Decent guys over there. They usually have what you need. Clean organized helpful folks. They cut glass panes and keys and they have some things box stores dont. The new guys are nice too. In and out no pressure so I go there when I can and they have military discounts so on some things I dont mind paying more and I always support shops that take care of their military and make it easy to get in and out with easy close parking granted you cant see around the corner but I just go the other way.

Best hardware store in Jacksonville Florida the guys there are awesome great guys good prices compared to anybody theyre right with everybody elses prices they made me a Mom and Pops hardware store but theyve got everything you need I dont go to Home Depot or Lowes anymore I just go there theyve got everything I need and super friendly cant find something there right there to help you

Let me 1st start off by saying given the part of town that these guys are in if theyre not just a little on the worried side the people are going to steal from them I dont blame them. Secondly they have always been extremely friendly and kind and helpful with what Im looking for, I know exactly where I go in that store every freaking time right to the hardware section and I know that hardware section from end-to-end but the guys always still are willing to try to help you out no matter what. And I will always continue to support local hardware stores vs big box if I can help it !!!

I placed my order late yesterday PM and the delivery arrived before 10 AM today. Thats better than Amazon!Courteous service for quoting and ordering. Delivery driver was very nice.I will be a return customer.

I was able to get a key with a chip in it without my old car key cause my key had been broke and they reset my car for the key that they made without my car even being there cause I couldnt get my car up there do to me not having a key and it only cost me$74 for everything verses the cheapest estimate I got for all of that was over$200

These folks are awesome. Can’t say enough good things about them! I have been shopping here for years. Everyone is always friendly and ready to help. If they don’t have it (rare occasion) they will do their best to get it! Forget about big box, no need to go there with a hardware store and lumber yard like this right in our neighborhood.

This store is filled with things I didnt suspect would even be inside an hardware store. I was serviced fast and friendly. An employee was comedy wise with something loud and funny. Im glad I stepped into this store Ill be going back for sure. I spoke with one of the staff there AND told him I was noticing he had comedy ways about him, Ill have him go viral on YouTube. I’m a Contractor in Jacksonville and when it comes to lumber I always buy from Paschal. Today was the worst experience I’ve had with them. I spent over $700 on lumber for a deck and there was 5 2”*16”s I needed to bring back for a refund. The guy that works in the lumber department took a look at the wood and flat out told me that we don’t sell SH*TTY wood like this. I was stunned 😳. He turns to the guy that delivers the wood and he knows me well. The delivery guy says yes we delivered the wood to him about three weeks back and they were pressured treated so they couldn’t of weathered. As if my intentions was finding wood, strapping it down to my truck come all the way from Orange Park (a 35 minute trip) for $80 bucks sheesh. Sorry to say I will begin to buy my lumber from someone else.P.S if I needed to find the receipt that would have been the info I needed.
