for her exhusband, which is totally abrasive. Furthermore, both my fiance and I have worked in the mall for 4ish years and we are management in our respective locations. Most importantly, I told them after the first time it happened, that it was inappropriate, and kind of disrespectful because I have known most if not all of the associates by name during my tenure. What was fried, is that they did it again, after I had confronted them about it the first time. Know youre customers and remember, they are more than just a paycheck.

I was told the store would be closing at 7P and I got there at 6P and it was closed. After the fact they had my ring since March 10th and it is now May 13th. They never called to tell me it was ready when they opened the stores again due to Covid. I had to call myself. Theyre communication sucks! They were quick to take my money but very slow to give information.

Have been in this store a few times asking questions and browsing. Every staff member Ive interacted with has been without fail pleasant and willing to try educating me. Will readily admit I know very little about jewelry, so for them to happily answer my very basic questions is an indicator of their excellent customer service. Not once has there been any indication that my ignorance was a hassle or waste of time. I did finally buy something too 😁.

Went to the store right before close. I had changed my mind on what I purchased earlier that day. I knew it was going to be a difficult transaction but the lady that helped me was so kind and Completed the transaction smoothly. So grateful it wasnt a problem or at least she didnt make it seem like it was! Thank you so much to her (didnt catch her name! Wow, Where do I start? I went in to get quotes on repairing my engagement ring and resizing of my wedding band and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Cindy explained my options and provided EXCELLENT customer service from beginning to end. While I was there, I decided I wanted to go ahead and look at upgrade options. My husband has been hinting he wanted to upgrade my set, so I thought why not look since I was already there. 😉 Cindy never once made me feel rushed or pressured in my decision making. We discussed what I loved about my current set and how I wanted my new set to compliment. We talked about our every day lives while we looked, it made the visit more personable, warm and inviting. I didn’t feel like my visit was just another sale, it was about her helping me find something I loved. She showed me every ring I requested as well as ones she recommended. The visit was great, we wrote down my favorite so I could show my husband. Cindy also introduced me to Karen as well. Karen was amazing and shared wonderful insights about what I could do with my current set and made valid points I likely wouldn’t have thought of in the moment otherwise. (sentimental value of my current set bc I was going to use their buyback/trade for an upgrade offer.) Both Ladies were wonderful and I would highly recommend you stop in, visit and chat with them! We have been to this Reeds location, specifically- numerous times! We have bought several pieces varying in importance, price, sentiment and corresponding occasion and have had our warranty covered jewelry serviced through their branch many times throughout the years that weve been in this area. Never- not once- did we experience any issue that was not quickly and efficiently, totally resolved. We never felt pushed or ignored and always felt like we were heard about our wants and needs as it pertained to all aspects of customer service- exceeding our expectations. We have been in there so much that we know all the sales team by name and adore the stores manager, Cindy, much like family. All of their employees are knowledgeable, family/kid friendly, professional, kind, and helpful. We wouldnt go anywhere else for our jewelry needs.

I cannot say enough how incredible this experience was! We have been to plenty of Reeds locations as in store cardholders we often use Reeds for large purchases. We have never felt less pressured to buy, and more accommodated in our experience until coming into this location. Mitchell was not only welcoming but was able to quickly help us find another ring to add to my wedding set as a gift from my husband for mothers day. I was not expecting to find something that would look so perfect with my set, Mitchell heard what I wanted and made it happen and didnt pressure us to buy something that we werent interested in or try to talk us into something that we didnt like. Mitchell was also able to clean and replate my current rings while we were in and I forgot how much they could sparkle and shine! He was so knowledgeable and had excellent customer service, I cant imagine us going anywhere else after being treated so well! I highly recommend this location, and if youre wondering who Mitchell is, look for the best dressed gentleman there!

Honestly I would not buy anything from here if it wasnt for Amor. My wife and I have spent approximately 4 thousand dollars on jewelry from here and the only reason is Amor. I have been there a few times when she isnt there and I always feel rushed, uncomfortable, unwelcome, and like Im being forced to buy something that is either out of my budget or that I am not interested in. Amor, however makes me feel so comfortable and just her attitude alone makes me want to shop!! Amor is the best thing that has happened to this store and I will not deal with anyone but her. Not sure what her position is but she deserves a promotion!! Store: 2 stars. Amor: 5 stars!!

