I had a store pick up today and customer service was great from entrance to exit. My apologies I don’t remember the associates name who assisted me and my toddler but I’ll like to say she made my day! She went and got my order, steamed it, then boxed it. Afterwards she gave me my bag and said I have something for him as well..she ran and got this beautiful teddy for him. Thank you so much! Jared will forever be my go to jewelers.
Finally was able to get inside to get our rings inspected and cleaned. Called first to make sure they were doing cleanings and inspections due to 2020 with Covid they stopped. Great service as always and friendly staff.
I can see why this location doesnt get good reviews!Being interrogated to enter is unnecessary. The sign says if you are vaccinated you dont have to wear a mask. You shouldnt have to sign in, leave a phone number and be asked if you have been vaccinated!!! The door is even locked and you have to have permission to enter!The customer service I received when picking up a repair was uncalled for and unprofessional. The repair was not done correctly and the sales person tried to talk me into taking it as it was! When I refused, it took quite a while for them to figure out what to do to correct the problem. No one ever apologized for the wait.I really expected more from a Jared store.
Horrible. Wife texted me while she was picking up her rings saying that a man that works there was being so rude and being loud saying someone is here to pick up their rings. After she was told she can come get them before they closed. Then proceeded to say someone said it was okay for her to come pick them up before they closed. She also said he huffed and puffed as he walked away cause he was upset. So I called and was very stern trying to figure out why they were being disrespectful to my wife and the person on the phone tried to say none of that happened. So they basically said my wife is a liar when she was the one picking up the rings and dealing with this unprofessional man. I’be been a valued customer for years and have spent a good amount with them, but I will not tolerate the horrible customer service and disrespect towards my wife.
This was the first experience like this during Covid for me. You are told upon entry (rudely, may I say) to complete a form with name, phone number vaccination status, etc. I did have a mask on btw. They reluctantly let me in with a very unpleasant attitude. There are plenty of nice jewelry stores around who are helpful and act like they are glad youre there to consider a purchase. Go to one of those!

If I could give less than one star I would. I understand limiting capacity. My husband and I couldn’t even get inside to look at a particular piece of jewelry. In fact, the overly loud associate suggested we go to Kay. Yes, she suggested another jeweler. I thought Jared was a reputable establishment but to treat potential clients like this is ridiculous. I hope your shareholders or owners review comments and consider changes. My family will not return. We completed our purchase elsewhere.
I recently visited Jared on 3/1/21 for a ring inspection and cleaning. I was early for my appointment and was welcomed by Mr. Brad L. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. He made me feel comfortable and got me in and out quickly. The best part was he got all of the spray paint off of my rings! :)
We needed to resize my wifes engagement ring to make it smaller. We first went to Fast Fix which was only a minute away and they wanted $75 for her ring. We then went to Jareds who told us it would cost between $55-$65. However, we had to make an appointment to get the service done due to Covid. Fast forward, I had to work so my wife went to the appointment by herself. Of course she did not ask about the price at the appointment. Two weeks later during the ring pick-up she was charged $100 for the service. We clearly should of went to Fast Fix which would have been same day service. I initially thought Fast Fix was expensive but turns out Jared will rip you off. We will not be returning to Jareds because of this. We do not recommend Jareds for any type of Jewelry repair, stay away!
Drove over an hour and a half and couldnt get in because I didnt have an appointment... seriously! Luckily Zales was open and got my business.
So I’m not exactly sure about the jewelry, because I never got that far. You have to ring a bell when you arrive. I did that and no one came to the door. Then as a customer came out, I entered. That being said, I was comparing prices and this was the ONLY place that didn’t answer the door when I rang their bell. As I entered this rude associate looked at me, then looked at another associate and said, “what makes him think he can just walk in”. Maybe because it’s a brick and mortar jewelry store and that’s what you do as a customer. Instead of making a scene, I left and went to Levy Jewelers, where my customer service was exceptional, and I spent over $2k.Soooo, the moral of the story is stay away from this business and head over to Levy Jewelry.

