Our kitchen counters turned out beautifully! Crystal was wonderful about explaining the whole process and all the options and pros and cons. I loved that she let me take home samples of the quartz. Ultimately we chose granite. I liked that Crystal let me make suggestions about how the template should go on the granite and made sure the men cutting knew what was important to us. They are wonderful craftsmen. I really appreciate that Marcus came out to our house after the job to see a couple of things I was not satisfied with and had them resolved the next day. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Art of Granite.

My personal experience may help those specifically with a big project and/or choosing a stone countertop. It was nice to see the company busy, but think that actually served as a detriment to the service provided.Each star knocked down was for poor communication, incomplete installation, and quote misrepresentation.Before going into the specifics I want to acknowledge that AoG will really work with you, including your timeline and my concern over a seam for the kitchen island (side note: quartzite seam looked good). George was great on telling me what was going to work and what wouldnt. I appreciated that.My kitchen island required max width of the stone slab so there was little room to play with. Given that a stone isnt predictable and repetitive like quartz for example, it took careful planning and decision making. There was an element of the stone that was desired to be cut out. Unfortunately during installation, there was still a good remainder of that undesirable part noticed on what would now be my countertop. Marcus provided a reason why it wasnt possible only after I reached out to voice my great disappointment. Countertops are a major expense and I feel that this shouldve been brought to my attention even before making the cuts on the stone should I have wanted to change the orientation completely. I was not given this opportunity.Another disappointment was after installation with poor caulking done. 3/4 of the kitchen perimeter was entirely missed as well as a portion of the kitchen island. Another visit was offered to correct this, but I declined to spend another half day waiting for them with the possibility of another inadequate performance.Lastly, I was told from the start that you only get charged for what you use of the slab. After templating, I was assured that the quote would be revised for accuracy. When the countertop template measurements were reviewed, there was still an extra 14 sq ft I was being charged. The answer I got was how the quote was already reduced and the discounts AoG provided me... but nothing on the discrepancy of the square footage. Then I am finally told the calculations used to get their square footage (which was still off) and it became apparent I was being charged for waste and then some. The same waste they say they will not charge their customers.At the end of the day, they offered cheese platter boards and sealant. IMHO, I already paid for those items in actuality. I would have rather been honestly charged for the work and product provided. With this experience, I cannot recommend AoG.

Just got my granite countertops installed yesterday and I love them! Crystal was so easy to work with. The installers did a fantastic job. Turn around time between everything was so much faster than we expected. I would highly recommend. I feel confident that if I have an issue going forward, that Crystal will do what she can to make it right.

Super happy with our countertops. Art of Granite is different in that they only charge you for what you use, and in our case that was a lifesaver since we were only inches into a second slab. Crystal was great throughout the process, and patient since it took a while for us to find the stone we wanted. Install was quick and easy. The stone we chose was lovely but had weak spots of quartzite, which they warned us about. When an accessory piece did break, they recut without a fuss, and it was perfect. We even got a complimentary cutting board from our stone. Would definitely recommend, THANKS AoG!!

We had Crystal come to our home and quote us new countertops, we couldnt be more happy with the service and the quality of the installation. The owner came out and did the final measurement, 4 days later the install crew was right on time and installed our new countertops and new sink- Awesome customer service, awesome installation crew - Highly recommend....

Art of Granite recently provided me with a few sill and shelf pieces of quartz to match an existing Master bath countertop. This was a very small project that was not a big dollar job for them, but they treated it like it was the only job they had in the works! He explained the entire process from start to finish, explained the differences in stones and what the various prices would be. I had a small bar set up that most places in town wouldnt touch because it didnt meet their minimums. Luckily enough someone referred me here and I couldnt be happier! The team had exactly the style I needed to match existing granite in my house, turn around time was super quick, the install team was amazing with carving a piece out to fit onsite and I cant see the seem unless u look for it. very happy with all the customer service. Planning on redoing my bathrooms later and I wont even consider getting a second opinion when it comes time!

