BEAUTIFUL work!Heres my story: My mother-in-law gave me her grandmothers wedding band (my husbands great grandmothers wedding band) because I couldnt find a wedding band that I liked. The engagement ring is from another jeweler, but the 2 rings looked like they were meant to be! The issue I had that Christoffs worked with was that the wedding band is too big for me but I did not want to resize it because it would have meant erasing the GORGEOUS hand engraved initials and engraved wedding date (12-12-1925) of my husbands great grandparents. One of the owners told me that hand engraving like that is very rare/expensive nowadays. She stated her and her husband would do everything they could to merge the 2 rings without damaging/erasing the engravings - and they did just that! It looks absolutely spectacular and Im so pleased! It was a little pricey, but honestly worth every penny for the craftsmanship. You get what you pay for!Thank you so much for preserving this family momento! 💓 I highly recommend them.

I went to christoff jewelers because I had an issue with the screws on a knife I was trying to customize. I Could not get a couple of screws out and actually stripped a couple in the process of trying to remove them myself, I walked in what I thought was somewhat of a small store to find three people in line in front of me which isn’t always a bad thing if there’s people waiting that means they offer a good service, The greeted me were very polite, I told them about my issue and what I needed done. even though it wasn’t jewelry related They said they would take care of it no problem. I left it with them because I was in no rush and also left my phone number they called me shortly after to say it was done and offered to clean and polish everything free of charge! Needless to say I was very impressed with the service done here and will come back for sure! The staff was very friendly

My husband & I happened to be in the area so we went in here as he wanted to buy me a new ring. Seen one we liked & asked to see it. The lady literally took the ring out of its case & put it on her hand & refused to let me try it on myself. We don’t care what it looked like on her. We cared how it looked on me. The ring was only 3,000 & she acted as if we were going to steal from them. Never in my life have I been to a jewelry store where someone has does that. VERY off putting! 10/10 would not recommend. 10/10 will not be back. Inventory is very small anyways. If you are looking for sea shell jewelry go here. We will stick to Fox Jewelry, as we have spent over 50k there anyways. My husband plays for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Don’t judge a book by its cover next time.

Highly recommend! Family owned company that will treat you as family. After receiving my engagement ring from Jared, huge retailer in town and dealing with numerous calls for different issues, we knew it was time to drop them. Janie, the owner, super patient and kind answered all my questions and concerns. Needless to say, I am the proud owner of new beautiful engagement ring, custom designed and executed to perfection. Everyone in the store is super helpful and respectful.

Poor restoration and customer service.. Only half of my ring was buffed; yet, I was billed for a full restoration cost. I brought my unique tension set solitaire ring in to be evaluated to be cleaned. One of the owners evaluated it and assured me that it would be no problem. I paid in advance. A week later, I get a call to pick up my ring. When I came in to pick it up, there were tiny bits of fiber stuck between one side of the stone and setting and the large area under the stone has not been cleaned or touched at all. When I expressed my disappointment, I was not offered any attempt to make it right or a discount. The owner told me that is the best that they can do. If I had known that the tool that this jeweler used was inadequate, I would have taken my ring somewhere else. I will definitely bring my ring to a jeweler that has the proper tools and better customer service.

I got a few of my high end watches engraved here and they weren’t in a straight line. They were off by a few degrees. Very noticeable but that’s what you get for $35.

I wanted to say thank you, a stunning sapphire ring my father gave my mother on a Christmas morning in the early 80s, was given to me two years ago Christmas. I had an amazing experience at Christoff Jewelers. I had looked at many different Jewelry stores in both the Jacksonville area and England and I couldnt find exactly what I was looking for to match my low-setting engagement ring. I had found a few options all above my budget and none that I felt this is it. Then I found Christoff Jewelers, and though it looked smaller they had a great selection of hand picked pieces that were absolutely stunning. It was there that I found my perfect wedding band to match my low-setting perfectly. It was even better that It was 1/2 the price of the other options. Janie delivered excellent customer service through the entire process. On my first visit they even cleaned my engagement ring, purchased elsewhere. The band I found in store was white gold but I needed it in yellow gold to match my engagement ring. She promptly made a phone call and was able to get the ring in yellow gold delivered to the store in just a few days. Even though the price had gone up since she purchased the ring, she still sold it to me at the price of the original one I saw. It was then sized and ready to pick up within a few days. Their on-site appraiser even gave me an appraisal at no additional cost. You will not be disappointed in the quality or service you receive from Christoff Jewelers and I highly recommend them to everyone.

