Q the two installers worked steadily with great skill, all the while answering any questions we had. When done rhey cleaned everything up as if nobody had ever been here. Very satisfied!

My wife and I saved for years to purchase new windows to replace ones made in the 70’s. We saw frequent commercials for New South Windows and were impressed with their statement: “We manufacture, we install, and we guaranteed the windows for as long as you own your home”. Many of the commercials showed 2 installers installing the windows (See photo NSW#1). We met with a New South Windows salesperson in April who sold us 14 windows for $16,862, an agreement which included 2 of New South’s own “professional highly skilled well compensated installers”. Their written agreement refers to “our installation crews” and “our professional installers” multiple times (See photo NSW#2). We did everything we were asked to make each window accessible, both inside and out. We waited 11 weeks for the windows to arrive. Installation dates were set for 7/20-21. On the first day of installation, rather than 2 installers with a New South truck showing up, a single installer in a box truck shows up (late). I initially thought that New South Windows sent out 1 installer and pocketed the difference meant for the 2nd installer since they had their own installers.In reality, New South Windows pays “sub-contractors” to install customer windows but has no problem continuously advertising them as “Our Installers”. They pay the sub-contractor a set amount to do the window installation work. If a sub-contractor decides to double his own pay and send himself out to do the work without a 2nd installer, it’s apparently his prerogative and fully acceptable to the management of New South Windows. So in this instance, using a sub-contractor resulted in me only getting half the labor force as was promised by the salesperson, the agreement, and advertising claims as well as doubling the sub-contracted installer’s pay (who the salesperson already described as “well compensated”).If you sign a contract with a moving company, you’d be livid if they sent out 1 mover with his truck from another moving company. Having one installer was significant because when the last window was being installed on the 2nd day, the installer chose to lean this very heavy window against an aluminum ladder sitting on top of mulch, it shifted and shattered. The installer later admitted to me that this probably wouldn’t have happened if 2 installers were on the project. The installer boarded up the middle bay window (see photo NSW#3). and filled out an exception form indicating “broken glass”. Now my 2 day project just became an 11 week project.I had planned to withhold the final 1/3 payment, so I could ensure the replacement window would be expedited. The next day I get a call from New South Windows. They wanted 94% of the complete payment and took it from my MasterCard leaving a $1000.00 balance. They said they would expedite the creation of the replacement window and it would take 3-5 weeks. At exactly 6 weeks, I had to call them. They said the replacement window was ready. It was 2 more days before they called to schedule the follow-up installation and that date was two more weeks out.One window came from their factory with 22 screw holes in it (See photo NSW#4). I brought this to the attention of my contact at New South Windows. Their fix was to put plastic slats over the top part, so the holes wouldn’t show. But nothing was done to the bottom part, so if you open the window, you would still see the 10 randomly drilled holes, some holes without screws.So basing my decision on New South Window’s commercials, the assurances of their salesperson, and their written documentation, I allocated $16,862 on 14 new windows and 2 of New South Window’s own “professional highly skilled well compensated installers”. I never expected that New South Windows would send out a sub-contractor, who showed up alone, thus doubling his pay and subsequently braking a window, resulting in our family spending the next 9 weeks with a boarded up window, furniture pushed away from the windows, and wondering if we should have called Window World.

Absolutely wonderful service-from the first call to the final checkup. Windows are great, service first class, and people are super friendly. Will use for other windows in the near future.

NewSouth Windows are very attractive custom windows. I love the quality and custom finished look of the window! I would use them again in the future.

The work was done on time.The installers we very professional and made it a point to tell us what was happening. They were also very conscious of keeping everything clean during and after the installation.

We were very impressed with the quality of the windows from New South. We liked that they are a FL based company, and that their windows are designed with FL weather in mind. We elected to get the hurricane grade windows as theirs actually are tested at something like 135 mph and not the standard 35-40 mph.The installation was smooth and easy, and surprisingly our house is so much quieter with the new windows. The street behind our house has become quite busy in the 30 years since we built the house. It’s definitely a nice added perk - especially for working from home.Everyone we have dealt with this far has been very friendly and very helpful. We’d definitely recommend you check out New South.

