The cashier was the first person I ever met. Acted as if she was bothered go even exist. Heaven forbid you bought something, she asked what else. When told that this was it she rolled her eyes. Then rolled her eyes when asking for cash back. Obviously needs more training in customer service. Been to nicer kangaroo expresses than this one

Upset that zero stars arent an option. At 1056pm on a Thursday the 3 workers let me shop when I got to the counter they told me it would be 15 minutes before I could cash out because they were in shift change......wth? Really?

No free air (I thought it was law), and the lady at the cash register was rude about it. I wish I hadn’t given them my business with the fuel.

Racist worker by the name of Tracy. My father had a small car accident when he was leaving after making a purchase. He went in to ask how to go about getting a copy for court if needed. Tracy (one of the girls there) told him to get a subpoena. My dad went out to wait for the police. While waiting my brother went to met up with my dad to check on him and get my dads dog who was in the car. My brother went in to get a drink and over heard the cashier (Ashley) and Tracy talking very ill about my father. Especially Tracy. My brother went up to the register to pay and Tracy starts talking about my dad calling him crazy and cussing to my brotjer, not knowing they were speaking about my father to his own son. My brother told them, Thats my dad your talking about. Tracy then asked where we are from. My brother responded originally from Puerto Rico but mostly raised in Jacksonville. He then said he just wanted to pay for his drink and ho home. Thats when Tracy said, Oh you going to go back home to your country?

Blatant racism should never be tolerated by any business - The way your employees conduct themselves is disgusting and shows poorly on your company. I am hopeful this situation is corrected and that the employees are held accountable for the immature, ignorant words.

Less friendly and more expensive than the others. More difficult to get in and out of.

Employees are are always nice, its clean, and they are usually well stocked. What more can you ask for?

They are nice and they pay the rest of money we are missing

I wouldnt say I hate this place, usually when I go in, the girl at the counter is very sweet. This morning though I was greeted by an older women, who I have never seen before, and she publicly shamed me for using EBT to buy drinks and doughnuts for my family. We are in the process of a huge move, we needed caffeine and something to eat and juice for my kids and she loudly told me how soon I wouldnt be allowed to buy my drinks because its not for kids. In front of a full store of people. She made it very clear that she didnt approve of what I was buying with my card. And she did so in such a shaming and embarrassing manner I got in my car and started crying. I will also be contacting the manager of this store as well as corporate. No one deserves to be humiliated over a couple of drinks

Every time we go there theres a different price on the icees or they say you have to use a different cup. Weve beeen charged any where from .79 cent to $1.50 for icee. Today the said we had to use the cup that says frosted on it. Its the cup for the specialty smoothies and paid a lot more than the icee are supposed to be. BIG ISSUES with the training and employees in this place.

Employees roam outside on smoke breaks all day long.
