Great experience. I called up ealrier to get the product ( capacitor ) and product ( capacitor ) was right there when I reached. They helped look for right capacitor for AC and looked for better priced option without even asking. Friendly staff. No wait. In and out of the store in 5 minutes.

Great customer service been buying regularly for the past 3 months

I gave 1 star because I had to rate to post. I bought a Christmas present for my husband and he found a used product before I could give it to him.I took the product back to the store & they would not refund my money. The person in charge wouldnt come out and talk to me, just sent the cashier out to relay the message. Will NEVER buy anything here again! Buyer beware!!!

The associate on staff today went above and beyond! Im an awful person, and I couldnt see the name on his name tag, and I forgot to ask.But this gentleman (with a big brace around his wrist) did everything within his power to help us find a piece to swap out on our pressure pot conversion. He even stayed late to try and help!Unfortunately Grainger didnt have the part. However, it wasnt for lack of trying!

Very helpful helping me find some fuses . They didnt have them in stock for immediate pick up, but they did get them to me the same day.

Wouldnt know. They are currently making everyone wait outside and they will come and get you. Stood outside and waited for like 25 minutes along with like 8 other people. No one ever came out. I eventually left and ordered what I need from Eriks.

I will never deal with this company again. They screwed up two of two purchases I attempted to make with them. Never ag as in. I will purchase from as far more reliable vendor.

This is a fantastic store with a phenomenal crew. Ive been coming to this store for my work and personal needs for over 3 years and they have never disappointed. One thing people need to understand about Grainger; this is not a retail store like Home Depot or Sears. If you come here expecting that kind of structure, youre probably in the wrong store anyway.

The only time I come here is to pick up products for my job. They have what I need to get the job done. If they dont have it, I know that it will be on order and get there in a timely manner.

Not such a good experience. Grainger disappointed during Hurricane Irma. Will Call not ready. Customer Service was poor. Overall experience 1 star. Horrible service. Grainger...the ones that COULDNT GET it Done!
