I just purchased a brand new house in Silverleaf Development here in St Augustine. If your builder installs Renaissance Windows & Doors, do whatever possible to convince them to use a different company. After spending tens of thousands on the windows & doors, I am very disappointed. Some of the windows are very difficult to close properly and there are areas where the white vinyl was gouged in installation of the sliding doors. It would also be nice if the labels could be removed so that even professional GOO GONE could be used to remove the adhesive left behind.I’m sure no one from Renaissance will respond to this review because they probably feel that we should consider ourselves lucky to have gotten any windows and doors.Great workmanship seems to be something of the past.I haven’t had any luck getting the builder to respond to these issues either, sad!!!The more I try to clean the sliding glass doors the more imperfections I find. It isn’t possible to clean a glass door of dirt when it’s in between the two panes!! Pretty sad that between the quality from the factory and the installation defects, you can expect plenty of overall imperfections from Renaissance!I asked my builder to check with them, but I’m sure nothing will happen.I just hope the engineering quality of these windows will survive the first wind and rain storm!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Took them 24 weeks to finally show up to install my windows only to have measured 5 wrong. Now I have 5 holes in my house holding up the building process for almost 2 months, not to mention one of the windows that was installed has about a 1 inch gap at the top that is leaking water into the house every time it rains. Also note the largest investor in this company also owns SEDA HOMES, so plan for delays as SEDA HOMES TAKE PRIORITY!

We have a newly constructed home with DreamFinders home builder in Nassau County that used Renaissance Windows for our home. We like the windows and the sliding glass door but unfortunately at least five windows have cracking on the frames all on the right side corners from when we moved into our brand new home. And the sliding glass door in our living room was installed incorrectly so we have a sliding door that is not straight and one side was installed upside down. Plus our screen door has nothing to latch onto so it will not stay shut and constantly opens with any breeze. We have been patiently waiting as it has been six months since we moved in, and DreamFinders has said they have repeatedly asked for one of Renaissance reps to reach out to us but no one has. My husband tried to call them today to speak to someone in their service department and was put straight to voicemail when he explained what he was calling about. Very sad business practices. We are under warranty with our builder so it eventually will have to get corrected but I can’t imagine privately using them. It would probably have to go to a small claims court, who has time for all that drama?! Personally we would recommend going with a different more professional company.

I had been attempting to purchase a custom window from a local building supply company that I had used before, but it seemed they were uninterested in even placing the order, prob since it was a single window. I was referred to call Renaissance since they mill the windows locally and was pleasantly surprised that their price was almost half and they got it done in less than 2 weeks (other supplier said 8 weeks). Christie in sales was very good at calling me back/ getting my order executed as if I was just as important as a big order/buyer. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a faster and cheaper option to windows (they may offer more, but a window is all I have ordered from them).

Absolute disaster from start to finish. Where do I begin? Their expert installers took over a month to finish our whole home window replacement. Only reason it looks they way it does now is because I took at least 4-6 hours to walk around every window to mark issues...they would just have left awful caulking and poorly made sashes that had noticeable dips and bevels in them. Along the way they blamed the age and brick of the home for the issues of appearance. Spoke to managers on both install and company side and eventually worked to a conversation with the president of the company. He refused to come see the work firsthand, hid behind your job was done to industry standard excuse of doing the minimum needed to finish our job, repeatedly ignored and laughed at the notion of additional return compensation based on the fully documented issues because (they had to spend more money replacing the poorly constructed sashes...as if that was my fault), then threatened to put a lean on our home and said I was refusing to pay (which i never did...after all they already had the initial payment a full month prior to this call). Just an absolute joke and watched a neighbors home get done 2 weeks later by a company that did things like caulking and installing a completely different way with brick. Avoid this company at all cost but if you still wish to use them for cost savings, buyer beware and save that warranty info. Dreading the day I need to call these robbers back.Edit: we did try to “message them privately to discuss the issue” which led to our original sales person telling me in essence, “we want to close this case but did you want to add anything to your file?” No...I do not. But thanks I guess for trying to make Show a good “public face”.

I referred them to a friend, and they bought Renaissance windows and sliding glass patio doors for the whole house. Dependable, great people to work with, and the product is superior. Theyre very pleased. And, they loved the new financing option. Perfect for their budget. Looks beautiful and gives their home great curb appeal. I will refer them again!

Christy Pigg was easy to work with and understood exactly what we wanted in a new sliding door. From our in home estimate to the install everything was seamless! I highly recommend!

Great company owned by North Floridas largest privately owned home builder. I believe this is the only local Window and Door company that actually manufactures right here in Jacksonville.

This is the resurrection of the now defunct Eagle View windows and doors. I have them in my SEDA home in Sandy Creek and they are horrendous. This company is not stable, made up of old employees, and sells a horrendously designed product. Buyer beware. Go check out Eagleviews google reviews before you buy!!!!
