Our 15 windows and 1 large bay window and screens were installed in 1 day when they arrived. These windows are highest quality and have been through 2 hurricanes and multiple storms with no problems. Miracle windows are highly recommended by this family.

We started the updated of our windows and 3 sliders in 2016 and continued with the agreed price on the remaining windows in 2018. Miracle windows have made our home so quiet, fresh and updated. The vynel is good quality and easy to clean. Love the sliding windows especially, they are so easy to open over the kitchen sink. The installers were very efficient and our concrete block house was left in good shape. They could try to improve the slider screens and their locks. Usual high pressure sales pitch unfortunately. Should just stick to the actual price.

Given it 3 stars because they did a good job with the windows and the installers were really professional but I had 3 issues 1. they sent the wrong paperwork so the inspector couldn’t inspection the windows the 1st time so they had to re scheduled. 3.I was told before I purchased the windows that I didn’t have to start paying for the windows until Mid August and I received a letter from the bank that my 1st payment is do this month and 2. I referred my neighbor and when I asked them how does the referral program works their tone of voice changed immediately telling me that they were around the neighborhood and that’s how my neighbor purchased the windows right after my neighbor told me that he called them. (If I would of known that from 2 years ago that I called this company to learn about their products this is now a 3 stars company I wouldn’t even bother to let them come in and gives me a “good offer” I should of done my homework but is okay Karma always collecting debts.

We had 2 of our showers replaced and could not be happier. The installation was professionally done and they completed both of them in less than 5 days in spite of encountering problems with the removal of the downstairs tub enclosure. The workers Jacob and Josh were amazing, hard working, and professional. Blake the salesman was very accommodating and the measuring guy whose name escapes me at this moment (apologies) was great as well. Once the job was complete the owner even called me to make sure we were happy with all aspects of the work. Definitely will be calling these guys when we redo our master bath!

My experience installing my Kohler walk in shower was excellent.. The sales representative was knowledgeable and helpful and the installation personnel kept me informed of their progress, made excellent suggestions and did excellent work. And, of course, the Kohler shower itself is beautiful and the product quality outstanding, While I tend to be very demanding, Id have to give this project 5 stars.

Attempted to make an appointment to have them do my shower and a sunroom addition. In the past two years I have replaced my roof, replaced my windows, added plantation shutters, redone every closet, replaced flooring, cabinets, and countertops. All done by very reputable companies, all with A+ ratings with the BBB. None of them had any problem with dealing with just me. This is not an area that my husband has any interest in. This company insisted, to the point of losing a paying customer, that my husband be there. The reason they gave was that the BBB insisted. Which is NOT true. If you are an independent, but married woman, stay away!!

Had a great experience with Miracle Windows! From the sales reps who came out to the contractors, we had no complaints. The work was completed with minimal mess and they did a great job! The sliding door and window are high quality and we are very happy with our purchase! Definitely a company you can depend on!

Great communication and made sure I was happy with everything every step of the way. Very minimal mess and made sure when they where done everything was clean and ready to use.. We had windows installed at the beginning of this year (2020) and they were installed wonderfully. They were quick, proficient, and professional. In July we decided since we had a great experience with the windows we would bite the bullet and update our exterior doors. We should have stopped at the windows. There were two gentlemen that came out. One was a younger guy, and he was VERY unprofessional. Constantly on his phone and seem to be in a hurry to get out of my home at the end. Unfortunately me not knowing much waited for my husband to come home to check the completion of the doors. They were installed very poorly, caulked over my light switch plate. Didnt install the piece underneath the steps etc. We called out again to be fixed and once again left incomplete. Doors were installed in August and will not close properly and still an incomplete install. BEWARE if you are getting doors.

The Absolute WORST Company for keeping appointments. 5 times I have had appointments canceled at the last moment by this company. They can take an appointment but cant KEEP an appointment. Isnt Keeping the appointment the most important part of the whole process? DONT BOTHER they will waste your time. Like they have for me.

Very long story. Order windows back in April. It’s now Almost August and my job isn’t complete. My biggest concern is Lisa the manager over the install department. I have been patient with her but every single time she calls me to schedule either the guys don’t show or they come late. She doesn’t communicate with her workers and customer service is nonexistent. She acts like this is just how they run things, well I have to say I am a disappointed customer. I got all my windows and doors changed out I would call myself a Great customer but the way they treat a customer who spent all this money is unbelievable. Inspection failed overall it’s been a headache for me. I did not want to put this out here the owner was very nice and install guys. I just wish I would have read more reviews cause it seems that this is an issue overall with this company.