My wife and I stopped into Reeds jewelers while shopping at the mall. We were looking at engagement rings causually without any intention of buying. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about diamonds and not pushy at all she listened to our needs and showed us several rings in our price range and a few not but we ended up purchasing then without feeling the need to shop anywhere else. Our experience could not have been better she was very friendly, very professional and not pushy at all. If you ever need anything jewelry you need to go there and ask for Karen, she was a delight. Awesome experience at Reeds Jewlers located in Wilmington NC Mayfair. Melissa Beck was helpful throughout the whole process from financing to point of purchase. I was nervous and she and her sales associates went above and beyond to make me comfortable and make sure it was the best experience anyone could have. A few weeks ago I came into the store for the first time to check out pandora. A certain woman waited on me and acted as if we had the plague and we were a big waste of time. I had already been through a very stressful day so I left in tears. Determined to never never go back. I was shopping that same weekend and decided to give Reeds another chance. I was greeted by Megan. Megan was an exceptionally patient employee who saw to my needs and really showed me so much respect. Amazing experience with her. I came back the other day for a third time, Megan waited on me again despite the store being busy with customers.. and yet again.. another amazing experience. She remembered my family, called us by names, acknowledged the previous situation that had me stressed and even had sent thank you cards to us for coming in on first visit. Thanks to two positive interactions with Megan who not only was patient with us but remembered us and called us by name, we no longer will shop anywhere but Reeds! We will now come see Megan for our pandora needs!

I have been to Reeds several times for Pandora and have always had a pleasant experience so when I was looking for a Christmas present for my wife, we went to Reeds. Amor helped me and it was a great experience. She was very patient and helped us design the perfect present! We were never rushed nor pressured and Amor did a great job working within our budget. She got a real feel for what we were looking for and her suggestions and ideas were spot on. During our visit, most of the staff wandered by at some point and all were friendly and considerate. I really appreciated the atmosphere and will definitely go back to Reeds!

Customer service sucks!Walked in looking to upgrade to a new weeding ring and the lady was super rude. Her name was Cindy. I asked to see a ring and she acted like if I was bothering her. But her attitude changed as soon as my husband said I could get anything I wanted. And she just started being condescending. I ended up Falling inlove with a ring there but didnt buy due to her rudeness.

Bought a watch from here today and took it home to find visible damage on the side. Called to find out if they gave me a used watch by mistake but they dont sell used watches and the woman on the phone told me she didnt know what she could do. Had to go back into the store but they are ordering me a new one. They handled it very well, while in the store. Would recommend.

I went there to get a pandora bracelet and a few charms. I stood there waiting to be acknowledged for over 30 minutes. Not one person even said hello or welcome to reeds. Nothing and then even though I have been waiting there for over 30 minutes some random person walks there and looks in and people instantly talk to her and start helping her. I waited for a little longer and nope nothing. So I ended up walking away. The gal that ended up helping the new person that walked in new I was there. She looked at me multiple times and still didnt not help just went to help the new people walking in.

In a world where great customer service has become a lost art, REEDS has provided a ray of sunshine. I recently lost my wedding ring(breaks my heart) and my husband and I have had a doozy of a time trying to find a replacement or something equivalent to what I had before. We visited multiple jewelers who refused to listen to what I was in search for, tried to up sell us out of our budget and who simply was rude because I asked questions. Smh. We decided to try our luck with REEDS, and thank goodness we did. We were greeted by CINDY who went above and beyond to meet my picky, indecisive and complex needs. She was AMAZING. Cindy was very kind, courteous, charismatic and patient. Did I say patient??!!! Lol. I tried on about 10 rings and once I narrowed it down to 2....I tried those on about 20 more times. I had my heart set on a Sapphire (birthstone, wedding was in September and my Favorite color is blue)ring. My wedding ring prior was a Sapphire, never was I a diamond gal. Lol. Today, I felt different and Cindy understood. She offered advice when needed and made me feel at ease. She recommended rings that was within our budget and even went out of her way to design a bridal set that allowed me to have my Sapphire and branch out into diamond land. The ring my husband and I FINALLY selected is GORGEOUS!! Im so looking forward to picking it up on Thursday!! Thank You REEDS and Cindy!

Very disappointing with the service I have received in the past month concerning my wedding ring set. I originally dropped my ring off at Reeds on July 15 for resizing. While I was there I agreed to the lifetime plan (meaning they repair any current issues and put a car plan on ring. ) The lady informed me they would call me within a week to inform me how much it would cost to repair my ring for the care plan. After two weeks I called because I never heard back from them and was informed that it has been inspected but they had yet to call me. Afterwards I got called days later and informed the ring was ready. While I was on the line I asked the ring was resized as well correct? I was informed that everything was complete. When I went in to pick up the ring at the 3 week mark, the ring was not resized and the agent was not helpful (her manager apologized and was nice and informed me the ring would be resized be ready by Tuesday (I went to pick it up on Saturday)). He also informed me I would be called as soon as it was ready and verified my number. I waited all day Tuesday and most of the day Wednesday without hearing from Reeds. I finally called at 4pm and informed it was ready. When I went there the lady was very rude and was like are you happy now? And acted annoyed with me and was rude about the issues involving my ring. I informed her that the service I have received has been the worst I have ever received and she didnt care. If there is ever a problem with my ring Ill drive an hour or more to find another Reeds so I do not have to deal with them!

Very poor customer service. They do not stand by products they sale. Purchased an Alex and Ani bracelet less than 6 months ago and it fell apart. I called inquiring about an exchange and they told me there was nothing they could do. Customer service rep told me to just glue it back together !!!