My husband and I flew from Atlanta and were in town only for the weekend for his birthday. Went to eat breakfast at the Town Center and his Michael Kors battery went dead. Pulled up to Jared and the man unlocks the door to let the white couple in but when we got out of the car he locks the door back quickly and walks the other couple into the store. It almost felt like he thought we were there to rob the place. My husband was very turned off by this and got back in the truck. I persisted to stand at the locked door with my mask on hoping someone would come and acknowledge me standing to the glass door and at least ask Can I help you? Nope nobody came, just associates walking around ignoring me at the door. So I called the number on the glass and asked if they were opening at 11 am. The guy said yes but by appointment only. I completely understand because of COVID-19. But when I tell him that I only needed to replace a watch battery, he then says well if you didnt purchase the watch here, its going to cost you $60. The way he said it was like yeah I know you cant afford pay $60 to change a watch battery so just take it somewhere else. I was very offended. Sometimes its not what you say, but how you say it. I wouldve paid it, but no thank you. This level of customer service doesnt deserve a dime of my money.

Do not buy jewelry from this chain. I had a pave wedding band / engagement ring set from here and diamonds were constantly falling out. I got tired of having to send them in to be replaced every 6 months, so I finally decided to trade them in for a Neil Lane anniversary band (which I had to spend double the amount on from my original set per their “upgrade” policy). I didn’t think the Neil Lane brand would associate their name with junk jewelry. I was wrong. The same thing started to happen with this ring. I sent it in for a repair bc a diamond fell out and 2 days later the same diamond fell out - and I am not hard on my jewelry. Yes, they have a warranty and they always repair it for no charge, but you shouldn’t have to have your jewelry constantly being fixed. Jared blames it on the pave style, but that’s just an excuse for them since they make junk jewelry and they don’t know how to repair it. I have a different pave style wedding set now that I bought from a different jeweler (and I’ve had it the same amount of time as the Neil Lane ring) and this other set is still beautiful and has never had any problems. Do yourself a favor and don’t shop here unless you want a constant headache! I wouldn’t trust their jewelry to hold my main diamond at all!
This particular location used to be great to deal with. I’ve purchased my wife’s engagement ring, both our wedding bands and other misc jewelry with no issues and great service. However, we had an issue picking up serviced jewelry, I called to talk to someone and dealt with the “manager” Donna Woodward who lacks the basic communication skills expected from a manager.She interrupted numerous times while explaining the problem my wife and I have by failing to listen. Donna then proceeded to tell me I was rude one when asking for her name that she refused to give me until I continued to ask repeatedly. After that comment, I asked for her supervisor and she told me, “...you can work for it and can call the 1-800 number if you have a problem...”. This is absolutely asinine coming from someone representing themself as a manager.You can bet any future purchasing will be done at any direct competitor and the only service we will need from Jared are the included services with our paid-for purchases.

I have been trying my best to buy a neil lane ring. When you go there the store has signs all over that they are closed. Call the number and it says not in service. Get no response from emails or text messages? Seems like they are going out of business????

We originally bought my ring from the location in Savannah, GA. Wonderful experience after a long process of searching.I live in Jacksonville, so I visited this store when a diamond popped out about 3 weeks after purchasing the ring. For starters, the customer service is absolutely terrible.After presenting the problem, the associate brought up purchases in my husbands history. Very irrelevant and inappropriate. Then, once I walked away, this associate told my husband that I must have really hit this thing against something. and insisted it was not only missing a diamond, but was bent in the halo. The halo was bent, by design.Upon picking up my ring, I find that the halo is bent out of its original shape, I can only assume to look right in the associates eyes. Furthermore, not an hour after picking up my ring, another diamond comes out.I can still see where this SECOND diamond was replaced. I notice it daily.NOTE that this second diamond is missing from the band of my engagement ring. I have two other bands around that ring. If I had hit it on something, I am sure those bands or the halo would have taken a hit first.Now, only 2 months after this whole ordeal, here we are with a THIRD missing diamond.Cannot wait to NEVER deal with Jared again. All of this after a total of 4 months... not even enough time to reach my first inspection. Very disappointing that these are the things I have to think about whenever I see this ring, when it is supposed to represent something so special.
Constant issues with dealing with the Staff! They make a huge deal and don’t respect you as a customer. My wife and I both dread every six months for inspection. Always an issue, beware! They won’t go the distance and value you as a customer!

