Small company sweet people. Professional. Funny. And will make sure the job is done right. When they looked at the job they cleaned up the site while the ordered a custom made window. They received the window and notified me that it would take longer only because the corner was chipped and was not comfortable installing the piece so it reordered. Took some time to fix due to a hurricane. But when they fixed it they did a great job. And clean up after themselves

The owners are fabulous, very detail oriented and comminicated with us every step of the way for a semi framess shower door. We are about to have them order a 2nd one for our spare bathroom! We shopped around and when we compared apples to apples as far as what we were getting like stain protectant and warranty they were the cheapest BY FAR. Cant say enough good things about them, just awesome!

Great business called to get estimate and came out the next day was very affordable and was quick when the window came in very professional installers. Highly recommend this company

I have to say GlasPro is definitely the way to go for home windows installations. I had a single hung window replacement for a broken window and within the hour it was taken care of. Omg!! If I could give them more stars I would. They came out the same day I called them to look at the damaged window. Very honest people and upfront. Can I give more than 5 stars? Joe and Malissa greeted me like we were old friends. I thought that I had an unusual request to make, but Joe took it and had it made while I waited (less than thirty minutes). Any future glass needs I have will go to to them. And to top it off the prices are extremely reasonable (comparable to the chain stores).

I hope they are your first choice! Very dependable workers & they exceeded my expectations. Affordable prices for excellent work! I highly recommend them!

If I could I would go back and use any other company or do the job ourselves. The windows look like they were done by amateurs. Dents, gaps, extra caulking to fill in places where they don’t fit. This company is a joke. They don’t show when they are supposed to, don’t answer calls unless they’re calling to collect payment. Then they will call and email back to back until you pay up. They left broken glass and trash in the yard and garage. These people are scam artists and just want to get you on the hook and then you have no choice but to wait around for them. I was told 1/2 up front then the rest when the job was done. Then all of a sudden it was oh no we need to do at least ($) now because this is a custom window job and you want this done faster. What a joke, it took a month to even get the windows then weeks to install. I was told 7-10 days to order and 1-2 days for install.After I let them know how unhappy we were with the install they came back to “fix the problems” only to let us know they didn’t have the proper tools and the problems were there to stay. Joe was supposed to come by to personally take a look and see if there was anything he could do as well as drop off our warranty card. Guess who never showed?I would have been better off flushing a couple thousand down the toilet and installing windows myself.Do not use them.

I took in a broken mirror and these guys had it fixed in about 20 minutes. And for a great price! They were super nice and professional, Ill def use them again! Thank you GlasPro!

GlassPro is anything but professional. Joe, the owner, missed an appointment to measure our shower for a glass surround. A day later he called to apologize for missing the appointment and reschedule. After showing up on the second attempt he measured, said he would work up a quote within 24hrs. Ten days later after phone calls and text messages, still no quote. However, an employee of Joe’s calls to.....come out and measure! He claims the company did not have any measurements. Again, quote promised the second go around in 24 more hours. Ten more days later, repeat sequence, receive a call from Joe. Again, apologies, a promised 24hr timeline on a quote. If you have recognized the trend here you may have correctly guessed it. About 4 weeks in and I still have no quote!!! Three strikes for Joe and Glass “Un” Pros. I couldn’t recommend this joke of a business any less. This would be a zero star rating if possible. Go elsewhere for your glass needs!!!

Not sure how they received so many good ratings. We scheduled a repair months ago. The guy never showed up, kept rescheduling and promising to return. Our retail doors are still in need of repair. Our tenant experienced the same problems with this company. I wish they would have just told us they were too busy or couldnt do it. We would have went somewhere else instead of waiting months for a repair that was never completed. Flaky

Joe came out to my place of business and installed a new window. He was very professional and he did quality work. Ill be using him next time I need any glass-related work done.

The owner and I spoke and he explained in great detail what my particular broken window was comprised of and what it took to replace it step by step. I needed the window dpne quickly bc I was going to have a missing window from my home in 95° North carolina and it never ceases to amaze me when it rains without being forecasted. He even explained to me how to cover and insulate the window while I waoted for the repair to be completed. It took them 24 hours and I got a storm window double pane with the gas that helps insulate completed and for an incredibly low price (even compared to doing it yourself which I dont recommend bc of the gas aspect).Thank yall so much and I will highly recommend you in the future!! 10/10 stars!!!

OMG such amazing service! I called the place of business on Fri and on Sat I had my double hung window repaired for our home in NC. So wish they were here in RVA. Excellent customer service...they deserve a rating higher than 5 star!!!!

Work at a local car wash and we had a window replaced by these guys. All I have to say is awesome customer service. Got the window done cleaned up and were on their way.

Same experience as Michael Craft. Took 8 weeks for one piece of glass to be replaced in living room. Appointments persistently cancelled, calls ignored...1st piece of glass arrived warped. 2nd piece of glass was installed amd cracked an hour later. 3rd piece of glass was rushed and installed poorly and now Im sopping up water all over my living room because it wasnt caulked. Given constant poor excuses, whining and complaining about how much he hates his job when all I wanted was a job well done, not rushed when I could be squeezed in. Was told Id be given priority treatment each time there was a mistake and that was never the case. Now I have to caulk the window myself, since they wont acknowledge their most recent mess up. Im done and I advise others to find more professional service elsewhere.

These guys are amazing! My son broke a pane in our window last night and I spent all morning calling around with no help. I called Glasspro but didnt leave a message cause I wasnt sure if it was the right number and Joe called me back, his customer service was outstanding. He had one of his repairman call and were here within the hour to come repair it. When Justin told me the cost I was amazed how reasonable it was, I was expecting at least a hundred dollars especially in Jacksonville, but they finished the repair while I ran to the atm to get the money. Just an amazing experience, with a husband deployed that left last month that we found out in January he was going, we just became first time home owners in December, and Im a full time student with a 5 year old little boy who is a tornado, this was the cherry to the crappy sundae of my week. This experience turned it completely around, thank you Joe and to his associates for your great customer service and speedy repair. I will be a repeat customer and i highly recommend them.

The worst glass company in the u.s was lied to about my window installation ove 8 time they brought the wrong glass broke the glass during installation. Ignored my calls. Just the worst experience every. Take my advice dont use them.
