This is probably one of the best places to buy cookware and other kitchen related items in the world! They sell high-end and very good quality products for a fairly reasonable price. They also have decent sales, so sometimes you can get a really good deal on stuff. I also love Williams-Sonoma for all their sauces. I buy their brazing sauce frequently to make braised pork. They also sell ample kitchen equipment. Overall, this is a very good place to buy stuff to spruce up your kitchen and dining room.
I love coming in and looking but each time we go for something specific they never have it in stock. As with most brick and mortar stores we get We can order that for you. I know how to order things, trust me. Again, love the store, staff is friendly, but I rarely walk out with merchandise, I end up ordering.
Nice store for sure with a great deal of spices and teas and other stuff you will like. The young lady helping me was a sweetheart and went above and beyond to help me look for a specific product. I had never heard of this place, I just walked past, it look inviting, so I came in and was impressed. Take a look yourself, I am sure you will find something to leave with, especially the spices! I did, lol...
This place sells top of the line products in a wide range of pricing. I thought everything was going to be very expensive, but it turns out that almost every category was affordable. I purchased a bunch of their pantry dishes that were ceramic and very well made for about $30 a 6 pack. They were right next to some very expensive (and beautiful) french porcelain that I could not afford at this time ($25-$30 a plate). The employee who assisted me said that she owned the pantry dishes for about 5 years and they still look like new. The coffee section is a little funny, though. Machines go from $2-3,000 and skip down to $100.Nothing in between? I also purchased the 4 square waffle maker that had a built in well (or mote) around it to catch any oozing of the batter if it was over filled. The associate said that Breville is the strongest brand in their line up and the interior is nonstick! Little to no cleaning. Im coming back for knives! They have a lot of well made German and Asian knives and werent afraid to educate me on how theyre made, use and care! Great experience so far! Only problem is with parking, but not their fault. ....oh and I sampled their dipping oils....YUM!
There is no worse feeling than when youre in a store and customer service is not their priority. Walked up to the register to purchase my things and directly in front of me appeared to be the cashier/employee. So said nothing to me initially when standing there waiting to pay for my things. Although there were three item boxes on the counter, I asked the employee (after waiting a hot minute) if this is where I should be checking out. She replied with yes, but Im the only employee up here at the moment. Basically she was implying she was busy. I stood there for another hot minute watching her press buttons and paying no attention to me whatsoever. She eventually called someone to come help up front -- clearly what she is doing is much more important than checking out a paying customer. At this time Im mind blown that serving me as a customer was not a priority. I waited another minute and said to the lady, just forget it, I dont have all this time to wait to check out my things. So I left the store without buying the nice things I had spent time picking out. This store clearly needs a course in Customer Service 101!!
I was in this store yesterday and it was a mad house. We had some difficulty getting some assistance and we were getting quite annoyed then appeared Michael. I know we drove him crazy with our needs but he handled us with patience and grace and helped us get exactly what we were looking for with a beautiful smile to boot. Williams-sonoma is lucky to have Michael in their employ.
As usual for Williams-Sonoma this is top-notch high-end kitchen equipment and accessories. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. While the prices may not be the best youll ever find, the quality of the merchandise and the quality of the help will more than make up for the difference you spend.
William- Sonoma Corporate better take a look at whats going on in this store. For such great products youd think they would have a better trained staff. These people not only ignore you, when you do force them to help they are abrupt and rude. Sorry 2 strikes and your out!!!!!
Beautiful, beautiful kitchen and dining accessories, serveware, etc. I could shop there for hours. The finest cookware and utensils. Everything you need an lovely holiday themed items. A wonderland for people who love to cook and entertain. Also, WS has registries for weddings, anniversaries, etc. My absolute FAVORITE store!
We encountered aggressive sales people, but that could be internal holiday sales goals, perhaps. This store was well-stocked and the demonstration kitchen was churning out samples of cakes and breads, so the whole store smelled great. Expensive because its Williams Sonoma.
Went in just browsing and saw a lot of really nice pots and pans and cutlery it was a chefs dream.lol i would definitely return to purchase something for someone who loves to cook..Oh and that day it was cold so they had free fresh hot chocolate and live displays.