I hadnt worn my engagement ring for over a year because I noticed my gold setting was worn and I feared I would lose my diamond. For our 23rd anniversary, he took me to Jared. Instead of purchasing another charm for my Pandora bracelet, we decided to finally get my ring assessed. The associate that assisted us recommended a platinum replacement setting and within a few minutes the repair order was completed and we were on our way. In less than a week, they fixed my ring and I can finally wear it again without worry of losing my diamond. Thank you, Jareds!
I drove three hours from Georgia to drop off my wife’s jewelry for inspection only to find out they won’t do any inspections and are appointment only. They did offer to put me on a list so could waste another six hours to drive out. I’ll never be returning to this store. They are taking the Covid “risk” to an extreme and ridiculous level. Apparently Jared’s in Jacksonville doesn’t like money.
Doors were locked when I stopped in to make a purchase, ended up going to Zales just around the corner and got what I needed, just a $2300.00 necklace, nothing that would make or break Jared but at least they weren’t afraid to let customers in to shop.
Received exceptional customer service from Frankie. I put him through the ringer with a million and one questions/services and he made our visit so easy. With attention to detail and great personality, he definitely knows what hes doing. Never going anywhere else.
First, let me say that I love my engagement ring.. its custom made and beautiful.However, I wish he went to another jeweler store. Within two days of his proposal, several of the small diamonds came out. Had to take it back once... Received it back a few days later... then it happened again. Took it back a second time.This time, the helpful associates couldnt find the proof in their computer system that they sold him the ring or that the lifetime guarantee covered all cleanings missing stones... Keep in mind... Jared made this custom ring, and the two separate stones-falling-out-issue happened with it two weeks of each other !Since then... Ive gone back on two other occasions, just to have the ring cleaned... and every time its an awful and embarrassing experience.I stand around waiting-- while they figure out whether or not they made my ring and determine if they will honor the lifetime guarantee for cleaning. This usually takes about an hour-- its usually the same clerks.. and they remember me, but never correct the issue! I typically remind them about the previous incident... but to no avail.Plus... they repeatedly ask me for the receipt or warranty for my engagement ring --- Hello ... he proposed to me.. Therefore.. I have no paperwork!Its an awful feeling walking into this store.Maybe we can sell it, and get something new, with another Jewelry store. A store that actually doesnt make a future bride feel like she stole something!I cant bear going through this each and every time I need my ring cleaned.This is all true. No lies. No exaggerations.

I love the fact that they can change the minimum payment without telling me. Made my payment as i always do but they increased the minimum payment an extra $5 so i carried over a balance and they could charge me a late fee. Cant wait to pay off the rings so I dont have to deal with your lack of respect again.

