So happy with my shopping experience!! Found a pair of killer Tiffanys sunglasses, which had clearly never been worn and were a great price. Thanks to the staff for helping me out.

Loved it! I usually never write a review but the store has a staggering amount of items that make it impossible not to find something great for a loved one or for ones self and on top of that the ladies working there are so pleasant, helpful and know their stuff. Bravo! If you want a personal shopper like experience you have to visit the store.

I absolutely adore this place. Not only do they have an amazing collection of items, they also offer complimentary personal shopping, a service I have now taken advantage of three times. I was at my wits end trying to find a dress for my sons wedding, and had been to several stores with no success. The gal who helped me was so kind, really listened to my needs, and was able to pull several dresses that worked for me. There is a lot of stuff in the store, but the staff knows the inventory REALLY well, and every time Ive gone in, theyve been able to help me find exactly what I was looking for (and Im not easy to please).This year, they helped me find gifts for most of the people on my Christmas list... all in one afternoon!

Very cute shop. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Very reasonably priced Louis Vuitton handbags and had my husband not been next store I would have spent a long time in there. The lady asked what I was looking for and made quite a few great suggestions. Next time I’m in town I will be stopping in.

What a great find! This store carries high line and couture brands for a fraction of their original price. Clothes are in excellent (like new) condition, comparable to online resellers, but, unlike online, I could try them on and verify their condition. Their niche is high end fashion (clothes, shoes, bags ) and they offer it in abundance. After a short chat about what I can wear and what appeals to me, I was brought several “winners” by an intuitive, thoughtful staff, which I appreciated because there is a lot to see. When I came back a second time, a few weeks later, they showed me some pieces that had just come in and were perfect for me. I had to write because I got lots of compliments today on a dress I got there last week! Thanks for connecting me with it!

Amazing! This store is a real gem for anyone close to San Marco. Their collection is quite a lot to take in at first but the young lady working there was so helpful and got me to try things I would never consider wearing that were stunning. A definite must visit for consignment shoppers!

My happy place. Love this store. It has a wonderful array of clothes and accessories. Its variety is a welcome change from the monotonous selections youll see at the Town Center. The service is wonderful. Rula and her team are top notch.

Consigned items. Called owner Multiple times prior to contract ending to pick up what hadn’t sold. She never returned my calls. I then showed up and she was very rude and told me I had to find my items throughout the store. Obviously she wants consigners to Leave items past contract end so she can keep your items. Don’t consigned here.

This place is in a charming area of Jacksonville. All in all you’ll find it’s very over priced in comparison to online consignment stores and other local resale shops especially for how out of date many of the pieces are . You would think because the online experience provides a greater selection at lower prices this store would offer exemplary service. One would think this store would have excellent customer service instead the overall costumer service sucks and isn’t warm or inviting which pushes anyone to go online . I’d wish they get with the times and price more reasonably. The massive inventory proves it is stagnant and needs a new approach. The only intangible cutting in favor of this place are the handful of nutty regulars that offer comic relief. I’m sure the management can’t take credit for that.

I just moved to Jacksonville and was so happy to find this store! I had an amazing experience and found so many great items. The staff was very attentive to me. I look forward to going back and seeing what new treasures they have gotten in!

Lives up to its name! I was just in this store and asked to leave because her boss was calling and she needed to go to the back. Really?? I am a customer...who does that! Who puts someone out of their store to take a call? Shame on u people... Here is a lesson for u. I am a salon owner...my husband works in finance stop judging books by their covers especially when u have a store full of items collecting dust! Maybe u could sell something if u stop racially and economically profiling people. You all should be ashamed....

Refused to even set up appt to see my items. Have name brand, high $ items. Lady was rude and refused to make appt for me because she didn’t want to waste our time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Truly Snobs! 😡

Sadly they live up to there name.They need to not badmouth customers when one of family members sitting within hearing. Very unprofessional & should never judge people. My neice had intentions of purchasing 2 high end handbags but when we told her what they said we left.

Our first impression of the store was not being greeted when we walked in, but instead completely ignored. After shopping for 15 minutes or so, we asked if there was a bathroom we could use quickly so we could continue shopping and not have to leave. The answer was no. Once we came back to the store to finish trying on the things we had previously picked out, we were told that they were closing soon. My friend had about 10 things that she wanted to try on, but after only trying on three and acknowledging to the sales girl that we were moving quickly because we knew what time it was, we were told that they were closed. So instead of allowing her to try the rest of her things on, the sales girl stood and waited for my friend to put her clothes back on so we would leave. Because of their terrible customer service, they potentially lost a large sale. My friend was going to purchase a pair of Chanel sunglasses and a Gucci belt but instead bought a $20 skirt. To add insult to injury, one of the sales girls was talking about a customer she liked and said out loud for us to hear, she can stay in as long as she wants because she regularly spends a lot of money here. If I were the owner and found out that my employees were pushing paying customers out the door so the employees didnt have to stay late, I would be LIVID.

I called up to the store to confirm they were open. I was advised they were and would be until 5:00 pm. I got there less than 5 minutes later and there was a sign on the locked door saying “be back in 5”. I waited around for 10 minutes and the store still had not opened. I called back to ask when they would actually be open. The same woman I spoke to not 15 minutes earlier advised they were closed for about 30 minutes and “May open back up then” although I could see her standing in the store. Completely unacceptable.

One of the favorite consignment shops in town. High end items, so its usually reserved for special items, but I LOVE it!