Great service, can get busy at times. Helped me find a terrific cutting board. Master Chief style!
Popcorn collection that cost $30 was stale and impossible to eat. No returns allowed. Should have top notch product if no returns.
This location will be sharing their final days with us on March 24th. While this location is closing, it doesn’t mean Williams-Sonoma is out of business. They are currently looking for another retail space, as their lease has ended at the St. John’s Town Center. There are some hefty markdowns in the store now and from now until March 24th is the perfect opportunity to snag the things you’ve been eyeing.Stock is limited, so what you see on the floor is basically it.
Wow. Now we know what incredibly overpriced looks like. Maybe thats why they are going out of business.
Rest assured that if I could give this store a -1,000 I would. This is the worst store at the entire town center, mainly for the staff that works there. I came in to start my wedding registry and I was so excited to start the process. I wasnt spoken to by anyone that worked there, so I had to go track someone down since they dont have hardly anybody that works there. I found a woman named Sara who told me she was a manager, so I thought this process would be easy with someone experienced. WRONG. SO UNBELIEVABLY WRONG! Not only was Sara incredibly rude, condescending and an overall b****, she told me that were not too experienced in wedding registries and that Id have a much better experience going to register at Pottery Barn and Amazon instead. HUH?! WHY ARE YOU TELLING ME THIS?! So I ignored her, just took the scanner and went on my merry way to begin my registry. I had some questions about electrics so I found some other rude girl named Amy, who proceeded to tell me that I could go to the website or to Amazon and complete my registry because she didnt know the product here. I asked her how could she not know about any of the items I asked her about? Come to find out, she is the GENERAL MANAGER of the entire store!!! I mean, Im completely taken back. When I asked her for additional information on a Vitamix, not only did she roll her eyes at me, she tossed a catalog for Williams Sonoma HOME in a shopping bag and said Here. This can help more than we can. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! HOW IS A CATALOG ON DINING TABLES GOING TO HELP ME?! I sincerely hope the corporate office reads these reviews because this is by far the absolute worst shopping experience I have ever had. Not only will I not have my registry at Williams Sonoma, but I will be boycotting this store all together!!!! SHAME ON WHOEVER HIRED THESE TWO WOMEN!!!!!!!!!
We went here and had some of their Meijer Lemon drink that they had available for tasting today.... delicious!!!!! Theyre having a 1pm class on how to grind meat for your own burgers... never been here but we will be back!
Wonderful staff always willing to help you find the right item for your kitchen and dining needs.
The place to go for unusual kitchen items. They have the best of the best.
Barbara the saleswoman was very professional accurate extremely helpful and helping us find exactly what we needed
Knowledgeable staff assisted me evaluating my options and choosing kitchen tools for my needs.
I had been buying products from this store for many years, at least 3 or 4 times a year. In general, the prices are higher than online alternatives, but I do not care about the price differences since I can walk in and see what I get. However, the behavior of staff at this very store is so offensive. I am not sure why the staff at the store have such attitude towards their customers.Once, a few month ago, one of the staff made fun of what I asked about a piece of porcelain I was going to buy as a gift, but I smiled and let it go, I visited again a few days ago and this time a young lady with dyed blue hair and pierced nose insulted me because of what I asked about a product, why would you treat your customers like this? I am never going to go back there again, I just do not wanna be treated like that, this is quite disappointing.Let me tell you this, you will lose the chunk of the market you have got left, day by day you are getting more online competitors and the only way you could survive would be to get better in how you treat the customers and train your staff to not directly insult and humiliate your customers, take action so as to be free of those staff who are damaging your business by acting as such. You just lost one customer, if that counts...
Cool stuff to buy, but the store is very small and checking out takes a lifetime.