I have purchased both an engagement ring and two wedding bands at the Jared in Jacksonville. For all of my purchases I have worked with a jewelry consultant named Susan. She is amazing. She was so helpful and had answers to all of my questions. Her sweet disposition and smiling face made the process of picking out a ring so much fun. She helps you find exactly what you are looking for based on your description. Susan even remembered me when I went in with questions about my bill. She immediately called the corporate office and got my situation figured out. I highly recommend this Jared. I also highly recommend that you seek out Susan when you visit this Jared. She does an incredible job of making your experience very personal and enjoyable.
I ordered a ring for my granddaughters 16th birthday. I ordered it on April 5, 2020. The online receipt said estimated delivery was May 7, 2020. I did not notice that delivery date or I would not have ordered it as her birthday was the end of April. Here it is May 12, 2020 and the ring still has not shipped from where ever its coming from. The same ring is still on their website saying, Want it June 24, 2020? Order by 11:50 pm ET today and use 2nd Business Day (UPS). I think the online ordering is a scam. My order was a 2nd Business Day (UPS) also. My granddaughters birthday has come and gone without my gift for her. They are blaming the Covid 19 on the lateness of the order. BS. Im still getting other purchases sent to me from other Companies. I called the telephone number given to check on my order and sat on hold for 37 minutes. I finally had to hang up. I will never purchase anything from Jareds again.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE! You will be very disappointed with the results of services and overall with their customer service. They are very, very rude. I was expressing the concerns of the service on my ring and couldn’t even finish a sentence without the guy interrupting me. They are extremely lacking customer service, on multiple occasions I spent close to an hour in the store and maybe was talked to twice. They tried to charge me for services even though I have the extended plan. Also what I wanted fixed on my ring wasn’t even fixed, but just ruined it by filling in the design on the inside of my ring and very poorly at that as it seems someone is too lazy to actually do their job. Overall the absolute worse jewelry store that I have ever been to. I would never recommend anyone go to this store. Only go here if you want your jewelry to be ruined. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I purchased my rings from a customer jeweler in Atlanta for $15k. I took them to Jareds in Town Center in Jacksonville, Florida to get them sized, tightened and cleaned for the wedding. I only had the rings 3 months when I took them there. Since I was unable to drive to Atlanta to get the work done, I took them to Jareds since I purchased my husbands wedding band there and other jewelry in the past. The ring was a size 7 and I needed it sized to a 5 on both the engagement ring and wedding band. I was very nervous to leave my rings with anyone overnight, but trusted a well known company. What they did not tell me was that sizing the ring this far down would pull them diamonds closer and weaken the tightness on the diamonds. I got married 4 1/2 months later. As I started to wear the rings, I lost 4 diamonds and now three more are coming out. I called and called the store requesting assistance. I could barely get a call back. I then drove from Key Largo back to the store in Jacksonville 6 hours to show the managers. By this point I was 2 weeks over the 6 months deadline for repairs although I was calling for weeks! The manager would not help me. He wanted to charge me over $1k to fix the ring stating the quality of the ring was compromised and the brackets were weak holding the diamonds in place. He also mentioned a gouge in the inside where sized and asked who did the work after them. I replied only them. I wrote the corporate office a letter and emailed customer service asking for help. I would even consider paying half the cost even though it was clearly there fault just to get my rings fixed so I can wear them again. They of course sent a response that they would not help since I was just over the 6 months time-frame and would take no responsibility for the damages. I am floored at the customer service experience I had there. I have to make a trip to Atlanta and I live in Key Largo now to get them fixed. I cant believe the way they treated me and handled this situation. I refuse to pay their crappy store money for something they did. I usually never write a complaint unless its really needed. I do NOT recommend shopping With this store or Jareds. I would purchase elsewhere and be VERY cautious when getting any work done at their stores.