29 storm windows and a door - perfect work. The windows have a solid, clean design as compared to other companies. One of the perks was the excellent, dust free installation and how quiet the house becomes with storm windows.Another key factor was dealing with New South Windows staff. Kayla, patiently kept the project on track and running smoothly. She responded immediately to our many time consuming questions. Our salesman Cory, was also excellent. He had suggestions for installations, that we did not think were available.We appreciated their customer relations during the whole process and have a sense of confidence that we have a quality product.

New South Windows make a quality product and did a good job through the whole process. They advised when they would be here to install and really went out of their way to exceed normal customer service. We love the new windows and very happy they could preserve the original old casings!

01-16-2021Signed a contract to purchase new vinyl windows for $12,800.00. We were advised the company was severely backed up due to material shortages. We understood.07-16-2021Windows were installed. The installers left broken glass slivers inside our home in multiple areas. I also found a piece of broken glass approximately 3wide X 10long. All was pointed out to the lead installer just after the installation was completed.We also have 5 windows that do not function properly. The company has attempted to resolve by sending service technicians out on three separate occasions with no success. The latest technician has now advised me the problem cannot be resolved by repair or replacement due to a design flaw with the engineering and manufacturing of the window. He advised that New South has been fully aware of the design flaw.So we have purchased $12,000.00 for new windows with a design flaw per the New South technician that cannot be resolved by repair or replacement.What a horrible way to do business with a customer.Totally unacceptable!

I have given this company every opportunity to gain my trust by fixing the problems they installed in my home! My windows and doors have been installed for 6 months now and they STILL are not right! If you should decide to use this company... DO NOT PAY THEM A DIME UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK AND YOUR WINDOWS/ DOORS HAVE PASSED CODE INSPECTION!!!!! The only reason I rated them 2 stars is because they make/sell a good product, but the people who work for them could care less about customer service and satisfaction. I CANNOT IN GOOD CONSCIENCE RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR WINDOWS & DOORS.

This was a horrible experience from installation to service. Installation crew were unprofessional and rude. Trying to get service on new back door that was installed incorrectly. This Jacksonville office is ridiculous. They dont in any way know what they are doing. Cant remember if they scheduled an appointment, who is supposed to come do the service and when. In Jacksonville all the installers are sub contractors. We were told they would be New South employees. We were also told after the purchase when we had questions that the company had been sold to a company called PGT out. of Tampa. If this is the case, they need to reevaluate their Jacksonville office. If youre looking for new windows I cannot in all honesty recommend this company.

I was not able to proceed with my agreement with Newsouth due to some medical expenses that I incurred at an inopportune time. However the associates that I did encounter during my experience were lovely. Cathy on the phone and Cory in my home. I had lovely experiences with both of them. hopefully I can circle back in the future.

Over priced, worst followup.Been waiting eight months for their repair person to come and fix the poor quality windows. Ounce they have your money,, they drop you like a hot potato.. Never brought the right screens with them on installation. My advice!Choose another company.Their slick advertising and high pressure sals persons make this aA company you should stay away from. UPDATE! been waiting six months more after four phone calls to them about my windows with no answer or solution.

