Very clean office right as I walked in, the staff was very knowledgeable & even recommended great ideas for me to utilize in my business. The dry ice worked perfectly for a shoot we did. Highly recommend for all your dry ice needs!

Id give 6 stars if I could!We are on a motorcycle trip from NJ. Went deep sea fishing and needed dry ice to get our catch back to NJ in my cooler. Zane was incredibly helpful in making sure we had the right amount of dry ice and wouldnt end up with freezer burned Mahi or frozen, exploded drinks if left in the cooler. So glad I found them online!

I had to pick up some dry ice for my sons science project and went to Reliant Atlantic Dry Ice. They were so helpful and courteous!! They had amazing customer service and were very knowledgeable. Zane was very nice and gave me pointers on fun things to do with the dry ice to get a very cool effect. My family had fun doing cool tricks with the dry ice and had an awesome effect for our science project on aerodynamics. In fact, I am going to get more today.. Thank you Reliant for your assistance!

My husband and I are from Utah and we were in Florida doing duck hunting. We needed some dry ice to keep the ducks frozen and they helped us figure out just how much ice we needed. They also helped us with packing our cooler properly. The store was easy to find, plenty of convenient parking, clean and well lit. If anyone needs dry ice I would recommend Reliant, they were knowledgeable, friendly and were happy to answer any questions.

Truly a fantastic place. First and foremost Id like to say that the customer service is outstanding. I was needing a few pounds of Dry Ice for a party for the next day; he ensured that Id have enough pounds to last me through and was very generous by even adding some free dry ice - what other company does this?! As soon as I walked in the door, despite him being in a different room, he hollered from the other room Welcome in, how can I help you today which I immediately knew it would be a pleasant experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared a lot of fun facts about dry ice that I was not previously aware of. I drove from St Augustine to come here specifically for dry ice pellets and they worked perfectly (We put them in little containers inside of drinks for a cocktail party). The guests were blown away :)Thanks for making our event special, thanks for being such a cool person, and thanks for providing exceptional customer service. This will be my go-to next time I need dry ice and will happily refer my friends here.

The gentlemen in charge here is a running a great place with excellent customer service. Stopped by here earlier today for the first time knowing little to nothing about dry ice. Answered all my questions and even offered a demonstration! All this before mentioning the great pricing!! Cant beat a $1.19 per pound pricing. 10/10 would recommend this place for dry ice needs.

Huge thanks to the owner who helped my sister with dry ice and cooler packing! I needed some help from my sister last minute to ship some items to Tennessee and she called me immediately to say how helpful the owner was and how much he helped her out with everything, start to finish.