Josephine and Christina were both very helpful when I was in a very tough spot. Both of them were great. Although I bought her engagement ring out of town I’ll be back for her band to Jared’s simply because of those two.
If I could give zero stars I would. This store is awful. After driving 45 minutes and finding parking at Christmas, I find out that they will not EXCHANGE a gift without a receipt from the person that purchased it. Unbelievable. It is in a Jared box and it does not fit. I do not want money only to exchange. They have terrible customer service and zero flexibility. I would NEVER buy anything in this store. I am not some criminal, just a normal person trying to exchange a gift without telling the gift giver and hurting thier feelings. I guess I will be keeping a ring that is too big and risk it falling off.
Ive never had a positive experience with their services. They cant find my warranties even when I have paper copy of warranties with me. They wont print my inspection receipts. Their email system fails to send a receipt. After complaining about this issue, they told I can come back in and take a picture of their screen. First of all, that is not a receipt. In addition, I dont live very close and they want me to drive back and forth because of their technical issues. I have never come across any business that had so much trouble providing a receipt.
My fiance and i were helped by a wonderful woman named Rebecca McDonald. My fiance and I were shopping for our wedding rings. And the comfort that she gave was amazing. This was a 1st time for both of us and I can say it was very delightful. Me not knowing what exactly Im looking for. She help find me a beautiful ring that I fell in love with the very time I seen it... To me a lot of people in sales just try to make the sale. But she made sure we were happy with both purchases before we left out the door. I can truly say Im happy he went to Jared.

Needed to get my rings checked for the 6-month inspection but that didnt happen. Walked in and was initially greeted and told that someone would be with me. After waiting for about 20+ minutes and seeing multiple people walk in and be helped, I left. Its extremely irritating to see staff get done with a customer just to take someone who walks up to them instead of the people already waiting. Clearly they only care about sales and not their existing customers.
Ive been to Jareds multiple times in the past and never had an issue. I drove 25 miles to the store because their website said they had a pair of earrings I was looking for by Pandora. I was greeted by an associate by the Pandora display and I asked about a pair of earrings I was looking for. She said they dont carry them. I told her their website said it was in stock and tried to pull up the site to show her the earrings. She huffed and said the website was wrong that they never carried it and to try the actual Pandora store. I asked her if she knew where that was in the mall and she said no as she was walking away. Apparently I was no longer worth her time. Another associate ended up talking to me and I ended up buying a ring from that associate. I was very disappointed with my original treatment.
I would rate less if possible. I bought my wife our replacement wedding set for our 25 anniversary. During the sale everyone was very nice, I even paid for the additional protection package that was offered. Due to a JARED error the Diamonds were scratched. They noted had she been in 2 weeks prior it would have been covered. She had only owned them 6 months and 4 days. All accelerated efforts to have them do the right thing were fruitless.You guys appear to have earned your low google rating !!Have some empathy and do the right thing by your clients ... you will find it more rewarding and profitable.
Me and my boyfriend were hesitant walking in because we are a younger couple and we didnt know what to expect... All I have to say is Rebecca is amazing! She is so knowledgeable about everything and really worked with us and listened to what we wanted. Trevor was also a very big help. They made us feel very comfortable. At the end of the day she helped me pick an BEAUTIFUL ring and we pick it up on Tuesday! Im more than satisfied with my choice of picking Jared ❤️
I was shopping for a white gold ring for my wife. I was very specific I did not want sterling silver and several rings that I liked turned out to be silver. Finally, I found one I liked and purchased the ring after giving it to my wife we realized it too was silver not white gold. I was embarrassed and upset I should have double checked but the salesperson should have honored my request for gold and let me know this ring was not gold. We are very unsatisfied with this otherwise beautiful ring. So much for my wife telling everyone “He went to Jared”.
Took my Tag in for new battery, check up and polishing. Approximately a month goes by they call me. Jared staff only says it is Jareds. I go in and nothing done Jared needs my approval to do work. Another mo th goes by, I get the call my Tag is ready. NO CLEANING/POLISHING I hope the mechanism tune up was done. Dont reccomend Jareds as a place to get your watch serviced.
Such a disappointment. Numerous chances were given. With the exception of a few associates who cared (but hands were tied) the customer service we received here was very poor. The store manager has zero compassion, and from our experience, wasnt very knowledgeable either. We had a custom engagement ring made with a family stone. While the ring turned out beautiful, the craftsmanship was poor. Over a 10 month period, the ring was brought in 8 times for fixes including no sketch of stone for proof upon arrival of pick up, missing side stones and a loose center stone. Every time we went in we had to tell the story all over again about how this is happening too much and we need to address it. Finally, the 9th issue, 5 weeks before our wedding, was what sealed the deal. With many phone calls to customer service, we were able to get our family stone back and a full refund for the ring. It was not an easy process, but finally they did the right thing.Overall, the craftsmanship was poor, but the customer service was just so bad. Thats a bad combination. This store definitely gives off the big corporate feel and that you are just a number.
Had to have engagement ring enlarged from a 5 1/4 to a 6 1/2. Ring was ready the next day and looked very sparkly and beautiful! Fits perfectly!
To be fair the company did call me and store also called and offered apologies for the below review ***If I could give a negative 10 I would very disappointed stood there for 10 minutes waiting for help..nobody said anything not one word.I felt discriminated against I was in my work clothes worked a 13 hour day and on the way home stopped to pick up something for my wife on her birthday..just So I can stand there a looking stupid.So In any event I went to Kay jewelers a purchased a beautiful heart pendant for my wife. I was there just 10 minutes and walked out happySo Jared jewelers there will be no next timeKeep up with the snobby Routine.I will remove this review in 14 days on 6/22/2018

