I was in the market for a used desktop tower to take apart so that I can further my learning about computers. Gideon and Jason both gave me great advice on learning about computers. They really know their stuff. They even gifted me a used tower to jumpstart my learning. This means so much. I cannot thank them enough!

I have an old laptop (toshiba), theconnection between the screen and the keyboard broke which affected the ability to connect the charger. I took it to Linkdat and they fixed it at a reasonable price and the guy was very pleasant. Great service, I would use them again.

Ive been to LinkDat twice. First time was to fix a macbook. They held onto my macbook for 4 weeks. Claimed to be trying different SSDs. Computer never worked, they kept asking to hold onto it to keep working on it. (After a month). I retrieved it and later learned that it was a bad logic board from someone else.Just recently (a week ago) I dropped off my moms laptop that I was trying to have fixed in time for her bday. After waiting 10 days and NOT HEARING ANYTHING about the computer (what they tried, what they think it might be, what they would do). I went in and picked it up. Of course when I show up they tell me they were still working on it.Ive heard good things about the place from my aunt. So it must be me. They dont want my business.UPDATE: Im leaving Best Buy, the computer needed a new charger.

These guys know their stuff and if you are having issues with your machine then drop it off to them. My two year old laptop went south and was acting like the hard drive failed so i took it there to get the hard drive wiped before i sent it in to get a new laptop but they found the issue reinstalled the software and it is working even better than before.....
