Friendly and did a great job. They can do just about anything you want but understand that these folks are really busy. We have used them for basic stuff like embroidery and heat pressing very large logos onto the backs of garments, which not everybody can do. They are in a strip center which is fairly easy to get in and out of.

Thank you for the amazing job on our shirts. We appreciate you taking the time to do them well and returning them completed in 5 days. Great craftsmanship. They look amazing. Everything you do is amazing work wise and the professional job here especially with the corrections, communication and follow up was superb. Our shirts turned out wonderfully.

Three times I asked Ms Karen for her service on different items for friends and family she nailed it every single time. She is awesome, professional, knows her business very well, high quality in the long sleeve shirts that I ask and beautiful selection in baseball caps. Do not expend your time and money in personalized websites, she is the best and she is local, if you want to see your love ones smiles go and see her you will not be disappointed.

I called the business at 4:30 to ask about the closing time and I informed the nice lady who answered that I was 20 min away. She kindly told me that they closed at 5 and I arrived at 4:50 to the doors locked. Her two dogs were there, but the store was locked and no one was around. I think that’s terrible customer service to say you’ll be open and to have a customer tell you they’re on their way and to not even be open.

They are the best. Awesome work, great prices and service with a smile. We are repeat customers and we tell everyone we can about Skribbles.

Great job with all styles

This is in response to the reviews by Angie Johns. I waited for the lady well after closing time. When she came, I might have been in back emptying the trash, but at no time did I hear her knock. I am very sorry this happened.As far as Mary Johns review the employee with the rolling eyes problem is no longer with my company. She had done this before. I have an excellent relationship with my employees and customers and the things that she claimed I did is something I absolutely would NEVER do. My apologies to her for this treatment.

Ive been coming here for almost 10 years. Although definitely not their largest customer Ive had a dozen or so projects with them and theyve always given me amazing service, pricing and quality. I enjoy seeing the dogs when I stop in and its nice to have a local feel to the place.

I brought two jackets that needed to be embroidered and the staff was friendly and helpful. The final result was beautiful and very professional looking. It is a pleasure to support a local business that produces a quality product.

Work is average, more importantly, the staff is customer bias and only professional to a small client base. Much better service from a larger or more establish company.

I went to pick up my order and the owner rolled her eyes if I was a burden to her. She was very nasty and rude to me. She also spoke to her staff as if they were peasants. Her staff and customers are the backbone of her business. They are the ones who do the work, which is quality but due to her degrading commands to her staff and rudeness to me,I will never do business there nor will my family and friends.

This is in response to the post by Mr. Porter. I have never done work for him. He left a shirt that I told him would be ready in two weeks. After one week, he came into my store ranting that it has already been two weeks, when in fact it had only been one week. I showed him the ticket with the date due by and he claimed he never agreed to that. He spoke very loudly and did this in front of other customers in my store. After he left, the other customers just shook their head and said you dont need people like that in your business!