We started our process with New South Windows last Sept/October when we decided to replace all our windows (15) and add French doors. This has been our experience at each stage.Sales - 4 Stars - Fast response, Johnathan was very good, the sales process was informative, the product is solid, the guarantee is what sold us, the price was competitive, not the cheapest, not the most expense. The Sales process and the follow up, phone calls every 3 weeks to let us know how the order was processing towards our scheduled promised delivery time, of late January was excellent. When the order became delayed the calls stopped! We had to do the follow up, and the date, due to quality checks, which btw we thought were a good thing and where willing to wait, began to slip we found ourselves calling trying to find out when they could install.Installation - 5 Stars - Could not ask for a better team, On time, clean professional, informative. Having been through a few remodels this was a great experience. My only recommendation is not to show up with the screens until the follow up visit. Showing up with 9 screens in some sort of need of repair, when you are going to send out a follow up team to do this work any way would give a better impression up front.Product - 5 Starts - Wow, what a different this has made in our house in cost efficiency, cutting down on drafts, and noise, support the sales claims around the product.Now for the bad:Follow up team and Scheduling 0 Stars - would give a negative here. The contract said we needed to pay 1/2 up front and 1/2 once the windows where installed, I wished I would have changed that to 1/2 once the Job was completed, and as of 5/31/21 the Job is not completed. We have been trying to finish this job since February. When we followed up to see when they were coming back out to do the finish work we discovered that they had not scheduled us for inspection nor had the ordered the sash that need replacing. The date got push several times for various reasons and the most ridiculous re scheduling one was to have one person who was scheduled to come for a 1/2 day to reschedule to come by on Good Friday at 4pm. When question if they thought one person could complete the work in a reasonable time, there was the answer of he will try. We asked to be rescheduled (another 3 to 4 week wait) to ensure their staff had quality time to do the work we needed done.When we have called and asked for a return call, as I did on the 1st of May to discuss this review before writing it, as I wanted the GM to have a chance to here my thoughts first hand, no return phone calls. The ordering and re-ordering of the sash is still not installed and they could not finish the French Doors, We had to hire a handy man to get them to align correctly. They constantly call us leaving a voice mail, we call back get some answering service who passes a message to the local office who calls us while we are at work and the process repeats. Their post implementation process is broke.I now have to question if the guarantee has any value in it! Its how you Finish that counts.

I would love to use this company but they refuse to come to give me an estimate unless both parties (husband and wife in our case) are present. Working different shift and traveling make this extremely difficult. Apparently one half of the party is not capable to relate the information accurately to the other half if they are not present. This certainly seems like some kind of high pressure sales tactic. I expected so much more from this company.

Tom and Ronnie did a fantastic job installing my new windows and front door. They took the time to answer every question I had and never seemed annoyed, no matter what I asked them. The county building inspector said this was one of the best window installations he has seen in several years. I couldn’t be happier with the new windows and door!

Great company to work with; we replaced old sliding patio doors with blind-inset french doors, and we couldnt be happier. They look and function great! The installer Ricky and his crew Were very professional about their job. On time, worked quickly, clean and professional. Top notch! I would highly recommend new south window for replacement windows or new construction.

This 3-star rating is based on the performance of NSWS employees delivering as promised. The new windows and the installation occured within the forecasted time-frame, but without a screen sliding door to complete the job. I was assured by the installer the screen would be coming, and also another employee would return to add the caps over the window installation fasteners. So, here I sit seven weeks later, after contacting and speaking to a newly-hired represetative (after an earlier attempt five days earlier) trying to get the screen door order initiated again and the caps installed. So, either something went wrong at the local office, or at the factory in Tampa. It doesnt matter where, or who, but what matters is the effort needed to move this matter along.

I called to get an estimate on French Doors. I had been to Home Depot first. The receptionist said no sales people were in the office; she did not have access to pricing, but their quote would be more than Home Depot. I said there was a 2 for 1 special advertised on their website for windows and doors and she said it was only for windows. I said you have so much business, that you cant even give me an estimate, yet you have no access to pricing, nor know anything about pricing? and she said thats correct. We hung up and went to Lowes for our French Doors. If she had been the owner, I am sure the answer would have been different. She told me not even to drive to the showroom as they had nothing to show us. Guess the Covid Virus didnt hit them too hard. Would never recommend this place!

I had NewSouth Windows come out back in October 2019. At the time, we were not ready to proceed with this project. I am now ready to proceed with this project. About two weeks ago I called the local Jacksonville FL in hopes to obtain a new quote. I was told that my original sales person is no longer with the company and they would need to redo the measurements. When I asked why, I was told that their sales people keep that information and its not recorded in their system. I told the individual that I would call back when I had more time. I called today to schedule an appointment to have the measurements taken again. I was told that even though my wife and I already heard their sales pitch, had to sit through their 90 minute presentation 90 again. I informed the individual, we already heard the pitch and which windows we want. Why do we need to do that again. She insisted that we both had to be there and she will schedule a weekend appointment in order to ensure we are both available. The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a vendor. You have someone calling you back who is interested in your product...just to push them away?!?!UPDATE: NewSouth, you mentioned that Justin tried to contact me. I didnt receive a call from NewSouth. Anyway, I called your offices and left a message for Justin 5 days ago. To date, I havent received a call back from New South.

