Ive been dealing with these guys for over a decade, since they were down on Philips Hwy. Then they moved downtown, presumably to be closer to the professional athletes that also buy equip from them.My understanding is that they buy used INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH exercise equipment from fitness clubs that have closed or replaced their equipment.They refurbish it back to original... Or BETTER condition. I was able to get a super comfortable neoprene type seat to replace the uncomfortable thinly covered metal OEM seat on my bike.Unfortunately, I dont get Super deals on equipment like when they were a fledgling business on Philips Hwy.Now it seems they have a nationwide reputation and they can command a higher price for their hard work, which I suppose they have earned.Their staff does such an amazing job prepping this equipment and they seem to be able find or fabricate parts I cant even find online. They can even do custom upholstery colors, etcTime for another exercise bike as a gift for my girlfriend...there is sometimes a waiting list for certain types of popular equipment. They can only provide whats available for refurbishment.I went by Academy today because its just a couple blocks away from home. Academy is a joke! They had ONE recumbent bike to choose from. It was cheaply made, it was uncomfortable and they wanted $500??? Chris is the nicest guy ever. Always a pleasure to deal with him. I got a really nice treadmill and a spin bike. Tons of gym related exercise machines to choose from.

It was only a phone conversation, however there was much good information given by the representative and I certainly appreciated it.

The website states they close at 5pm...I called earlier today and they said stop by anytime during business hours. I leave work an hour early and arrived there at 4:23pm only to find a lock door no explanation sign and no answer when I called the phone number...Such a waste of time and GAS $$!!
