We purchased a pair of denim shorts and when we were leaving the store the lady said the security tag was going off because they forgot to remove it. She removed it and place the item back in the back in the bag. When we got home, which was an hour and a half away, we realized that she tore the jeans when she was removing the tag. Very annoyed.

I was in the purse area today looking at your so call Gucci and LV bags, some of those bags are not authentic I dont care what you stamp on them. I inspected them, I have real bags bought from the company stores with receipts and the card that comes with them. The bags you have are of poor quality and that is not fair to your customers. They are over priced. Please fix this issue.

Jewelry shop attendant (Veronica, I think) was short and not helpful at all. She lacked any sort of customer service. Did not greet or part well.Btw I enjoy shopping at the NEX but I enjoy quality customer service as well.

This is a HUGE Navy exchange and is always a must stop for this military retiree....whenever Im the area.I visited this navy exchange a few weeks ago, while I was staying at the navy lodge. I always enjoy shopping here, because they have anything and everything that youre looking for. And like all military bases the PX/NEX always has excellent prices and great deals. There is always plenty of clothing for all ages and nationally. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and professional, during every engagement that I encountered.Im positive that I will be back in the near future!!!

It has everything you need and no taxes greats place to shop

Great store, employees, and prices. Very well kept and everyone was super helpful from the cosmetics counter, womens clothing department, retail management, and check out. We were only in for a few items, had one issue, which was quickly and fairly resolved. Super great service!

Our Veterans first choice for great prices & great service. The personnel in the Uniform Shop was outstanding.I ordered new ribbons and medals from the NEX Online store, professionally mounted thin ribbons.Very professional service, both ways!!

Easy to see right off of Saratoga Avenue servicing Jacksonville Naval Station. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Nice staff. Close to other stores and Barber shop. Nice staff. We will definitely be going back.

The Exchange itself was not bad however the food court leaves a lot a lot to be desired. Particularly the hamburger and hot dog stand the elderly lady with the short hair that was running the cash register on the particular day that I was there was very rude to myself my children and another customer behind me. If anything needs to be done to The Exchange I would start work on the food court and maybe a whole lot of Maintenance outside i e pressure washing so on and so forth.

Nice people and good prices. I would Likely have given a 5 star rating if the service staff had been more knowledgeable. I took my dad in to find out if he could get his electric razor repairs under warranty which he thought was one year we were told we had to contact the manufacturer. When I got home I will like to have a 2 year warranty and took care of replacement myself.

I love this NEX department store! Arguably one of the best States side. It’s a very nice and clean location with fantastic staff who are kind and helpful. They have a large selection, great quality/ brands and unmatched price points (despite the tax free aspect). Visiting this base and NEX location alone made me consider staying longer :).

This exchange is as big as a mini mall. The only downside is that there is only one set of restrooms open. So if you arent already on that side of the store, then you will have a nice walk to get to it. Also, the food court doesnt offer many options. We ate at the pizza spot...our pizza was cold.

Good selection of stuff if youre living on base and dont want to go far. Hotdogs stand outside for lunch and new renovated commissary close by.

Bottom line is that this place is so much better than the PX which Im accustomed to going to! The prices are better on some things but worse on others! The main advantage is the selection that is offered! They carry brands in the NEX that are not offered by AAFES which is baffling to me! Overall its worth the visit just to see the difference!

Not quite the mall that some bases have, but large and well laid out. A recent face lift had brought this exchange up to date. There is a uniform shop, and food court. You should be able to find everything you need.

Good place to shop for all your home products. Need to carry larger sizes in mens & ladies clothing. Lot of retired personnel shop here. Staff very frendly & helpful. Handicap accessible & parking. Competitive prices. Very clean & well kept up.

The selections in the store a great! BUT the customer service at the Customer Service Desk could use some work. I personally believe that the supervisor(Melody) could use an attitude adjustment. She is not approachable at all. She needs to realize that as a supervisor (leader) she needs to lead by example. On a good note, I had a wonderful experience with the customer service given to me by a cashier by the name of Sarah. I have been coming to this store for over 12 years ..... and this is my first review and the first time I was actually blown away. Good job Sarah!

Great place for a VM large selection of items from snacks to appliances. Must have proper ID to be in there.

Usually I shop the clothing section which is very hard to find a variety of styles for a young mother. But today I was shopping school supplies. I felt like it was very unorganized and a little everywhere. My in and out trip took about 40 minutes or more.

A good sale especially with 40% and 50% markdowns.

Great selection and prices! This NEX made for a great shopping experience. I really appreciated that they not only had the running shoes I was looking for, but that they also had them in my size! I was also impressed by how much they had to choose from in the rest of the store as well, especially in the clothing department.

A fabulous Exchange!! We found some wonderful sales today.

Small Navy Exchange. Run by mostly Filipinos and stocked with higher end items that most enlisted people cant really afford. Its either high priced brand named items or cheap stuff without much middle of the road items. Caters more to Officers and the Filipina community. Sad reality. Also nearly impossible to get a job there unless youre Filipino. Another sad truth I found out after talking to two separate workers who had been there a long time.

Shopping at the NEX is always interesting, lately because of all the changes in decor and layout. I dont often visit unless I am looking for specific items. Prices arent always cheaper but with the tax break it is often worth the drive. Selection is much better now than in the past and they carry more high-end items than ever before.

I love shopping here, I retired from NAS 19 years ago and visit every so often. Im never disappointed and today was no different.

@navyexchange I was price matching at Jacksonville exchange showed two different websites listed in your policy for an item and was treated as if I was trying to steal the items. This is why service members will only buy the uniform items that they are required to buy.

Fantasy shopping for active and retired military in the Orlando area.Although we a a little off sales tax, Amazon prices are more competitive.... So shop around!!I like the scratch off, except I always only get the 5% scratch! What gives??The people working there are super friendly. I missed Otto on my last visit! 😞

Doing construction in almost every corner of the building is a complete in convince to ALL customers. The parking lot is a joke because of the construction going on there for the new commissary as well. Customer service reps are awesome but unspoiled be able to pay my Star card Bill at EVERY cash register. The credit car swiping machine doesnt change, its the same at all of them.

Incredibly neat, clean,, bright lights and extroidinary merchandise especially designer and hard to find products. I wanted to purchase everything I saw. The prices were reasonable and I made a few HAPPY 58TH BIRTHDAY GIFTS FOR MYSELF😄.

Navy Exchanges used to be a real benefit for service members. Not anymore. This one does have a fairly large selection of the basics.

Beautifully decorated, large selection of cosmetics and perfumes. Nice enough mall-ish but the prices (while tax free) on many items are still way more than in the public sector.

The NEX is a waste of money. Their products are way overpriced and are sometimes downright scams. They will price match which is great if you want to do the leg work everytime you buy something. I would never recommend someone shop here unless absolutely necessary.

Prices are becoming more expensive than the outside on some items. When you tell tell management thier reply is its tax free. At one time the exchange was all about takibg care of the troops. It has turned into a profit entity. Gas prices are reduculious, mist if the time they are around .10 cents more than the outside!!! Someone needs to wise up here!