Thieves don’t return phone calls and fail to respond

Basically got a bait and switch for estimate, if the job is not big they are not interested, if you are not spending lots of money, which I thiught I was when expecting to spend 10k, but I guess that small change for them. They making to much money to worry about the regular people.I needed oversized sliding door replaced, and I also needed 2 casement windows to be replaced. Filled out info for free in home estimate. received call regarding request explained my needs and when asked how many windows needed and I said 2, I was informed that they dont do estimates unless its for 4 or more windows. When I advised that they should update their website to avoid people wasting their time, I was told that they are very busy and for me to bring measurements to the store, also told that they only make metal casement windows wich deteriorate if close to water and window delivery is 6months out, never even got to talk about sliding doors.

At first we were very pleased but it was a nightmare because people in the Jacksonville location kept getting fired putting off the installation. the installers themselves did a great job and were very very very nice and professional. But I had to make phone calls to the city to make sure the permits were done etc etc etc....

Worst customer service and horrible product. 15 months after signing the contract and still have gaps in the doors, failed building code inspections, damaged tile work, and numerous missed appointments.

After some prolonged issues with the window replacement, Justin contacted me and is going above and beyond to make things right. They stand behind the product and it is good quality. The four stars is due to a long story of poor communication and misunderstandings, but Im impressed with the follow through and would use them again for the next project. Definitely recommended, but make sure everything is carefully clarified and documented with the factory rep sales folk.

GO TO THE OTHER GUYS!! I ordered 15 windows after waiting months for the installation I am on the schedule they show up and I pay the balance due before they would start come to find out 2 windows were wrong. 2 days later no contact from NEW SOUTH I call was told they will expediter the problem 2 months later I received a call to install and then a call to reschedule did that and I receive a call to reschedule again 1 year later I still have NOT HAD MY 2 WINDOWS INSTALLED and other windows have been fogging up. I do not recommend this company.

Working with NewSouth has been a great experience. Jason was very responsive during the sales process, communicated clearly, and did not give any sense of pressured sales. Kevin and Will arrived early for the installation on both days, answered all of the questions that I had without hesitation and they’re both easy to talk to. Nope, nope, nope!On 14 April, 2020 a representative from New South Windows came to my door. He wore a mask and would not enter my home. I was not presented with brochures or price lists. I ordered two large bedroom windows, a small kitchen window, a fiberglass front door, and a sliding glass patio door. After several “discounts” I still got a price of nearly $9,000. I paid my ten percent and he was on his way. Twelve weeks later, I called and asked what was the ETA on my order. I was told ( lied to) they were waiting on glass for two of my windows. Three weeks later, I got the same reply (lie). Two weeks after that I was informed my order was In and installation would begin. The crew arrived on time, in an unmarked truck, three gentlemen with only one wearing a NSW t-shirt, one other basketball shorts and slides. All my windows were there, as well as the front door but no patio door. They were not wearing masks. They trampled my decorative garden stakes, broke one old window, put my bedroom window in upside down and had to call the shop for the hardware for the front door. The door handle and lock mechanism was delivered, but for a door that opened on the opposite side. Either they were too lazy or thought I was too stupid to notice. One crew member spent an awful longtime in my bathroom. Here it is 25 October and I still have no patio door, but I am making payments on the products. I would pay it all off, but I’m afraid I’ll never see my patio door. As a consolation they sent me some cookies in a cute package. My friend got eight windows in her home from another company and only spent $2,000. I feel ripped off. And since the inspector has not come out, I still cannot paint my door.

Tried to call went to voice mail, tried to chat on the webpage but it was just a chatbot so not a real human. ChatBot took my information and said I would be contacted via telephone. This has still not happened after 2 days. I filled out an online request with renewalbyAnderson and they contacted me within 30 minutes. Not sure what is wrong with this company apparently the reviews that have been left by others about poor customer service are correct. Not sure I would feel comfortable with a company that doesnt even respond to interested customers. I would hate to see how it is to deal with them after they already have your money.

