I have used Jones LP gas for a couple of months now, an excellent company in my humble opinion. We have had good consistent experiences with them. Just this previous weekend we ran out of LP gas for our tankless water heater due to my own fault. I instantly called Jones and explained the problem. The office informed me the truck was out and on the road already. They would try seeing if they could help me They were unable to reach us because the next thing I know the Jones installation crew was at my house. They installed a temporary tank of gas to get us through the weekend. Now that is genuinely outstanding service.

HORRIBLE! I was told that they would be here between 9 and 11am but more close to 9am since they are only 5miles from my house. Ive called three times and no one could get ahold of the driver. 3 hours later he finally shows up! So instead of missing only a half of day at work I had to call out and miss the entire day. Why say a time they will be here if they dont abide by the timeline?! I will never ever recommend any of my neighbors or friends to use this company. Wish I could give them a zero stars!!!!

Still owe me a refund of 25 dollars. Was told they would call me back several times to settle. But no calls. Will not use this company again.