Very pleasant experience. Went on Saturday after Thanksgiving to purchase a Pandora bracelet and charm for a birthday present. The store was very busy and an associate very helpful, offered to assist with my purchase.Upon returning home I realized that I was not made aware of a particular Pandora offer. I called the store, they apologized and confirmed they would most definitely honor it. I returned yesterday and the staff was quick to take care of my request. Special kuddos to Rayce who although was on his first day at the job couldnt have been nicer and helpful.

Jared’s is AMAZING! My husband purchased my beautiful wedding ring set and my chocolate Levian diamond ring from them. I have had these rings for 9 years now and they both look as beautiful as they did when I first received them. Anytime my rings need a little repair or deep cleaning, Jared’s goes above and beyond to make my jewelry sparkle and shine and they do it with a super quick turnaround, so I’m not without my rings for any length of time. If there was a no star rating that would be my choice. My fiance bought me a diamond pendant necklace here a few years ago. Soon after he bought it, it fell off my neck at work and I nearly lost the pendant. Turns out, the chain had just broken apart with no contact being made to it. We took it to Jared, they offered to solder it back together. They repaired it, and within another month it fell off my neck again, this time at home. Same place, same routine, soldered back together. A few months later, it broke in a different spot mid way through the chain. We had them solder it again. Again, a few months later, a FOURTH break in the chain. I decided to search for a different chain instead and could never find one that fit the pendant size. This past Saturday, we went into Jared to see if they would just replace the chain since weve had continual problems with it. We were told the manager was on vacation and that he would call us when he returned Tuesday. No call. I called them Thursday morning after still not hearing from them and was told by the employee that no one had looked at the necklace yet, but they would have a manager call me by the afternoon to let me know the evaluation. Of course, no phone call. I called again that evening and the employee went and found someone to look at it who deemed the necklace able to soldered, and that if I wanted to speak to a manager, Id have to call when they were in. Naturally Im responsible for knowing these elusive managers schedules and even though Id been waiting days for a manager to speak to me, its my fault that I wasnt able to find this manager. So basically Im stuck with a poor quality necklace that we paid hundreds of dollars for that is just going to continue breaking over and over again. Not to mention the total lack of caring by Jareds employees, I dont even know if these messages to the managers were ever even delivered. Dont shop here. Go to Beards right down the street and get treated how you should be treated.
I went there to find a wedding band that matches my engagement ring that is also from Jared. The guy helping me dropped my engagement ring TWICE on the glass counter and didn’t even apologize. When my fiancé asked to be careful, he said if it broke he can fix it. But, the point was to treat this expensive ring carefully. Just because he can fix it doesn’t give him a right to drop it and not even apologize. I will be calling to speak with the manager.
Very disappointed. Bought a citizen watch had sized. Return 3 days later to get a link added was too tight. I was told I would have to leave it 8 other watches ahead of me. It maybe next day before I can get back. Went back day 3 hadnt been touched. Got man to add link while there. The pin fell out 1 hour later. Had to pay 16.00 to get fixed by another jeweler.