I recently bought and had New South windows installed in my jacksonville beach home. They are beautiful. They arrived early and left early and cleaned up after themselves. Jason Miriello my sales person worked with me to find financing to suit my needs so that I could afford the windows. I am so pleased with the beauty and function. I mostly loved that their warranty was virtually exclusionless, as a lawyer I have never seen such a thing. Thank you New South team for making my purchase such an enjoyable experience.

New South Windows has all the qualities listed above. We bought several hurricane/high impact windows from them this past April, 2020. Though their product is a little more expensive than others, the quality far justifies the extra expense. For one thing, its double-paned panels are thicker than other products on the market and has extra features that give the window more reinforcement against impact. It also has a spring-loaded lift that helps the customer open/close the window with less work. Finally, it has a feature that allows the customer to clean the outside of the lower part of the window without having to step outside. Check that feature out! And just how do we know about all of these extra quality details? Their representative brought a model of their windows to our home and let us examine it while he explained the features. We also looked at the quality of competitive window companies and compared them to New South...What was also important to us in selecting New South is that they are a local Florida company which understands the weather needs of Florida vs an all purpose window company selling high impact windows. They also have a vested interest in their local customers. Though slightly limited in color selections, the company still bent over backwards to try to tailor their product to our needs as far as aesthetics is concerned. They were always on time with all of their appointments. Every employee with whom we dealt was professional and polite. They even went above and beyond on two occasions... We highly recommend New South Windows for their impact windows. In fact, should we need to replace more of our windows in the future, we will be dealing with New South.

The crew (Tom and Ronnie) did a great job getting the work done and also displayed awesome professional courtesy throughout. Another team came to help towards the end of the day because we have stucco all around the house and we had 9 windows replaced. One is a pretty big picture window. They would always ask for permission to enter an area of the house before doing so. Excellent service and product design is top notch! Highly recommend New South Windows.

The only reason this is even a 1 star review is because of the fantastic quality of the windows themselves. This branch of your company is hurting your reputation. I do not recommend you to anyone. I would hate for anyone I know to have the same experience that we have had. It’s very disappointing in the end. We were extremely excited for the new windows. To bad we have had to deal with the nightmare of delayed delivery, delayed install and damages to our house because of the inefficiency of the install team and person coordinating the install. Extremely unprofessional install coordinator and sales person, sales manager etc. I have even reached out the CEO with no answer. We were being beyond reasonable about the situation and the compensation we were asking for. That will no longer be he case. I need a response from the person who is actually in charge of making decisions for your company. Ignoring us will not make us go away.DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION OF YOU DECIDE TO GO WITH NEW SOUTH!!!!

The installed windows and doors changed the feeling of the house, room to room temperatures are more uniform, and the street sounds are greatly reduced. The quality and operability of their products is impressive. The workers that came to our house were very professional, hard working, and informative when questioned about the technical aspects of the windows and doors. There were some very minor concerns, and New South did whatever was needed to make the installation experience perfect and satisfying. Just cant say enough about our satisfaction with New South.

We had New South Windows installed in our home in Jupiter. They were fantastic. We just recently moved to Palm Coast Florida. The first thing we did was contact New South Windows of Jacksonville. They are now installed in our home. Our energy bill decreased greatly and my husband with his vascular problems does not have to board up for hurricanes. We are in the process of renovating a 40+ year old home which still had the original metal windows. We called NewSouth to come out and we were very impressed with the product. We ended up replacing all of the windows and it looks great! The windows were even ready before the contracted installation time frame which was a major plus.

We installed 6 windows on April, and they did not pass the cities for 4 times. There are missing screws, one crack on the window, and one broken screen, we have been waiting for 3 months and never did get it replaced. Once they get the money, there are no customer service at all!

Our installer today was Kevin Gordon and he did a great job. He was on time, professional, and my windows look great. He went above and beyond during the installation and spent time with us to be sure we understood the warranty and how the windows were installed and function. It was a very good experience with my windows installed by New South Window Solutions. The installers removed and installed 12 windows in one day. The windows were trimmed, caulked neatly done inside and out.The county inspector commented how well the windows were installed, he hadnt seen so many screws installed.After the inspection, Gary, the service manager, sent Gene out to finish the installation. Gene was very friendly, cordial and professional. Gene did the final windows exterior trim, caulking and sealed the windows from the weather. Gene did an outstanding, superior professional job.I am very pleased and satisfied with the windows quality and the professional installation of New South Windows Solutions.

