The store was great!UNTILL

This is another store in the Hot Topics company line. Went in more out of curiosity as our daughter loves the stuff. I continue to be impressed with how serious they take their covid response and how well they train their staff. One staff member offered a 25% off whole purchase coupon as we were about to leave. We went ahead and bought a couple shirts. Sofia helped us and was quite professional.

Fun, little store filled with merchandise of popular TV shows, Disney, Pixar, etc. The store is limited in selection compared to the online website or app but they do offer in store pickup. I love shopping at boxlunch! They also offer rounding up purchases to the nearest dollar for feeding America.

If you like hot topic then youll like this store. Its like hot topic but the lights a brighter.

Great service and wonderful workers. Kenna and Bryan also handled a very angry customer extremely well while I was in the store. This location specifically was so helpful and kind to ALL the customers, including the angry one!! That definitely deserves some recognition. Also they have wonderful pop culture gifts for literally any age. A must go in this mall!