This was my second and very last experience in this store. I went into the store to buy a milk frother for my Nespresso machine that I got for Christmas. It wasnt busy at all because it was the middle of a weekday so I thought I would get undivided attention. I had two women working with me, Amy and Sara, both claimed that they were managers of the store and they were new. As I stated, I needed help buying a milk frother. Both Amy and Sara made it completely obvious that they had no idea what they were talking about. They couldnt find prices, item numbers, and pretty much just told me whatever they needed to in order to make a sale. This is very unlike the previous experiences Ive had at other Williams Sonoma stores. They came off incredibly desperate to make a sale. But I couldnt go back home without buying a milk frother or my wife would have been upset, so I bit the bullet and bought the one they tried to sell me. It only gets worse from here. I took the milk frother home and it doesnt even work. Sara in the store told me to just plug in the frother and push the button. Nice going, Sara. THERE WAS NO BUTTON!! After I calmed down for a couple of days, I went back into the store to find a girl named Kelly at the register with a big smile and a friendly attitude. She asked me about my milk frother and why I was returning it. After I told her the whole story, she seemed pretty embarrassed by the prior experience I had experienced. I simply wanted to return my milk frother. Kelly took things a step further and offered to take a look in the back for a different milk frother, but turns out they didnt have one. She then offered to order me one online but I have heard nightmares about the shipping from Williams Sonoma, so I passed. Kelly then apologized again for my experience with Amy and Sara. She introduced herself professionally and also introduced me to another manager named Cindy, also very friendly. If it wasnt for Kelly and Cindy adding some light to the situation, I would have written a huge email to the corporate office about how dumb they are for having two managers working for their store that acted in such an awful way as Sara and Amy did. I understand youre new to the store and perhaps still learning, but I have never experienced such rudeness and horrible attitude as I did from Amy and Sara. My only hope is that no one else ever has these awful experiences like I did, especially with two older women who claim to be managers of this store.
Favorite cookwares stores. Beautiful eye candy.
They have great items but they did not have what I was looking for
Wow! am looking for a cooking class in my area, these are awful reviews. Did anybody report this type of conduct to the Corporate office or district manager? I hope conduct of employee/manager get better, I would like to stop in.
Terrific products for Kitchen and Home. Staff is good. Prices are a little bit high, but they have excellent products.
Was nervous because of previous posts but the service was great. I was listened to and my problem was addressed very professionally and empathetically. I will return soon!
Lots of items to choose from. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
My husband and I stopped in to purchase a new coffee maker..finally when someone did speak with us they were extremely rude and argumentative. Ive been shopping with Williams-Sonoma for years (other locales) and was very taken back...we finally had to ask for a different associates help....then that sales associate didnt know anything about the coffee maker we were going to purchase. If youre a sales associate and you are going to act pretentious and put out by your customers, (who are the reason youre employed), at least know a little bit about your product. Heres a word of caution, dont bother with this location. ORDER ONLINE!! Shame on you Williams-Sonoma for not training your employees, and holding them accountable, to treat their customers with respect!
We went in to buy a kitchen aid, a new kitchen setting. We evidently didnt look like we had the thousand dollars to spend there and we were not helped once. Even had a sales lady look at us and it looked like she purposely avoided us to help someone else.
Higher end merchandise, best selection of kitchenware, sales team very helpful & friendly.
Very cool places, great star, prices are pretty high
Staff is useless... Third visit to this store only to be ignored. Went in to purchase $500 knife set and no one would acknowledge our existence. I do apologize for not being in my 50s or higher because this seems to be the only customers this location is willing to assist. I do not mind in the slightest to wait a few days for my purchase to be delivered from Amazon. Thanks for profiling
Love it here so many items to pick from
On multiple visits I have been either ignored or treated dismissively by the staff. It is always a negative experience going there
Poor management. Poor customer service due to asinine unqualified people in managerial positions not motivating their employees.
Best place for kitchen purchases.
Not inexpensive but some of the latest cookware and kitchen accessories. Helpful staff.
Amazing high end kitchen store and more
They always have what you need
Love the atmosphere, workers and food.
Friendly, stress-free shopping, no one following you around the store pretending to want to offer you help.
Overcrowded with merchandise and over priced.
Love this store!
Great products & service
I want it all.
Very much
Quality kitchenware at a cost.