Rep came to my home to sell windows. All the other companies I have contacted, came out and measured and gave me a price. This man went into a huge production, as far as to show one price, then another and then another, like it was a game! Not to mention he has a terrible smell and left all my blinds open and crooked after measuring. I’d never do business with them! Did I tell you the price was $7,000 over the next highest bid.

Entire experience with New South was outstanding. Corey, the sales representative who came out was knowlegable and professional. I had bids from two other companies, as well, and decided on New South. Very glad I did. Windows and sliding doors were in early and installed the next day. Install crew did a great job. A week later my new front entry doors arrived, and again installed in a few days. A few minor problems, mainly adjustments, were handled quickly. Everyone at this company, from the nice girls answering the phones, Lisa in Permits, Gary in service, Gene the technician, and Zack from the main office were great to work with. High quality product with a great warranty. I would recommend New South to anyone. Its so rare these days to find a company that truly cares about its customers and customer service. New South is one of the best.

Teds crew did a great job replacing all the windows and the front door at my parents house. They were fast and professional and I highly recommend them.

The process of purchasing, sizing, and installation was done professionally and with ease. The installers should great pride in their work. The only wrinkle was the big kitchen window that was not sized properly and had to reordered. Did not cause any problems with us.We thank everyone involved for a job well done.

New South had a special event at their facility only with 40% off the cost of their windows advertised. I had to measure my own windows, went to their showroom, waited in excess of 30 minutes to meet with a sales representative and then received my pricing. The sales representative even offered me an extra 10% for a total 50% reduction off their retail price if I would sign right then and there!Only problem was, I already had two quotes from very reputable window replacement companies (representing well known national brands) in Jacksonville that were considerably LESS than the remarkable 50% discounted price offered by the New South representative! And these other companies came out to my house, measured my windows and offered straight pricing with no gimmicks.When I advised that I was not going to make a decision that day, the New South sales representative said I would lose the extra 10% he had offered. He advised he would call me in a week to follow up. I never heard again from New South Windows & Doors.This review does not speak to the quality of their products, which seemed fine and comparable to the other manufacturers I was considering. Zack and the crew were good however the product it self leaves a lot to be desired. The windows looked as though they never went quality control seems and joints not finish out very rough. Numerous windows with debris and bad sealer between glass. Screens are very flimsy and appear made very cheap. Joints inside and out very rough will not allow screens to close all the way. Slide windows do not operate very smooth and roller on screen door has already broken. Unfortunately the job started over a year ago and still has not been completed. Would definitely recommend if you choose to use this company to inspect your windows prior to installation for quality and finish. The sad part is I explainedall of my expectations prior to the start of the job and they fell short! The job included 16 windows and two sliding doors one two panel and one three panel. Unfortunately I feel that we paid for more than what was delivered. I am also very certain that the owner of the company would not have accepted this install or product in his personal home.

This company has the best customer service that Ive seen in a long time. They replaced two, three slider patio doors in our home. They were on time and very professional. Cleaned up after themselves and the supervisor (Zack) even came out to check the work being done. He did not like the look of the outside frame so even had them build a nice clean frame around both doors! Oh and at no charge!I wish I could remember all of their namesto thank each one!

From order date to date of installation was faster than originally stated.Installation was swift, thorough, professional and all areas of the 21 windows installed was left clean. The windows look great on the building and are well built and are expected to last a long hassle free time.

Our windows were replaced in March, 2020. However, due to the Covid-19 virus the city did not inspect until June. After waiting for over a week for then to call to schedule the trim installation, I had to call them. Then it took overr a week to get that done. There was a screen damaged during the installation and it has taken over 4 weeks to get that repaired. Love the windows but service is very poor.

