I came to Eye Lab to get an exam and new glasses. While I’d never had a virtual Dr.’s visit which was different the customer service when it came time to get my glasses was out of this world. RICH TRADER was awesome he was super patient and helped my wife and I as we went through SEVERAL glasses. He never rushed us made me feel confident in my purchase and made sure to help me on the budget I was on. Since I’ve gotten my specs I’ve been in for minor things and he was always right there to help. I highly recommend this place if only places had more people like him it be a better experience everywhere. Thanks Rich Trader for making it an enjoyable experience. I will continue to bring my family and refer my friends to you.

I’ve been going to eye lab for my last three pairs of glasses and eye exams. So happy, now they don’t even dilate they eye. Very smooth process, I made a 9:45 appt and there was no wait on a Thursday. The exam was smooth and I got some glasses. Victoria and Rich were very helpful in getting my insurance to work and picking out frames. I got two pairs of glasses and one pair of sunglasses. They do have some old frames but they have something for everyone; there is a lot of color and variety. Lots of great deals if you do not have insurance too, so that is really awesome.

We had a great experience at the eye lab today. Rich and Vicky provided excellent customer service. We appreciated their help with picking out frames and their opinion with how it looked on our faces. Great experience overall. Highly recommend to others.

I just want to give a HUGE thank you to Rich at the my eye lab in Jax Beach. I lost my contacts three days ago and have spent hours speaking to other people and locations only to be told I can’t have a sample, I need this or that done etc etc. The list goes on! I was a walk in customer at Rich’s location and he immediately took me in, pulled up my chart, and gave me a sample pair of the contacts I needed. On top of this he helped me out by letting me pay half now for a six month pack and the other half in a week when they come in! Thank you so much Rich!

I got sand in my contacts on vacation and was rushing around to find an eye Dr that would do an appointment same day. They went above and beyond my expectations! Rich was fantastic and walked me through every step of the process with the telehealth dr and it was by far the easiest and quickest eye exam Ive ever had! If I lived here this would for sure be my regular eye Dr!

It was a great time. I walked in and immediately I was helped. I gotMy eye exam for free and two pairs of glasses the longest thing was me finding my own frames lol. During these COVID times, Ive found most places are severely lacking in customer service. That is definitely not the case here!!! What a great experience from the moment I walked in the door!I was warmly greeted immediately. Check in was easy, and on an electronic device. The exam was with a televisit, which I wasnt sure about, but turned out to be extremely easy. Randall was super helpful assisting live with the exam and made me comfortable with the process.Rich, the manager worked with me on my contacts and glasses, and was incredibly kind, helpful, fun, and like Randall, easy going and super pleasant.The store was insanely busy, but everyone working here remained calm, pleasant, and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them in a heartbeat, and tell them #Hanksentme !

This store absolutely saved me! I drove down to Jax for a family visit. I made the huge mistake of swimming in the ocean with my glasses on, and of course ended up making an offering to the gods by losing them in the waves! I have a very high prescription and also astigmatism, and I made another mistake of not bringing my contacts or a backup pair of glasses with me. Every other optometrist in town was booked solid. So I thought I was stranded in Florida forever. Then Eyelab Jax Beach Blvd came to the rescue! They fit me in for an eye exam AND were able to give me contacts within an hour so I could get on the road back to Philly! THANK YOU! Also Rich Trader is hilarious, and you should go get an exam from him even if you already have glasses! I haven’t laughed that hard at the doctor in my entire life! Haha

I scheduled my appt prior to coming . When I arrived I was greeted & assisted in a timely fashion. I had time to browse frames while waiting to be examined, once ready I was called back and actually had an virtual appointment. Very different & cool . After my exam I continued to browse for the perfect frames for myself & budget ! Rich Trader was my sales associate, great personality and the easy to talk to. He explained my frame and lenses warranty clearly & also informed me that i qualified for their Platinum Blue Anti Glare promotion that started today ! Went into My Eyelab today and am only giving them 2 stars because of a misleading promotion of getting two pairs of eye glasses for 59.00 dollars and had to land up paying $93.60 for one pair. I didnt request UV coating or Scratch Resistance or Anti-reflective, and should have been asked if I wanted any of these added features. Bad business ethics on the part of My Eyelab. I dont recommend My Eye lab to anyone else looking for glasses due to shady business. The only reason I am giving My Eyelab 2 stars is because I did enjoy the experience up to the point where it was revealed in the footnotes, that the promotion was dubious. I bought the glasses only because I thought it was fair to do so after going through the examination even though the examination is also said to be free.

10/10 would return. Paul led me through the exam. All the exam insttuments were disinfected and sanitized. The process was very prompt and comforting. Than rich came in and blew my mind saving me over 400 dollars he got me out of the store with 2 pairs of glasses and a frame club memebership which gets you 4 pairs of frames over the course of 2 years for a 25$ payment which is really an unbeateable deal. If youve ever put your eye health to the side because of financial reasons or the stigma of uncomfortable doctors office, i recommend you come see rich and paul at my eye lab off beach and hodges.