I can not rave about Christoffs enough. I was in a tight spot after purchasing my husband a smart watch. I knew the band wouldnt be long enough but I underestimated how difficult it would be to find a large watch band for a smart watch. After weeks of looking on Amazon, Google, and several stores around Jacksonville I was beginning to lose hope.That is when I went to Christoffs looking to see if they could help me. Judy immediately started to assist me looking for a watch band. She even took her time and drove to a near by store to measure the watch to make sure I was going to get the right sized band to fit the watch. After confirming the size I needed to look for, she provided a few more places that might be able to sell me a band that would be long enough. Eventually I ended up buy a whole new watch just to get the band.I took both the smart watch and the extra watch back to Judy and she took the time to replace the bands for me to make sure they were compatible, and they were. I can not tell you the relief that came over me. I insisted on paying for her time and she refused. I will forever be a Christoffs customer moving forward. thank you for all the help you provided and letting me give a great Christmas present.

Really couldnt tell you what that lady was thinking that wrote the negative review above because I have never gotten better service! The owners made me feel more than comfortable with the rings and bracelets I had brought in, that had been broken in the past. The jewelers did a great job repairing them, my ring fits perfectly now and my bracelet feels secure so I know I can wear it without fear of it falling off. Not once did I feel like I wasnt a priority to them, they took the time carefully explain what they would be doing to the jewelry in order to properly repair them. I would highly recommend going to Christoff Jewelers if your looking for repairs to your jewelry or finding great beautiful pieces to wear. Christoff Jewelers will continue to have me as their costumer.

Me and my family have been using Christoff Jewelers for years. I travel across town to take my jewelry there because they do great work at a competitive price. Also, I trust them 100% with my diamonds and gems. Ive heard nightmare stories about dishonest jewelers trading out stones, etc. That is something you never have to worry about here! They are honest to a fault. I have also bought jewelry from them including my latest purchase which were diamond studs. They had the best price in town for the highest quality diamonds. Love them!!

The store is clean and the staff are professional, however I am not happy with the service. I took in some rubies and gold over a month ago and still have not received my jewelry. I called today and was told there was a problem with the rubies and they were only able to set one of the rubies in an earring. One earring is of no use to me. I believe I should have been notified before my gold was melted down and the one rubie was set. The owners claim they made a phone call and I did not return their call, after asking what number was called they called the wrong number (they transposed the number) and made no other attempts to contact me. They had 2 contact numbers and have contacted me in the past for other work they did. I believe they can repair jewelry adequately but will not trust them with custom work, I have several other stones I was wanting to have set but after this experience I have lost confidence in their knowledge and skills.I finally received my jewelry and it turned out well, however it has not changed my opinion for future orders of custom jewelry. Bottom line, my experience is the sale is more important than the customer.

I travel back and forth to the area and needed my wedding set resized during the week of Christmas/New Years before I went back home. They did a fantastic job with my set, giving it back in better condition!! The staff is very friendly and courteous. I will definitely visit them again when I am back!!

Needed a last minute gift for my wife while on my way home from a trip with the guys. Took my chances here based on the good reviews. I must say, my expectations were exceeded! It was close to closing time on a Saturday and the owners were packing up for the night. You wouldnt know it though based on the treatment I received and the time spent with me by both of the owners. They helped me pick out the most beautiful ring for my wife, sized it on the spot and I was on my way. It was 45 minutes past closing when I left. Needless to say, next trip to FLA will include another stop here!

Just got my rings back and they are **stunning**! Just wanted to resize my engagement and wedding rings and solder them together. Brian made them look like they were made as a set for each other from the beginning and more beautiful than I could have expected. Couldnt be happier!!

I went in this Saturday to get a battery replaced and needed a Timex watch back snapped in. Kay Jeweler tried once and gave up. I tried all the tricks from YouTube with no avail. The ladies here were persistent and able to close the back of the watch. I was so happy and they are super nice! Only was charged for the battery. Thanks so much!

Had my daughters ears pierced there. Since I saw no Google reviews on them ear piercing, I wanted to add one. It was a very nice experience for my 2 girls. Janie (not sure the spelling) is the one who pierced their ears. She was gentle, patient (my oldest was very anxious) and was very accurate in getting the holes right. Janie even presented them with bravery certificates afterwards. They are very reasonable (we chose 14K gold 3mm balls). You dont get the after piercing cleaning solution like some piercing shops offer (at a higher piercing price), but I didnt want to use saline anyways. Rubbing alcohol is actually recommended by dermatologists. I dont live near this shop, but it was a half way point between my sister (their Aunt) and I. We were all making it a fun day and celebrating afterwards. So glad I chose Christoffs.

Such wonderful people. Super friendly and professional. Took my jewelry in for a cleaning and two pieces for soldering.....they all came back awesome. Sooooo happy. It took less than a week for me to get them back. On top of that, their price were unbelievable. In the past i have taken my jewerly to KAYS and they charged me 2xs more to solder and two weeks timeframe before I could get them back. This place....less than a week😉😉😉😉. Definitely will return