Art of Granite just completed installation of my quartz counter tops last week. The counter tops are gorgeous. Owner Marcus did an outstanding job. Extremely courteous and resourceful. I had a second floor kitchen that required Marcus to hoist a very heavy island counter top up through my second floor balcony to get to the kitchen. His crew did an amazing job. Art of Granite was very easy to work with from receiving an estimate to installation and FAST!! I highly recommend this company.

I purchased a large bathroom counter from a remnant, meaning it was fairly inexpensive even though bulky. I did not expect to get the royal treatment with such a small job overall. To make things worse, it was an upstairs bathroom with a heavy countertop. The job was flawless from start to end. From Krystals kindness in ordering, to all of the guys along the way, we had an A+ experience. I could not ask for more and I am picky. :)

I recently reached out to this company in search of a granite slab to build a coffee table and they were more than willing to provide me with what I needed. The coffee table turned out beautifully. The owner was super friendly and even told me how to get rid of a stain on my current counter. I had previously searched the internet on removing such stains, but nothing had worked. Words cannot express how grateful I am for Art of Granite Countertops! Crystal made the whole process so easy from start to finish. We had three bathrooms that were completed in 1 week from start to finish. On the day of installation, it only took them 1 1/5 hours to tear out the old counters and sinks and to install the new ones. Absolutely satisfied!!

I am so disappointed in the quality of service I have received from this company so far, I chose Arts of Granite, because of their Google reviews and since they were in the area I went in for a quote. On the 14th Crystal came out to take measurements of the project, she did apologize for being over a hour late. After she finished measuring, she said shell send me a quote based on my preferences and the stones I chose once she got to the office. After not hearing back from her, I called on the 16th which was 2 days after the measurements were taken, Crystal wasnt there so we left a message, we still did not get a quote or a phone call. On the 23rd (9 days after measurements) we received an email with a quote, the quote was as if we had never met and the measurements were never taken. Our project was measured at 41sf the quote was for 36sf, we talked about a quote with and without backsplash and to include a sink that was not what I received. I waited over a week for a quote that was not tailored to my project, I am very disappointed in the quality of service I have received, I am still waiting on a reply to the email I sent in response to the quote.09/10/21. I heard from them after leaving the initial review, Crystal did a good job trying to make it right. I got my counters installed and I love it, however, I did not give 5 stars, because the installers did not seal the granite at my sink and now we could have water going in between the base and the backsplash

I cannot say enough good things about Art of Granite and Crystal! My husband and I were referred to them from a friend who recently had new countertops installed. Im so happy for that referral! I was able to get scheduled for the template and installation very quickly. However, UPS lost the sink we ordered and I didnt know when we would be able to get another one so that the slab could be cut and installed.Crystal more than came to the rescue! She contacted the company who manufactured the sink we bought from Home Depot and had it overnighted to Art of Granite. As a result, our installation was only delayed by a day. She was seriously a miracle worker and Im so, so grateful for her. Installation was very quick and my new granite countertops and my new sink look absolutely amazing. I cant stop staring at them! I would highly recommend Art of Granite. The customer service and work are amazing and they also made a miracle happen for me!

Art of Granite is amazing! From the very beginning, they were thorough and patient in answering our questions, they went out of their wait to make sure we got the granite we loved, and they were priced more competitively than the other 3 companies we were talking to. Once we made a decision, they had someone out to measure within a day and he was extremely professional. He did a very thorough job making sure every cut was measured perfectly. The install went off without a hitch...the guys arrived during their scheduled delivery window and they spent over 2 hours cutting, moving, leveling, and recutting if needed. It turned out absolutely perfect, and at a great price. I highly recommend using Art of Granite and we will use them again in the future!

We went to Art of Granite on the recommendation of a friend who used them for a kitchen counter top. We need a side splash for a prefab vanity that only came with a back-splash. We were able to find a perfect color match from their remnants. Even though we had a small job, Crystal and George treated us great and made a quick turn-around on the order.

My real estate agent highly recommended Art of Granite and I’m so glad he did. They not only did an amazing job with the install, but they also made the entire process as simple as possible. Crystal is a rockstar, she was very helpful with answering any questions we had and with helping us decide on which type of countertop would best fit our needs. She also offered us a very large selection of slabs, so we had plenty of options to choose from. Not only does Art of Granite offer an excellent product, their prices are also great. Overall, we could not be happier and we will without a doubt work with Art of Granite again in the future.

