Great experience at Dream Doors from start to finish. In the office, Sam, was great and very patient as we asked a thousand questions and made a decision. Someone came out to measure very quickly so the materials could be ordered and before we knew it the door was ready to be installed. Tyler and Joe installed the door and did a great job. They were very friendly and made it look easier than I know it was which happens when youre very good at your job! The door looks great, is installed properly and were extremely happy! Thank you!

We just had our front door done and we were so impressed from start to finish. Andy took care of the sales portion and he was great to talk to and extremely easy to get ahold of. He was very clear about what the process was and told us the prices upfront. He then matched the glass we wanted to test out on a picture of our house. When we chose which one we wanted, we paid and it was ordered right away. They had originally told us it would be 3 weeks but only a few days later they called and said it was in. I scheduled the people to come out a few days later. This morning they called and even asked to come earlier if we permitted and I definitely said yes. The two men who handled the door did so with excellence and I am so so so thrilled with the final product. I would highly highly recommend!!!!!

We procured quotes from 4 vendors for a new front entry door and chose Dream Doors for the project and boy are we glad we did. Dream Doors worked with us from beginning to end. We picked out the features we wanted and got exactly what we wanted from Sam. Leisa kept us informed every step of the way. We have heard horror stories from friends regarding vendors who subcontract the installation. Not so with Dream Doors. They use their own trained installers. And Matt, our installer was a joy to work with. He anticipated our questions before we asked and did an awesome job of installing the door packet. They were TERRIFIC. We need special discontinued leaded doors and Brandon was able to obtain them from other related companies in the US. Then I cant say enough of how great Matt did the installation. To call him a perfectionist would be an understatement. The whole team is just GREAT!

This place was great initially. Responsive when getting a quote or needing questions answered. That is until they completed the installation. I have attempted to get issues corrected and either been told it is easier if you just do it or been entirely ignored by the sales rep. I have emailed Kirk (GM) directly and got no response. It has been 8 months now and all I want is for the job that I paid several thousand dollars for to be completed.

Now truth is they could have fixed it pretty inexpensively, but they chose to hide and deny instead.Not honest business people.

I replaced all the windows and doors in my house which included 2 glass sliding doors and a double front door. They were all done in two days, thats 14 windows, 2 glass sliding doors, double doors and two entry doors. The crew was very professional and did outstanding work. If I had to do it again I would use them again. I am very pleased with the products and services.

I talked to Brandon for 10 minutes on Friday explaining what I needed (French doors and side lights to fill a 10 feet wide space, fairly standard set up) but he didnt seem to know what I was talking about and never followed through with an email, even though I offered to email him a photo, lazy, shoddy service (I had to give one star to enable me to post this)

I was referred to Dream Doors by a good friend who was impressed with their work. I can certainly tell you that they do not disappoint. I initially spoke with Andy by phone and he knew his product well. He sent me choices by email and allowed me time to pick a door glass to be installed. The installer was personable and did phenomenal work. The difference is amazing, and I can’t stop looking at my new door, and how it improved our house!!! Kudos to Andy and the team at Dream Doors.

So far I am very disappointed. Very poor communication and planning by their sales and install teams. The few hundred dollars you save is quickly lost in poor planning and communication. Extremely frustrating to deal with, once the purchase is made say good bye to communication or any kind of updates. They cancel morning of because its too cold, even though they knew it was a cooler morning and confirmed the day before. The only confirmed because I reached out to them them because no one contacted me for 13 days prior to install and painting. I am now trying to return my sliding doors that still have not been installed after 3 months an no updates or communication from Gregg our sales rep.

Dream Doors did a great job installing a full glass as a makeover of our front entry door. The hallway and interior living space were completely transformed. The team arrived promptly, were courteous and completed the job very well and timely. The experience was great from start to finish. Our research for glass door inserts and a pair of double French doors doors started and then ended with Dream Doors. I thought they could have been a bit more helpful in the beginning, as I knew little about replacing the doors I hated in my new house. But ultimately, Dream Doors was the most responsive and helpful when we visited their showroom, they have a great selection, complete customer service, on site pre-measuring at our home, and the best price. Our installation was rescheduled initially and they were extremely thoughtful of our schedules. Not happy with my door. The installers scratched up the door pretty bad when they put it in. When I pointed out the flaws they just handed me a bottle of touch up paint to fix on my own. I told them that they should fix it, and when they returned, the guy used a different sheen of paint and made the door look even worse. The owner was very rude and didn’t want anything to do with us after installation. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

We had Mike install double glass doors (Laurel double in black) in our main entryway. The doors look fantastic. We’ve had several neighbors drop by within the first few hours to compliment how nice it makes the house look. Extremely well made. The installers were great to work with.An extremely professional finish. Very highly recommend!!!!

This company is fantastic! They were great to work with in selecting our door and sidelights. The installation was really impressive. First they carefully removed my old door and sidelights. There was no damage to the stucco on the outside or any of the walls inside. Then they installed the new door and sidelights. Measurements were spot on. They caulked and sealed everything perfectly, and cleaned up the work area when they were done. This is a family run business from the owner to the installer. I would highly recommend them!

Good display of glass, informed sales

OMG. Were do I start. They turned something so terrible into something beyond belief. They replaced the old doors out along with all the casings and moldings and put in the most spectacular doors possible. Not only did they matched the trim to the existing base boards on the inside but also on the outside. And they totally cleaned up ..I’m talking they got down on their hands and knees and washed the floors around the doors. Brian, Brian, Brandon, Mike and the total door team not only came to help they totally had me crying (happy tears) yesterday when I saw the results. Also we can not forget about Dee and Janice. They are the pros on the phone to answer questions and send you in the correct direction. I can definitely state the value of my home has increased. Dream Doors you are TOTALLY AWESOME. Just another Jacksonville company that has horrible customer service. Contacted them on 6/23/18 looking for a quote on a front door and was promised info by Monday, 6/25/18. Today is the 28th and still nothing. So I will move on, in search of a company that embraces customer service and is really in search of new customers. Amazing how many Jax companies just dont care.
