I have never written a bad review on a business but today I must. Got my screen replaced several months ago. It was not sealed correctly. Light could be seen around the edges of the top and bottom. Took it to my carrier and they asked how much did I pay for the repair. I said I paid $125.00. He looked at me and said you paid too much. It should have only costed $50.00. Wow! What a ripoff. Phone screen broke again took it back same repair guy. He looked at his work and upon my complaint that it was not sealed correctly, He made excuses. I was on a time crunch and just paid for it again. Not one apology for poor service. My mistake, I go back a third time hoping for a better outcome got a screen put on that did work less than 24 hours. I waited until I could react without getting upset and handle my strength of respect as I the defeat again and paid $100.00 on Tuesday, 2 days later for another screen. My mistake for thinking that 10,000 Cellphone on Dunn Avenue would service the community with consideration of their own error. They warranty the work only if there is no damage to the screen. Check your screens before you leave. All I could say was the screen didnt last 24 hours. I cut it off to charge it and the screen never turned back on. Its ringing but I cant answer it. Oh yeah, the other question did you purchase a screen protector? All that being said, there is also a great great possibility that there is an eer of discrimination accompanying the service at this place. Another dissatisfied customer left the store just before me with an excuse from the attendant. You do the math, Ill just always buy a new phone henceforth a-f-m. I walked in with a mix feeling but the moment I was attended to by this young college lady, my mix feeling disappeared. The quality of work is superb. Not all the locations were staffed like Dunn Av location. Shalom!

I took my Ipad there with numerous cracks in the screen. If If I went through Insurance it was 200. I paid half of that and my Ipad looks brand new again. Wonderful experience and great prices.

I’m planning of throwing my phone as it overheats for days now. Then a friend of mine told me that it can still be fixed and he recommended me your store. I decided to drop by to get my phone checked then Gerald gave me an irresistible offer. He fixed my phone for a very low price. Gerald just replaced a few parts inside my phone then after that it’s working smoothly again. Can’t believe it can still be fixed for a very low price!

The customer service is really kind here but they destroyed my phone to the point it was more worth it to buy a new phone. i took my iphone 6s here a year ago for a screen replacement and the home button was loose and the screen was incredibly saturated(i am an artist and i use my phone for what i do, so it matters to me). to which they told me oh nothing is wrong. i got a battery replacement from apple which the battery expanded, so i tried 10000 phones and their battery and phone was burning hot even when it wasnt charging. id get the message that it was too hot and i couldnt use the phone. the battery burnt through the screen. i told 10000 phones and they told me dont leave my phone charging on the charger, which is something you should be able to do .......

Lack of communication and customer service. As a business that serves people your number one goal is to make sure you customer is satisfied, very disrespectful and never have they mentioned or informed my sister about the extra fees and duties she would be charged for but as soon as she appears, “oh yea your home button isn’t working” and she called 4 hours ahead of time 4 times and never was it mentioned. Just horrible service, if there was half a star I would rate them that.

Walked in to take my sons phone for a replacement of the face due to the bad LCD. I told the awesome woman working that I would be back to pick it up, but a tech called me within 15-20 minutes to let me know it was ready. She educated my son on his phone and I am returning again tomorrow for my daughters phone to be repaired. They are fast, very friendly, knowledgeable, and the cheapest around town (I called every phone repair). Dont waste time or money going elsewhere!!

I came to this location a few months back with an iPhone 6. I was charged 70$ plus taxes to repair my iPhone 6. I was explained to twice between dropping off and picking up that the 70$ includes free screen repairs as long as the phone doesn’t have water damage. I upgraded and got an iPhone8 after my one year old son drop my iphone6. Which is dear to me because my mom died and it has all our last memories.I called to schedule and use my phone screen repair. Just to be told. Oh we found your account the person you spoke with lied to you the screen can’t be broken and she doesn’t work here anymore. And sol aka so out of luck. I’m extremely upset and annoyed to be treated like this. I’ll never do business here AGAIN

I called around to other places they were higher and price and also long in wait time but 1000 cellphone got me out of here in 15 mins tops and a way greater price. Alright so if youre looking for a cell phone repair shop, I wouldnt recommend this place especially if youre trying to get your cracked screen fixed. They will repair your screen, but with inferior, thinner glass. They are fine with charging you high prices to fix it, but will not fix the phone again if the screen breaks, which it will. Waste of money. Go through your manufacturer or buy a warranty off amazon you will be in much better hands and that is a guarantee.

Oh. My. God. I dont think Ive ever recieved better customer service before. I had cracked the screen on my galaxy j7 prime and I was looking for a new phone anyways, and my friend recommended this place to me. Sherilyn was EXTREMELY helpful and informative, she answered all my questions, I ended up buying a refurbished galaxy S7 and she made sure I knew there was a 6 month warranty. After a week of having it I realized it was a dud, wouldnt hold a charge, super slow and glitchy, the charging port couldnt keep a cord in, I was barely able to use it. I called, Sherilyn told me to come in and they would exchange it for a different one, AND that they would help me use smartswitch to move all of my info over sin e they had to take the defective phone back. I forget the mans name, George maybe, helped me when I got there to exchange the phone, and he ended up staying AN HOUR after they closed the night before he was leaving for vacation, because metro was having issues registering my new imei. A week into having THAT S7 I was having similar problems, not as bad and I was considering just keeping it, but Sherilyn CALLED ME to check and see how the new one was doing. I told her about the problems, she said they can do another exchange, or if Im willing to pay the difference they have an S8 in stock I could get. I came in, got the S8, AGAIN they sat with me and did my smart switch for me, helped me register the new imei with metro, gave me discount on a high quality screen protector for my troubles, Ive had the new S8 one for over a week now with no issues whatsoever and I love it! The phone runs smoothly, no unwanted glitches or slow speed, Ive never had a phone this nice and Im in love with it. I will probably buy all future phones from this location even though it is super far from where I live, because the customer service was so great and they did not stop helping me until I was completely satisfied. I highly reccomend this place, for the great phones and the amazing employees.

My finance went in thinking his charging port was broke & it would of cost him $50 plus tax and all she did was clean it for him & didnt charge him anything . Great customer service & very polite & truthful & took no time . I highly recommend this place to anyone .

I wish I could make this a negative star. I took my cracked phone their paid the $53 deposit. They ordered the wrong glass. Then said they could overnight the glass but that didnt happen. Next two days the glass came in but they dont know how to repair it. She said the manager will be in Saturday he can do it. However he didnt work Saturday. So they said I would get a discount that didnt happen either. I paid $45 to get the phone back. So where I the discount after a week and a half. No one called when the phone was ready.

Didnt think they could do it but did. I got back all of my pictures and contacts from my broken android phone. You guys are the best!!!