The saleswoman was good at her pitch and I needed a new sliding glass door for my familys home. Hurricane season is the reason for the investment and I want to protect my family at all costs. The company calls to check and see if there is anything needed for us. They are always kind. They are pricey but overall I believe I made the right decision

While they were polite over the phone they refused to do anything without my husband preset since he also owns the home. We have conflicting schedules and a toddler. I will take my business elsewhere if its this inconvenient to even receive a quote. While yes it is understandable in a sense we are adults and communicate as such if I tell them he doesnt need to be present I am the one paying for it, it doesnt seem to matter. Will not consider anything from them ever.

The one star required in order to create this review was a tough pill to swallow. RUN don’t walk as fast and as far from this company as possible. Some of the most internally corrupt individuals I’ve EVER encountered on a business level. On top of the $16,000-$20,000 price tag that goes along with their sub par showers, you’re CLEARLY not only paying for the Kohler name, but more so, the owner’s and business partner’s con artist inflation of personal bank accounts by marking up a product by repulsive amounts, and installing less than sub par workmanship. This is a company that will lead you to believe that you are “Paying for the Kohler name.” Do yourself the biggest favor you possibly can, and purchase the Kohler and Luxstone products on your own (They will do everything possible to make you think that this is not feasible.) and have a highly qualified and insured contractor install this product for you. If you do choose to move forward with a “free in home consultation.” Make sure you are aware that the GM beats into his salesman’s heads that they are NOT under any circumstances to walk out of a home without giving a 3+hour long presentation, and forcing the customer into an e financed plan that you will very quickly regret by the time the salesman makes it back to their car. If you have the misfortune of hearing the GM speak to the salesman in your home, working your deal, you will more than likely witness the most appalling, pitiful exchange of words you’ve ever encountered. The demeaning manner in which this man addressed these salesmen is quite sad to be honest. I truly believe that this company will not make it more than a year with this new shower division. The window side of the business (Miracle windows) is very likely the same, as it is by absolute shock, managed by the SAME individual Mr Rick Keith.

After having the windows installed for months now, we really think the quality of the product is good. The biggest problem with this company is that the communication between them and the customer is horrible. We had some small discrepancies that needed to be addressed after the install. They did call to try and sell us some more windows, but not come out to fix all the issues we have. Unfortunately, this company is only interested in your money not customer service. Save yourself a lot of money and heartache by ordering your own windows. Hiring your own subcontractor or do it yourself. I cannot recommend this company, due to lack of follow up with the customer. Warranty is therefore rendered useless.Update, it is now in the end of May 2020. Sliding door is getting worse by the month.Very hard to open and close I have vacuumed and cleaned the tracks several times a week.It weighs a ton already but has a lot of friction closing it. I was at a neighbors house the other day and theres glided like glass and it was an old cheapo that was suggested by a professional.The screens are coming loose at the seams also. They still retain their one-star rating in my book. And I hate to do that to any company, but I want other people knowing what happened to us.

I love these windows, and I love their customer service. They cost more than most windows, but are worth every penny. They are consummate professionals. They handle everything from manufacturing to installation. You have no issues with manufacturer versus installer qualms with these guys, because they do it all. My home heating and cooling costs dropped after I went with them.Were in the process of moving, and I will miss these windows. I havent had a single regret since signing with this company. They delivered what they promised, and I am a tough customer to please. This company is as good as it gets.

Cold called me to offer me $1000 towards new windows. Made appointment for 10am. No call no show. I called office and they said it was 1pm appointment. Then said they didn’t have a person to go out today... stayed home from work and was blown off. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will file complaint with BBB. Those of you who have issues with installation need to call Florida Dept of Professional Regulations and file complaints / liens against their contractors license # CRC-1330478

We had a very unskilled, disinterested crew install our windows. They caused a lot of damage to our house to include split hardy board trim, peeled drywall, exposed wood, etc. They left broken glass all over the driveway and broke a window that wasn’t even supposed to be replaced. There was no acceptance of responsibility; no accountability; no sense of urgency to get it resolved. It took 3.5 months to complete the repairs. It took 4 inspections to finally pass. I had to initiate all conversations and follow-up. I can excuse a lot when the customer service is good. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever received.

Windows are amazing their customer service is the worst. They are super nice when they take the 10K from you and they treat you amazing but after the service has done they are the worst. Called them due to an issue with the windows and the manager was supposed to call me back and she never did. Talked to one of the service guy and he basically hung up the phone on me and said he will come out whenever he wants to. There is plenty of companies out there that for 10K windows will treat you way better. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

If 0 stars was an option, that’s what I would rate this unprofessional company. I won the gift card over the radio and then was given the run around. I asked if I could just come pick it up and was told I could not. Then someone in the back ground shouted,”It’s not a gift card you can just take to Winn-Dixie!” These employees are VERY rude and unprofessional. They also told me that I could not get my gift card unless I was willing to finance through them. I stated that I’d pay cash and she implied that I could not pay $15,000-$20,000 in windows.. Well now I’m not because they lost my business. Worst experience ever with a sales company.