I spent thousands of dollars on the ring only for it to break within 2 weeks. Now we took it back to Jared to repair it and there saying it will be Dec 2nd before she gets her ring back. Can you imagine getting engaged and the ring breaks within 2 weeks and they say it will be a month before you can get it fixed? I have lost a lot of respect for this company and wish I would have went somewhere else. Word of advice don’t use the create your own ring option.Posted: December 13, 2019Jared informed me the ring would be completely repaired and ready to pick up on December 2nd 2019. So on Dec 2nd I called for a update on the ring still no answers still no ring. Nobody has any idea what’s going on or when I will get the ring back. Every time I call I get the run around. Today is December 13th 2019 still no ring still no answers.

I love Jareds its a great place. Ive been to many to get the ring cleaned and to do other things. I went to this one to make a payment on my account and the lady told me that I could not make a payment because I was from out of state. Then she tells me they cant find my account because the sells person before didnt spell my name right.
Dont waste your time. I went in during my lunch break to look at wedding bands. When I walked in, the two people up front had their back to me. The man turned around and looked right at me. I guess he decided that there was no way that I could afford to shop there. He didnt speak a word to me and turned back around. Go somewhere else if you want to buy jewelry. These people are rude and judgmental.

Bought a ring at a different Jared location and called this one to inquire about it being resized. After being told that we could get it done same day, while waited in store, my fiance and I made the trip here to get the work done. We were then told the earliest it would be done would be over 48 hours later. The sales associate we spoke to threw her co-worker under the bus and the entire interaction was very unprofessional, as she explained to us theyd be having a talk with so and so. We then returned 2 days later after dropping the ring off, and it still wasnt ready. They made the requested adjustment while we waited in store like wed asked for 2 days prior. Wont be returning to this location every again. Its a shame this store is poorly run, because Ive never had a bad experience elsewhere.Edit: after getting the ring repaired, it was very noticably uneven on the bottom, probably due to it being done last minute. Very very disappointed.
Stopped in tonight to get a ring cleaned and rhodium coated. Staff was very helpful and did the job while we waited!
Unfortunately after so many poor experiences Ive now found myself compelled to write an online review.Absolutely the worst customer service youll find in Jacksonville. Theyre great at selling, very poor at supporting customers after the sale.Heres my most recent experience, one of several negative ones:My Tag Carrera watch needed to be repaired after I lost a pin in the bracelet.My wife brought it in knowing full well the part would need to be ordered.The employee, Jordan, reviewed the watch, identified what needed to be replaed and placed the order saying it would be in within two weeks.Two weeks later my wife called to check on the status, Jordan, was in the store working refused to get on the call to speak with my wife. The other employee told her it wasnt in yet and didnt have any expected date.My wife called back a week later, no answer and left a voice mail asking for the someone to call back with the status. No one called after two days. She did the same thing again two days later, still no call back.A week passed and she called in again and this time someone answered. Again, the Jordan, who placed the original order, was in, but refused to get on the phone to help. The other employee said it should be in within the week.A week later we called and indeed, the part was in. We were told we could come in Mon - Fri to have it repaired.Today, I left the office to head to Jared. When I get in the store, the service rep tells me Ill have to drop the watch off and come back if Id like it repaired. I tell her we were told otherwise and she begrudgingly takes the watch into the back without a word.Ten minutes later she returns to tell me were missing a tube. Surprised, I ask why it wasnt ordered. She indicates that I would have had to ask for the tube to be ordered, as if I or my wife know the various components and requirements of this Tag watch and what specifically needed to be replaced.Frustrated I asked for my watch back and left the store.Now 5 weeks later, my watch is still not repaired and I have to go to another local repair store.
Broke my watch. Tried to send me out of the store, telling me sorry, we cant fix it. When I got upset, the self-important manager Donna rolled her eyes. Said she couldnt help. I called corporate. They apologized, and let me know that she wasnt very nice to them either. How do you justify breaking my watch and then being an add about it? Why does Donna even work there?
We purchased from Jared’s because we wanted to invest in a quality product.Fast forward 3 months, and I have had a diamond fall out twice. I wear my ring a limited amount, and am very cautious with it. They informed me that this can happen from time to time, and that they will proceed with having it repaired for a second time - in three months.Concerned with that answer, I called their main headquarters and spoke with a representative who was VERY helpful and professional, and helped me rectify the situation. So for anyone else, please try that because their headquarters have outstanding customer service.Needless to say, I will not be purchasing any further products from this Jared’s, and am extremely disappointed in the lack of quality and customer service from this establishment. I would, however, purchase from another Jared’s retail store based on the level of customer service provided from their main office.
I took my earrings to the repair center a couple weeks ago and the service was beyond satisfactory. Everyone was so kind and my earrings are even better now then they were when I first purchased them. Thanks team Jared!