House is getting old and needed new windows. Called New South along with two other well known Jacksonville companies. Cory came into our home and fit right in. With three kids and a cat, he stayed on his toes and took everything in stride. He was very professional, knowledgable and felt like part of the family.Quality - Having a window made in Florida for Florida homes really goes a long way. Ask the other guys where the windows are made and for how many markets. Ask Cory to do the light bulb test.Pricing - New South wasnt the cheapest or the highest.Warranty - One page and that covers manufacturing, install and use after install. Simple, easy and to the point.I have been in sales and management for over 15 years and if I had a position open I would hire Cory in a second - watch out New South! Take care of him, he is the main reason we went with your company.Did I mention its been almost a month and neither of the other two companies have followed up....

Just wanted to get the word out that the guys are just leaving my house here in St Augustine. They did an exceptional job. They worked well together and were very pleasant and polite. They ran into a few snags but they still got the job done with professionalism. They had to cut out and old octagon window and replace it with a regular window. They did awesome. I had four window companies come out for estimates on new windows. The NewSouth Windows were far superior over the other windows. Jonathan was extremely professional, knowable and helpful. Even though NewSouth was not the cheapest or the most expensive their products seem superior to all others I checked not.

Cory our salesperson, Zach the installation point person and his team, and all of the office staff we have contacted via phone through the process have been very professional and helpful. During the installation the team was very mindful of keeping our house clean and protecting our interior and exterior spaces while they had to pull out our very old and damaged windows. The new windows are beautiful and make the house so much more quiet. A huge improvement. After our experience, I cant imagine anyone being unsatisfied with this product. We chose the impact resistant windows due to being near the Intracoastal Waterway and wanting hurricane protection.

The crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves as they worked. The windows look great, and the only issue we found was outside the install process and corrected in a timely manner.

Our house was built in 71, we bought in 91. replaced the original windows with New South last year. Unbelievable difference. The look and energy efficiency are excellent. The unexpected bonus is the soundproofing. We live on Baymeadows Raceway (Jax) and before the replacement you would have thought the road was 2 from the house. Now, its very quiet and peaceful, even with the emergency vehicles that constantly run past. Best investment ever. Great people to work with, as well.

Scheduled a free estimate for today to replace all the windows and exterior doors for my home. The man who arrived at my house was very rude and confrontational. He refused to provide a free estimate because my husband was not present, and accused me wasting his time. Extremely rude and unprofessional, very unreasonable attitude. My husband and I decided to schedule an estimate because this company has 4.9 stars on Google. Dont waste your time with this company plus refused to provide a free estimate/presentation without my committing or signing a contract with him.UPDATE: Previously gave NewSouth Window Solutions 1 star; the companys marketing president, Mr. Stone, personally apologized for my experience and scheduled to come to my home. Well thus far my experience with New South Windows of Jacksonville has been excellent. Rob came out toy home with both samples we requested. Gave a terrific presentation on both double hung and impact resistant windows. Both window are engineered to with stand the Florida climate and storms. I will leave another review once the installation is done.

Terrible and high pressure sales on extremely overpriced products during sales presentation! Would never buy from this company! Salesman tried to talk me out of what I wanted and actually had the nerve to get angry with me when I wouldnt buy on the day of his sales call. Told me what I wanted was more expensive only to leave a written quote for a much higher price than what he obviously did not want to sell. Terrible - dont waste your time with this company.

Cory was our sales person and he was very professional, knew all the information, had a window to show us the quality, and was able to answer all our questions. We like the company makes, sells, installs, and warrants their windows. Also, like that they are Florida made and sold only in Florida so you know they are Florida windows and not a generic window sold in the north or west.

Ive been in my beach house for 29 years. Ive wanted to have my windows replaced before retiring and when my husband saw the commercial for New South Window Solutions, he said I may want to take a look. So far we’re very pleased with the sales service we’ve received. I work out of town and was thankful that I was able to make a Saturday Appointment. Jonathan came fully prepared to show my husband and I everything about the windows. My main interest was using the hurricane impact windows and when Jonathan walked us thru the composition of the window itself, he also explained about the low “E” features. He had also brought a cross section of the window construction which helped us see how the window was built. Jonathan answered all questions without making us feel like our questions were unimportant. We were so impressed, we didn’t let Jonathan leave before placing the order. Along with being a good salesman, he was very personable and pleasant to chat with!