Love these guys, from the sales person to the installers. Theyre work is phenomenal. The installation team was professional, courteous and just a pleasure to have around all day. They were very conscious of the safety of my two dogs. The work area was left neat and clean. The end product is beautiful. We now have an enclosed lanai that looks spectacular. I couldnt be happier and will highly recommend this company to anyone looking for custom glass and window work. I also feel that the price was very reaonable for what we received.

The salesman was nice, but high pressure. I was told 60-90 min. sales pitch, but he was here 6 hours. 6 Hours!!! He was worse than a car salesman!!!! Nothing turns me off more than a high pressure sales person. His price dropped $10,000 through this process. Something smells fishy to me!

They still havent fixed our window or walls where they caused damage. They were supposed to show up last week and never came nor called. Terrible service, the salesman are great but their workmanship is not good at all.

Just had my windows installed, and from beginning to end it was an awesome experience. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Even the owner, Bill Bugbee came out to thank us and let us know that we could contact him anytime if needed.I would highly recommend this company and their product!!

Cannot say enough about this company. They have kept to their word from start to finish. I had to do my home windows in sections,,, the back first then the front windows. They were communicative on the process and ordering of my windows. The down payment to start the windows was reasonable. They pulled the permits with the city, something I have had to pull teeth to get other contracting companies to do, which never were completed and signed off. This company did it all right. My first section of window installation was textbook from start to finish... inspector came and signed off. My next set of windows were installed last week and the inspection is already set for this week.We have had a problem with sound,,, we live on a frequented street and just off US1. We are in the height of Bike Week here in Daytona Beach... our old windows used to shake and rattle (and thought they would roll off the sills) with the rumble on US1... NOT NOW. The sound test they show you in the presentation, yea not bogus at all. We can sleep now.Standard windows are good up to 145 mph I believe for the hurricanes... We’ve had 2 majors in our area in the last 3 yrs. I don’t have to really struggle to get boarded up now,,, and it they are broken, lifetime replacement, screens included.I highly recommend these quality windows.

Women RUN! I own my home and my new husband moved in with me. They refused to meet with just me. If a salesman comes knocking at your door and tries to set up an appointment, tell them NO! (The door to door guy was working hard for a living and I’m not knocking him.) I’ve been making my own home decisions for 38 years and I’ll be darned if I do business with chauvinists like this.

My experience with these people has been interesting to say the least.There was a man who was walking around saying that they had just completed a house in our area (couldnt tell us which one). But my husband and I agreed that our new house is a bit drafty. We set up an appointment which requires both my husband and I be available (because apparently one person is not enough to make an adult decision).The person came by did his display and my husband and I decided to not complete the purchase later having to cancel after we initially approved. That part fine.Later on (around January after having previously dealt with them around November) my husband gets a call stating that the person who originally showed us the windows and their features was fired because he was not putting the discounts that were available to customers. He asked to come back over and redo the display of their product which the previous person also did not complete to their standard. Thankfully it my husband needed to be present after a grand total savings of about $1600 my husband stated that we will need to think about it because of our current financial situation.Here is where the magic happens:I get a letter in the mail stating that my and my husbands credit was both run for financing, AFTER WE SAID WE WILL NEED TO THINK ABOUT IT THEY RAN OUR CREDIT ANYWAY. I liked the product, I loved the window and the features it has but if this is how they run a business I dont want anything to do with them.

Wow! I called and only wanted 2 doors. I am in charge of handling all improvements and repairs to our home. My husband is never available for any meetings of this nature.They absolutely insisted that my husband be present or they would not meet with me. What a terrible business practice!

Have you guys heard of the internet? Did you know when people need things for their home, those items are just a click away to research and buy? Do you really think people need to be sold things from door to door salesman, or is your business model just stuck in the 1950s? The next time your door to door sales team rings my door bell and wakes up my two year old, well be visiting one of your stores together, and Ill watch a movie in the corner on my phone while your employees chase him around the store trying to stop him from tearing the place up. I promise you, thatll be a blasty blast. Hes real energetic:)

Salesman Quinten Jones was fun and energetic. Entire sales process was smooth and professional and got financing in less than 24 hours. Cannot recommend Miracle more.

The door to door rep would not send out a salesman without my husband being home to give permission. I told him I wasnt interested in doing business with him then since my husband does not need to approve anything (whose to say I even have a husband!). Then a sales rep called today and I told him what happened and he said any company would require the same - I politely told him Ive already done a full kitchen remodel with out a husbands approval and also Ive had another home in NC that we put new windows in and never was there a husband approval needed. Ive purchased and had hurricane proof windows installed in our beach house and nope...no husband approval needed there either. Shaking my head - women are allowed to make money these days and they even gasp allow us to vote now adays.

