Do not use service department. never seen such a bad service department in my 20years of business. Theyve lost a piece of my equipment twice and told me that I didnt know what I was talking about and then found them. Put my blades on wrong and instead of fixing immediately they had to hold my mower for another day. Told them to change my oil and check belts they said they did. in 2 days both of my belts went out. They said it would take a week to fix I brought it to another place it took 2 days. Got another oil change they did not put the oil cap on and I got oil all over a customers property. seems like the service department manager rob doesnt care about customer service at all. all he cares about is his bottom line. Had a push mower that took 2 months to fix. As soon as they fixed it. I was getting calls every day to hurry up and come get your mower. Made me wait 2 months but they couldnt wait a few days. Worst service department in all Florida. only person there thats seems to care about customers is britney. parts guys are great and so are the sales guys.

Ben Siegel was the best salesman Ive ever bought anything from. Ag-Pro had the best deals in all of Jacksonville on the zero turn mowers I was shopping for & SCAG makes some of the best mowers money can buy. To say I had a great experience today would be an understatement. 5 stars!!! HIGHLY reccomend talking to Ben for all your needs at Ag-Pro Phillips Highway!!!
These individuals told me lies when they said my 54 inch John Deere zero turn had only 50 hours on it. I had not put 45 minutes on the mower when it wouldnt even crank. $400 dollars later ( I had to pay $100 of the cost) I begin to use the mower an after putting only 20 hours on the mower, I have another expense of $1800 dollars and they are not even responsive to the fact that I gave every single dime to I had on this mower. I also was told that the mower had been serviced when in fact it had not. I feel used and so totally taken advantage of. I dont know if it is because I am a female or what but this has set me back a couple thousand dollars in missed work and not to mention the money I am out the money for the purchase

Best AGPRO around. Between Colin Bill and Parish I always have what I need to keep my business running at full power. They are always out to help and answer any questions or address any concerns I have. I will never go anywhere else to buy my equipment.

COVID practices are basically non-existant here, so dont visit if you care to follow safety practices. But service and selection are phenomenal! Stihl knowledge and service were better than I have ever received at Ace locations that service and sell Stihl items, and I will be returning!
The Jacksonville FL service department winterized our Gator, mower, tractor, bush hog and gas blower recently. All went very smoothly from pick up by Lonnie, conversations with Rob and Robert of the necessary services needed, and return delivery by Lonnie. Well continue to use this John Deere (Ag-Pro) location. Highly recommend.
I went into AG-Pro this morning looking to buy some new equipment for both my own lawn and some other yards I will be maintaining. Stephen was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products they offer. He was not trying to sell me on something I didnt necessarily need as I wont be doing commercial type lawn maintenance. I walked away with six new items and will definitely bring my business back to this AG-Pro store in the future.

Love John Deere. This place is ok. Nice enough employees, even if a little lacking in a professional demeanor (especiallythe lady at parts today)... but it is mower/tractor type stuff I guess it is what it is. Also, expensive for parts and repairs, but i guess it should be very good quality (will update here if not).
I am so happy with my service at Ag Pro on Phillips Hwy in Jacksonville...they fixed my new mower...and other equipment...the services are excellent and the store is full of great people and power equipment..I want to recognize Autumn Baker and Keith in service as they are very helpful and very educated about their job...also both men on the sales floor..Brett Bailey and his co worker are very helpful and fast to get me what I need and out the door..Ill be visiting the store as much as I can to build my tools for my business..thank you for the excellent quality work and service..and of course hats off to the mechanical engineers who work on the equipment...Ill always refer them to anyone who needs professional equipment and service!!.. This a new location for John Deere dealership on US 1. They sell many farm equipment and tractors, also riding mowers of all sizes to fit any yard needs. They also sell Stihl products such as trimmers, edgers, blowers and saws. Their work shop is large, as such their repairs turn around is quick.
The worst service ever....I would never do business with them again and would never recommend this place at all. It really doesn’t even deserve one star..I took my John Deere Gator in for service and repair. It was left there on 07/31/2017 and not fixed and ready for pick up til 11/01/2017. I called frequently and was always given some excuse for not being ready. They had it in parts so I couldn’t pick it up.. Time after Time, excuse after excuse.. Finally had it ready, only to find out they had left it outside most of that time with brand new seats sitting out in weather along with all the greasy hand prints all on both seats. Only part of the repairs had been done.. They did cut the bill from the original quote. Of course they should have since some of the repairs weren’t even done. They could have built a new one from scratch quicker... The Gator is still not running right. I’m really not sure how much was actually done. Total charged was over $1800.00 ..WAY, WAY, WAY overcharged..

I have edited my review as the manager has rectified the issue and has convinced me to reconsider doing business with AgPro again. He has made it right and has assured me that this kind of situation will not occur again.I am happy with the way they have been doing business now and have corrected the issues thay had in the past.When i had the issue they had a different mechanic that was lying and providing incorrect information. Now i always deal with the manager and things have changed in a really good way..
