Ive been a long time admirer of Sur La Table, but after placing my first order on December 1st, 2020, Ill never shop with them again. Im heading into my fourth month without the order being filled and no end in sight.Theres been little help from customer service, which was completely unfriendly nor helpful the first time I inquired about my order. The second customer service rep was nice and at least looked into my order. Overall, the way that the situation has been handled is totally unprofessional for a company of Sur La Tables size.

Says opens at 10... but they dont. employees show up about 1015.. its almost 11 now.. still not open.

The service @ Jacksonville, FL Sur la Table St. John’s Center is outstanding. I live 200 miles from JAX. I needed a replacement for a pan in my Scan Pan set, called and explained my need, and it was shipped out the next day. Thank you, Heather!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called the store to inquire about one of their Cyber Monday sales, and the woman I spoke with, Heather, was extremely rude and pretentious. I was interested in buying a couple Instant Pot Duo Evo Plus 8qts (one for me and a gift for my mom), but after this awful experience, I will never set foot in that store again. I bought them on Amazon instead; they had a better deal anyway.

Went there to try to understand if my customers could buy pasta machines from them - I teach Italian cooking - and the manager was rude and not interested in making business!
