Latron customer service was superb. He was extremely patient with me and he wanted to make sure that Ill be 100% satisfied with my purchase. He had a lot of product knowledge which was beneficial for me because it made my phone purchase much easier

Absolutely fantastic and flawless service, Id give them a 10 star if I could. I had lost all hope, thinking I was sold a bum Samsung galaxy S21 from an ordinary electronic retail spot, but that all changed due to the fantastic team working at this specific store. They didnt stop at anything, refused to give up until I was walking out of the store with a working phone. Not only did they fix the S21, but they presented great deals on products and thought of me, the customer, first the entire time. It goes without saying that this will be my first (and as long as Im in Florida the only) Verizon store I will go to...yall rock!

The representative was pleasant and easy to work with, but that doesnt negate the fact that I was not made aware of around $400 in incentives for which I was eligible in my upgrade.As a 20 year Verizon customer, Id certainly expected better service. Then again this is an authorized retailer and NOT actually Verizon (which I was also not made aware). Pretty frustrating and its still currently unresolved...

I typically don’t leave negative reviews since I work in customer service myself but when I came in to get help Daniel was the most unprofessional “manager” I have ever seen. I am on my dads company plan and we just spent a lot of money transferring to Verizon and got brand new phones from a different location and I tried to get help switching from my old phone to my new phone I just purchased and Daniel refused to help and had a I don’t wanna be here attitude. Not sure if he was having a rough day but he threw a hissy fit and said he wasn’t dealing with this and walked to the back. Worst customer service I have ever had! If I could leave negative stars I would. Definitely would re think management.

Has anyone ever had an experience of having their phone not work at a crucial time? We all know how scary it is when they don’t work now a days but no worries when you come to this store. The manager Dan and his wonderful staff were able to take care of my problems and get me situated. I left that location a happy and proud customer of Verizon. These guys are the best!!

I had a really awesome experience with the team at Verizon. Specifically Latron and David the store manager. I was opening a new business account for the first time and they helped me get a new Iphone12 delivered early and walked me through the whole set up process. Latron was super easy to work with and a cool dude. David helped finish the set up of my new phone/account and even stayed after hours to do so. I don’t normally like working with salesmen or write reviews but I had to shout them out as well as mike the business manager for the great customer service and helping me out. You guys are great!

Ran to Verizon to pick up a new Apple Watch, was in a rush, but I went into the store and was taken care of professionally and quick. From the time I went into the store, until the time I left with my watch it took 15 minutes maximum. LaTron was the employer that helped me, and he was great. When you go in, definitely ask for him.

There is truly not enough words I can say to hit home how amazing this location is. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and resourceful.They have helped me get a phone that is not carried in stores in the color I wanted and went out of their way to make sure that I was set, keeping them past their closing time. Not a lot of businesses, or their staff, would do that.Theyre very friendly to their military customers as many people from my job go to this location as well.Ive been to other stores in Jax but never felt as welcomed or helped in such depth as I have been at this location.

Very clean & friendly location. Location followed all protocol for COVID-19 everyone wore a mask & kept their distance. The employee Latron that helped me made sure he made me feel comfortable, as well as getting my needs handled in a quick manner. I was in & out the store with my new phone in no time. If your on the southside of Jacksonville I highly recommend this location. Hats off to Latron for a excellent job during this pandemic.

Latron was very helpful patient and understanding. Very resilient Ran into a few problems but was able to work through them in a timely manner.

Upgraded a few older phones and was helped by Dan. As knowledgeable as anyone Ive purchased a phone from and very personable. Made the process of upgrading/backing up/setting up new phone as seamless as could be. Would highly recommend going to Dan if you have questions or are looking for advice on a new phone.

Save yourself the trouble and go to a Verizon corporate store. They are more limited in their capabilities and charge more fees. Why go to an authorized dealer when there’s another choice? Definitely the last time for me.

Broke my cell and needed a phone AND QUICK. Dan made my experience seamless and facilitated the quickest, easiest change over of a phone I’ve ever had. I was so grateful and will recommend anyone in the area or there on vacation (like I was) to stop in have all their tech needs taken care of by this diligent staff.
