Im giving this business two stars because the female I spoke over the phone was very helpful or I would have given in one star.I called this company on 12/11/2020 to schedule an appoint. The earliest opening was on today 12/15/2020, so I booked the appointment. I took today off from work only to be stood-up. I was supposed to receive a call from the Service Tech, but I didnt hear anything from the Tech or the Company letting me know that no one was coming out today. I wasted a full day waiting when I couldve been working or running errands. Time is the only thing we cant get back, so Im pretty upset about wasting it. Im very understanding to most things, but this should never happen..... MAKE IT RIGHTUpdate: they made it right

My garage door was stuck on the track and they fixed it right away! Marcus identified several small issues that were contributing to the problem and fixed them all on the spot. Fast and affordable service!

They deserve no stars, but have to give at least one for a rating. This company owns one business in Jacksonville and one in New Bern. I dealt with both. I never even got garage doors because getting employees to call you back was absolutely impossible. on four occasions I called the owner in New Bern so he could get his employee to call me back. After the fourth time I went to another business and within a day and a half I had an estimate, picked out my doors and had them on order. They may just be too busy, but if thats the case need to be honest with your customer.

I called this morning to have someone come out to look at our garage door. Both people I spoke to were very nice. I was expecting to have someone come out sometime next week; instead, he told me someone could be there in about an hour. He showed up right on time! He came in looked at my door and gave me a quote I a matter of minutes. I loved the fact that he didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need. Very satisfied with the service so far!!!!