Art of Granite was OK at best. The main reason why Im giving four stars and not three is because I thought Crystal provided very good customer service. Aside from Crystal and her customer service, the install was rather disappointing.The main disappointing factor is that I was never told or warned about needing new wood trim underneath my kitchen bar countertops until after the job was complete (photo provided with review), so I was unprepared to address this portion of the project outside of the job Art of Granite was providing. While Crystal offered to provide a business who could do this for me, it was only after I paid and the job had finished that I found out about this. In my opinion, Art of Granite should have advised me ahead of time that I would need to be prepared to replace the wood trim that would be damaged/removed when the existing countertops were taken out of the kitchen. Prior to the install, an Art of Granite representative came out to my home to take measurements/forms for our countertops, this representative never once mentioned the wood trim would need replaced to me.Outside of this, the other disappointments in this install include:1 - The install crew left all of my outlets unscrewed where they installed countertops. I had to go and re-fit all of the outlet covers into my granite.2 - The install crew didnt seal the bathroom countertops, or at least did not use ample sealer. The bathroom countertops are noticeably much less sealed and are absorbing water unlike the kitchen, which was properly sealed.3 - The install crew left a mess in my yard and driveway from fabricating. I understand there will be dust, debris, etc. but they didnt do a good job of cleaning up after they finished; there was lots of wood piece, rock and other debris scattered in my driveway after they left that I was left to clean up.I realize the other items above are less serious, but when spending nearly 5 figures for a job, I expected better.Again, Crystal was very responsive and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. However, aside from that, I probably wouldnt recommend all things considered

We are very happy with our Art of Granite experience. We had 3 kitchen countertops replaced with two sinks and a cooktop cut in. Crystal, Marcus and the installers were terrific! Marcus surprised us with a beautiful bookmatch design at the bar sink that I just love! Also the vein matching is stunning. The counters are fairly long so this was definitely an attention to detail. The installers took off one granite top for us and did not damage the cabinets below- they hauled it off for us which was very appreciative. They worked liked a well oiled machine! Thank you A of G!

I am so happy with my new countertops. It was a professional job from my initial stop to speak with Crystal who was so helpful in answering all my question to Marcus coming out to template and helping me pick the right portion of the slab that would look best. Installation was so quick within a week! Would highly recommended Art of Granite as your fabricator!

Could not ask for better service! Wonderful selection, great prices. We had our counter tops for our custom closet ready in just a few days. The install team was very professional and quick. Our experience with Art of Granite was a breeze from the minute we walked in the door. Before stopping here, my husband and I had gone to many stores with no luck finding a quality remnant for a reasonable price. We were so relieved to find Art of Granite, they thought our project was important no matter how small. Art of Granite had so many beautiful remnants to choose from, with the quality of the stone they really sell themselves. Picking one was the hardest part! I thought I had wanted granite but the sparkle from quartz changed my mind. The low cost of the remnant and fabrication was a happy surprise. The whole process was simple, we picked a quartz top, selected a sink, brought in our faucet for measurement, and our beautiful sparkly gray counter top and sink were ready. We couldnt be any happier with the service, the quality of the product or the workmanship, they did a great job. We are so glad we found Art of Granite that we will be back when we redo our kitchen counters.

Crystal and the team did a great job. My wife and I met with Crystal at the warehouse on a SATURDAY. She helped us choose the color and material.They came out and completed the template and the install in a timely manner. Everything was done according to the timeline she described.

A week later our beautiful granite countertop and sink was installed just as promised. Installers were professional, efficient, friendly and cleaned up. Price was right too! Highly recommended.

We went to every stone place in Jacksonville and Art of Granite was the best. They were also the last one we went too, so persistence paid off. They had a solid selection of remnant in quartz and granite as well as a full gallery of slab. Once we decided on a piece, they had it installed within 7 days. Easy peasy. Always on time and always courteous. We are now going to use them for our kitchen as well. Two thumbs up and five stars, wish it could be more.
