Andy was GREAT! Wonderful customer service! Super sweet and my drink was good, made fast and everything! Give him a raise

I visited here a couple of Weeks ago.I got a Large Ice Cream . The Person Working there Spoke Clearly, & in a Friendly Way. The Person Completely Understood how I wanted My Large Ice Cream in the Cup.Now I just Visited them Again with a Different Person Working there.They Conversed with Me in a Clear, Friendly Way as well. I Ordered a Large Shake. They did it Great Job!I selected 5 Stars. I am Selecting 5 Stars for Both Visits.I Definitely will be Getting Ice Cream, or a Shake from them again Soon!

Best experience I have ever had. There was a young man by the name of Andy that helped me out and absolutely made my day. I ordered the milk and cookies, first of all, blew my balls off! Second, it was so good I actually ordered 6 more for the rest of my family. Andy told me that its been a fan favorite lately and I understand why. As I was leaving Andy told to have a great rest of my day and held the door for me. He even noticed a little bit of ice cream left on my lip and wiped it off for me! I dont get that kind of treatment anywhere else so I will definitely be returning for more ;-)

Phenomenal ice cream and overall a great experience. The ice cream was so good in fact, that I went on a date with my server. Andy if you’re out there, please call me... I’m pregnant.

Gave birth to my firstborn outside of this fine establishment. Our server Andy single handedly delivered the baby. We named the little mistake after him and made Andy it’s godfather. Can’t wait to go back for its birthday!

Went here before going to a job interview. Found a stray dog looking very hungry and said screw the job. Gave the dog my ice-cream and made sure he was ok. Next day I got a call from the job asking me to come in. Of course I complied. When I was waiting to be interviewed, the dog came in and sat down. He was the ceo of the company. Thank you Ben and Jerry’s for the magical experience that’s changed my life!

Good ice cream, kids enjoy it. Usually, come in when Im doing some mall shopping. I personally wish it was in a stand-alone establishment instead of being in the middle of the mall.

I like Ben and Jerrys. Ive even been to the factory in Vermont. They have unique combinations of flavors, all high quality with different types of cones. Biggest issue is you are going to pay for that quality.

Cant go wrong with the addicted to chocolate shake, my personal favorite. The ice cream is great too

Mint cookie shake was outstanding today. The lady at the counter was very nice and had great costumer service skills.

Good ice cream concoctions, if a tad expensive. Service is acceptable, server is helpful and recognizes repeat customers such as myself well.