High pressure salesman. Would not leave a quote. Wouldnt give any discounts unless I signed on the spot. Wrote the very high estimate on a business card, and left. Had two other companies bid. Miracle was the only unprofessional business of the three.

They did an amazing job. They were very friendly and polite. They are pet friendly. They also did an amazing job at cleaning job after themselves. I would recommend them to everyone.

An extremely aggressive solicitor from Miracle Windows showed up at my door and repeatedly continued his pitch after I told him I wasnt interested. Upon finally leaving my property he made a show of checking the license plate on my car and shouted Oregon Cracker at me from the street (My vehicle is registered in Oregon). With that kind of marketing strategy, how good can their products be?

Not sure why they couldnt meet with my wife to do free estimate . They came and wouldnt do the estimate then continually called to schedule it with both of us but we work opposing schedules so it wont happen. She kept suggesting Saturday but I repeatedly told her thats family time. Terrible policy, bombardment of phone solicitations and I dont know but something just seemed not on the level w the company. Didnt feel trustworthy

Just had Miracle window come out for estimate on 29 windows, . Jordan MacWha gave a good overview of their product. Windows have come a long way in 30 years. His presentation was great, price was higher than expected, had no idea windows cost. I need time for this to sink in and then .Ake a decision.

These people DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE OR EMAIL!! Once they do a job they fall off the face of the earth. We have been trying to go to settlement on our refinance - find out that we have a LEIN on our house due to having windows put in by them! We paid in FULL with a loan and now CANT GET AHOLD OF THEM to get the lein removed!! Finally had to drive to their office- they still didnt do the paperwork right... said it wasnt paid in full!!

A solicitor from this company stopped by our home shortly after we moved in a couple years ago (our neighborhood has a strict no solicitation policy that Ive since learned about). He was fairly aggressive and it kind of caught me off guard, but we did need some fogged-over windows replaced so I naively gave them my phone number. Worst decision ever. This led to months of phone calls (often multiple times/day) and hang-ups when I would answer and request to be taken off their call list.Finally the calls seemed to stop, but after a year or more of silence I received one yesterday.I have heard of similar situations from other homeowners in our community, including a couple who were trying to intimidate young children into opening the front door when their parent was unavailable to answer.

Fantastic windows, energy bill has gone down during hot season, they keep the noise outside way down, and smooth operations.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER...They have called me once a month for over a year now trying to sell me windows. Would not ever use them for anything just because of how annoying they are.. (they started using unknown numbers after i blocked the first one)

Reminds me of the roofing companies door to door strong arm sales tactics. I didnt even get a guy out to give me a quote before they pissed me off. God forbid I actually had to work with these guys on making me happy with a install. Whats scarier is some people are probably to weak to tell them to get out of dodge and ok them to do work. As a business owner I cant even imagine doing business like this. As stated before, I didnt get a quote, but they said they would be 60% less than the other guys....I find that hard to believe. 1. They only offered triple pan windows to me, Ive had dozens apon dozen of window quotes, not once was I offered triple. So its likely there are very few installers/sellers.If they charge more than 15% than your best double pan window price, run. You shouldnt pay anymore than that, but if they are beating everyone else by 60%, then they should be doing it for less than double.....Also...the outside of my house is falling apart. Im guessing they would love to quote me, then hit me with unforseens out the thing yang during install.I am in the process of redoing the entire outside of my house. My wife choose inside first. We just completed that.If these people are going to compete with the dozens apon dozens of quotes I already got and informed them of, they got to at least get their foot in my door....and this isnt how you do it. Sorry. Another bad review for your company. Might want to change your name.

I had very worst experience. The Owners are very tacti and tricky they play with you until they get contract signed, very over priced. They took lot of money from and ripped off lying where 1 owner agreed to do everything including security points while windows install. 2nd owner was rude and when he stopped by, he cancelled the order due to liability of security contacts install. But they took $1800.00 stealing from me lying they ordered parts and permission. Nothing was shown respect nor provided any documents. I just dont want these guys and so closed paying $1800.I never recommend this company and dont even entertrain them. I got installed my windows by Alside and Jimmy installed, was very good experience with excellent pricing over saving 50%.

Dont give these people your phone number. I have been receiving unsolicited phone calls for years now, very annoying. I dont want anything to do with this disreputable company now.

Best windows you can buy

DO NOT GIVE YOUR NUMBER TO THIS COMPANY. They call incessantly and sell your name to other telemarketers (They always call in clusters with other telemarketers...they may be running the whole operation out of this company!) I ended up reporting them to the BBB to get them to stop and received a smarmy reply. At least they...and the other telemarketers that were calling clustered with them have ended.