The only reason Im writing this is because I feel compelled to compliment the Timepiece Department Manager Jourdin Bego. If you go to Jared you couldnt get a more competent and professional representative. She has the ability to think outside the box which is so important and customer satisfaction is her ultimate goal. She will bend over backwards to make sure that you leave happy and completely satisfied. I have been going to Jared for about three years and will only deal with Jordan. Shes the best. And no, Im not a relative, or family member, or friend. Im just a very happy customer.
I got an awesome deal online for my watch, I called and spoke with Gimena she was courteous and friendly. I explained that I had bought my watch somewhere else could they size it for me, she said of course, when I arrived she advised it was a 15 fee, however since I was so nice on the phone to her she waived the fee. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
My first trip into Jared in 2014 was with a girlfriend of mine to just ring gaze and gather ideas- I didnt know she was a double-agent gathering information for my boyfriend, now fiancé. The consultant (I wish I could remember her name) we had sat down with played along with every whim and request I had (after all, it IS fun to play with diamonds). But then, I found THE ONE. Though at first I felt awkward giving my information to a jewelry store for my boyfriend I wasnt even sure was going to propose, the consultant assured me about proper etiquette and how it isnt presumptuous or pressuring my boyfriend, its how ring shopping is normally done. My fiancé had a wonderful buying experience. He was glad the pressure to pick a ring he hoped I would like was completely removed, especially when spending so much money. The stone is amazing quality, the craftsmanship of the ring is solid, and the life time warranty provides peace of mind. Since 2014, I have been in for my semi-annual inspections, and I couldnt be happier! I have since 2014 had my prongs changed at no cost to a sturdier, more secure design because I am an Active Duty Sailor on sea duty and loved my ring so much I wore it to work on the ship and a lot of times when I shouldnt have. Just recently visited for a semi-annual inspection and to have my solitaire (1.19c Sq cut) tightened (I still wear it at times I shouldnt... I really do love it that much!) Again, no cost! It was ready day-of. Polished, cleaned, tightened; it liked and felt like I was getting a new ring all over again. The floor staff were so nice and helpful!In short, I have never had a single complaint about Jared! I highly, very highly, recommend Jared to everyone for ANY jewelry purchase for quality AND experience!

Absolutely worst Jewelry store in Jacksonville! I have been coming here for 8 years and will no longer come here. The Customer Service here is awful. Fits with everyone elses comments. Better going to Beards or Mom and Pop location. Chris the Manager has no skills on managing this store. For a quick ring fix told me they had to 24 hours. James is horrible jeweler. DONT let him fix your ring! Absolutey horrible.
