I was ordering from out of town for a birthday. The customer service was incredible. The cookie was apparently delicious and the staff were incredible. I also ordered cookies and they put whatever image I wanted and it looked incredible.They made ordering a birthday cookie cake from a 1000 miles away during a pandemic a pleasure. Pricing was very fair and reasonable as well.

I bought three cookies yesterday: the double mocha chocolate chip, caramel butter, and Ghirardelli chocolate chip. My goodness...I wish I had ample words to describe the pleasure I got from them. Each cookie was so moist, soft and flavorful! They were the epitome of the perfect cookie! You could tell they were made with love and pride. I consider myself a cookie connoisseur. With a picky palate, it’s hard to find a cookie that encompasses the perfect bite. I wish I had bought one of each flavor. We were visiting Jacksonville from Miami...I wish they had a cookie shop here! I’d be there every day. Looking forward to our next trip north so we can stop by and stock up! Yum yum yum!! 😋🍪🥛

Flexible with us on prep time, as we were picking up from out of town. Not only were the cookies delicious and generous size, but the decorations - wow: impeccably done, down to the last detail, on all 200. We had high hopes and they exceeded them. If I could give this cookie shop 10 stars I would! I live in TN and my son & his family live in the Jacksonville area so when I first started searching for a place to send them something sweet & delicious I found Flippin Good Cookies. So many choices and they all sound wonderful! It was after lunch when I contacted them but the owner ~ Ms. Newton~was so patient and helpful. I had no idea what to send so she made some suggestions and even managed to get them delivered that afternoon. The family RAVED about the cookies so I used them for Halloween this year as well and again I was so impressed with the owners wonderful personality, so helpful & funny which makes it a real treat to deal with them and again the cookies were a HIT, loved the southern pecan caramel! I cant say enough good things about this place~in such a busy world today it is so refreshing to meet people with a TRUE passion for their craft! I cant wait to go there myself the next time I am there to visit my family, to share cookies & meet the owner~that should be a REAL treat! Go there, you wont be sorry!!!

I was really pleased with the customer service here. I called them 30 minutes before they were officially open and a friendly voice on the other side took full care of me. I wanted my cookies delivered the same day, but it was not an option available online. I was told that was just a safety feature for online orders, but that my cookies will be delivered(locally) the same day. Excellent customer service, and I bet the cookies will be just as good.

With a husband who loves the Cowboy lifestyle, the Cowboy cookies have a special appeal. I adore the peanut butter cookies, even more so because it is probably the only sweet flavor that isnt my husbands favorite...I can enjoy them without having to hide them! Just before Christmas I was thrilled to buy the exquisite small decorated suguar cookies, bagged in cellophane and tied with a ribbon. They were such a sweet thoughtful treats. Janice is fabulous, with spot-on suggestions and I know I will continue to be a fan of Flippin Good Cookies. They are better than good. They are great!

Flippin Good Cookies are awesome. My wife sent me a dozen for my birthday and they were delivered on my birthday. They were freshly baked and tasted very good. Ive tired cookie baskets before and found the cookies to be very attractive hockey pucks, I was pleasantly surprised that Flippin Good Cookies were actually as attractive as they were tasty.I would buy them again... and again.
