Kilwins makes the best ice cream available. I have not idea how their calorie count compares to others but the taste is worth seeking out.This Kilwins stands out from others I have visited. The selection of flavors is incomparable. They appear to have every flavor available from the Kilwins chain. The other locations I have visited have a number of flavors but not as many as this location appears to have available many more.Today, I picked the Mackinac Island Fudge. I first found this at a store in Destin and now search it out. It is creamy, and the fudge chips are excellent. These chips very much like the fudge on Mackinac Island in Michigan. When visiting Kilwins, give it a try.This location is in St. Johns Town Center. When we were there, the store was packed. The ice cream cases were fully stocked. The chocolate displays were full. The store was fully staffed. They were working hard to fill orders and remained friendly and smiled the whole time--despite the crush of people getting ice cream on a busy Saturday afternoon with the sun shining brightly outside.If a reader has not tried Kilwins ice cream, try it to see what you are missing.

The people were very friendly and patient with me. So many tasty looking things, it was hard for me to make a decision. The fudge was great so I had to get a few different things to take home to snack on later. Great people and food.

I love this store! First time here but wont be my last. Staff was extremely friendly and quick. The ice cream was wonderful. My only complaint is that its a little on the expensive side.

Amazing! I went last week on Tuesday for a gourmet Apple & to my surprise they have buy one, get one for $1 every Tuesday! I got the one with caramel, chocolate, & peanuts & my boyfriend got the apple spiced one. DELICIOUS! Will be back. The workers here are so friendly & welcoming too!

Love Waffle Cone Wednesdays especially when Michael is scooping with a smile! He is always courteous and friendly. The whole staff is helpful and it always smells delicious inside! Dont forget to try a caramel apple or the dark chocolate sea salt caramels--you wont be disappointed!

Great place for candy and ice cream after lunch. Kids loved it! My nephew loved the car shaped chockies in particular and played with before consuming.

My dog, Luca, and I walk to Kilwins at least once a month (once a week if it’s warm) for their fudge, ice-cream caramel apples or house-made limeades 😋 we can’t forget the pup cups! Dogs can’t go inside but they’ll take our order over the phone and bring the treats outside for us. Every single person we’ve met has been so kind and friendly- the staff is a big reason why we choose to return here instead of closer treat spots. Oh- it’s SUPER CLEAN, inside and out! Someone was outside cleaning the benches and tables today and carried on a friendly conversation while we waited. Kilwins is a MUST visit! And try their salted caramel chews- they’re real, and so soft!!!

First time here, I was like a kid in the candy store, literally. Chocolate covered twinke was amazing and the turtle rice crispy was an indulgence. I highly recommend.

Every time I come to Jacksonville with my family we really enjoy a trip to Kilwins for the ice cream, fudge, caramel apples, and other amazing chocolate treats. Michael made our trip even more fun as he was very friendly, helpful, and got me my double scoop in a waffle cone speedy quick.

This location at the town center gave my a very old apple. I called to let them know that it was old and brown in the middle and I could hear someone in the background saying “tell them to send a pic to the email” the nice girl on the phone just refunded my card, but here’s the photo of Kilwins rotten apples. Just a heads up in case you guys are wanting to purchase from a place like this during a pandemic. I’m not sure if they were running low on supplies, but its disturbing to know they’re selling apples that have been sitting there for a while. On top of knowing this, they did not even offer a free apple when I purchased TWO of them. Both rotten and brown on the inside.

The best ice cream in JAX. The waffle cones at Kilwins are very good and they have waffle bowls as well. Vast ice cream selection. I always have to wait in line to get ice cream here it is so good. I believe Wednesday night is buy one get 1/2 off night. Beyond ice cream let your imagination go wild when you look inside of these display cases. This is not junk this is real deal. I’ll drive to Town Center just to go to Kilwins.

Great place to enjoy ice cream, seems very popular among the locals. However my personal opinion is that its good but not something extraordinary. I have had better ice creams from similar local stores elsewhere. Price also was on the higher side. I also have tried milk chocolate they sell, again same opinion.Its a good place to hangout if youre there, but you wont miss anything if you skip.

Last night I picked up some chocolates from Kilwins. Kilwins is always a nice place to go to pick up some delicious chocolate!!

Excellent fudge, caramel apples, hand dipped chocolates and hand made candies. It was great for me, a gift, and my kids. Id highly recommend.

This ice cream shop was packed with people when we visited on a Saturday night. I can now understand why. The ice cream was good. The unique flavors and combinations also made up for extra credit. They also have a lot more than ice cream. They have all kinds of candy. I would consider it to be more of a candy store than an ice cream shop. The store was clean and the employees were very understanding and patient. Due to the long line, I unfortunately didnt get to try hardly any flavors, but Ill definitely have to come back again at a less busier time if possible. I got fudgie brownie. It was good. Not too much of anything. More portion sizes would have been favored if not already available. I was expecting a bit of a higher price, but I was surprised to find out it wasnt much. Definitely a lot more than a carton of ice cream from the store, but it was a fun outing with my family. I had a wonderful time and Id be glad to experience it again.

I got a custom variety box (try the peanut butter smoothie bites, Irish cream truffles, and lemon cream truffles)The double dark chocolate fudge I recommend as well.All the products I had were smooth, rich, creamy and decadent! Prices were alright- not steep but also not cheap. (My box of 5 chocolates was close to $10. When I went there was a BOGO sale on the fudge bars!)You pay for quality.Store enforces mask policy. Pets not allowed but has an outdoor seating area.

Its so hard to walk by this store without walking in!! The sweet aroma is always too good to resist. They have amazing ice cream, fudge, the most amazing caramel apples, chocolate covered popcorn, and so much more (seriously, their product selection is crazy! So much variety, & all their chocolate items come in milk, dark, & white). There is a little something for everyone with their no sugar added chocolates and their dairy free sorbettos. Their variety & inclusivity makes kilwins the most perfect date spot since I love their ice cream & caramel apples and my boyfriend has a dairy allergy, and he loves their koolers. They also have DAILY specials. While they are all great deals, my favorite days are Tuesdays (buy one caramel apple get a second one for a dollar) and waffle cone Wednesdays (buy one waffle cone get a second one for a dollar). The staff is friendly, helpful, and always have a smile on their face. I cant say enough great things about this place. I also recently found out they do catering! They have ice cream socials for business events or personal occasions as well as chocolate fountains. The best part is that they provide everything- cups,spoons, napkins, & your own server! I highly recommend stopping by Kilwins at the St Johns town center. They also do military discounts! Go see them, you wont be disappointed :)

Best caramel apples in town. This location staff is doing their part with how many are in the shop at a time, in the most positive way. I’ve visited early morning to late at night. Always enjoyable experience!!! Did I mention the best caramel apples??!!?? I usually get 2 so I can greedily eat one without sharing. Customer service is definitely something this location works to obtain regardless of current events.

I love coming into Kilwins! The staff, especially Blair, are always so friendly and helpful, and I love that they strongly enforce the mask policy! The store is always clean and tidy! My husband and I are super picky about chocolate, since we’re used to European chocolate, but we love the treats we get at Kilwins!

Quite disappointed to try and visit this location only to find that they are no longer even encouraging mask wearing and social distancing, nor following CDC recommendations. The owners of this franchise seem to be anti-maskers, at least when the general manager and I discussed this in detail. This is how you loose a customer of many decades.

Yesterday my husband and I went to this place as we usually do whenever were in Jacksonville, however yesterdays visit was quite disappointing. Not that the ice cream and desserts werent as delicious as normal because they were but because of the LACK OF SAFETY PRECAUTIONS. This tiny ice cream shop was packed to capacity, there wasnt anyone at the door monitoring how many customers entered at a time, no one was practicing social distancing (other than my husband and I), none of the staff wore gloves and some of the staff and customers didnt even have on mask. It was VERY DISAPPOINTING to see that this establishment didnt have better safety protocols in place for the care and safety of their customers and their employees.

When will you add more milk options? Is cow breast milk the best you can do?

Store is always clean and I love the variety of of treats that they have. My favorite ice cream is the Blueberry Waffle Cone and I pair it with the Raspberry Sorbetto. So refreshing. I love getting my caramel apples from here as well.

We were greated with a smile and samples of fudge, which were delicious. There were tons of chocolates and candied apples of all varieties. The New Orleans pecan praline ice cream was one of the best flavors Ive ever had. Will definitely be coming back to Kilwins.

Mnnn Kilwins is so good! I first went in St. Augustine and was so happy to find this place here in Jacksonville. They have white chocolate options too and tons of nicely decorated treats along with caramel apples. It’s hard to avoid this place with how good it smells even from outside you can smell the delicious treats in there! They’ve got caramel stuff too yum! One of the first places I’m hittin up if I win the lottery as it can get quite pricey! Other than that I only get a few items as it can add up really quick here. Great place to have in the town center. Their ice cream is incredible too! 😋
