Great selection, clean, well lit and organized. The best produce and meat selection. Much better meat selection then anywhere else. The checkout is quick. Parking lot is clean, but public’s is a bit expensive

Publix is well stocked here, and employees are friendly enough. However staffing needs to be added. Has not been addressed in over a year. If you are at the deli, sub station, or meat cutting station, and you are not the first person, be prepared to wait a minimum of 20-30 minutes for any help.

Rave about the deli: This store is a fine representative of the Publix chain. The associates are friendly and helpful, the store is clean and well stocked, and the deli is super! I went in and got some curry flavored chicken sliced as well as 2 different kinds of sub sandwiches- a hot roast beef &Swiss and an Italian sub they had on sale. Both were built to order and delicious. To quote the terminator, Ill be back!

On my way back from work, so very convenient. Much nicer store and employees than the one more local to my home. Well stocked, lain out, and everything and more than I could ask. My preferred Publix store.

Ive always had good experiences at this Publix. Always nice and clean friendly customer service. Never found out-of-date food being sold here.

I havent been to a Publix I didnt like, but you have to watch the baggers. I think they need more training on how to pack the groceries in a paper bag or plastic. I always organize my stuff so it will be easy, but some people just dont get it.

Publix offers dependable quality, a large variety and selection of food products, cleanliness and organization are mainstays. The staff all seem to be well oriented in presenting with a neat-clean uniform as well as providing genuine helpful service to all shoppers. Publix goes the extra mile in offering work opportunities to all people! Young, old, handicapped, I see people of different nationalities, skin of every color and abilities.The amazing thing is that the employees each and everyone all seem to be on the same page when it comes the customer service.It is hard to find such a large group of seemingly happy, smiling, loyal employees.Sure you will pay a bit more at Publix, but you get it back in quality customer sevice and quality products.You get consistency in the products you buy. Like A+ produce, A+meats, A+ frozen goods, organic and gluten free options. The delis are above all; the fresh ready to eat food selection is enormous! Try a fresh made sub and you will be back again and again. The bakeries are top notch. Yumm... the best marble cake in town!On top of all that... they offer you a full service pharmacy that crosses all divides of ability to pay and will go the extra mile to help those in their communities.If you have a Publix in your neighborhood you are blessed by everything living in the United States has to offer.

Publix is the BEST grocery store in the city, but some of them are kind of lacking and I guess THATS due to POOR MGMT! Everything is so clean and fresh, and the store is always in a neatly kept manner, along with the presentation of the fruit, vegetables, and the meats. They also have beautiful plants at very affordable prices which is why I LOVE shopping at Publix! 👩🏽‍🎨👍🏽❣

You will pay a bit more here than some other stores but what you are paying for is employees that know enough to help you speed up your shopping an environment that makes you feel comfortable better cuts of meat and hard to find spices to round out special recipes.

I received my covid19 shot today at the cobblestone location. Scheduling was easy and was free. The only hard part was having to wait there for the 15 minutes. I wouldve rather been able to use that time to do my grocery shopping. Publix where shopping is a pleasure.

What kind of sick person puts cucumber on a philly cheese steak? The kind that work at publix. I feel like they did this intentionally because it was on one half only.My other issue was the coffee creamer I bought was RANCID. The expiration date isnt for a few weeks so this is probably just another case of them mishandling dairy. DisgusTING.

Publix has been doing a pretty good job of bringing their properties into a standard format. This store is either all the way there or only a quarter of the way there. Hard to say. A few aisles seemed on board with the new format and others not so much. I visited during evening rush so that didnt really help. Ill be back. I look forward to seeing what this unit grows into.

Went to this Publix this morning I noticed many of the staff not wearing mask properly and allowing unmask customer plot the store particularly and around the Fried Chicken area. I noticed unmask customers sorting through the chicken wearing no mask at all. So I decided against buying chicken and I proceeded to the sushi section and when I asked the attendant to make some trays of nigiri which is basically fish and rice he told me that he could not make that. If I could rate the service of the store less than one I would. Service at the Publix near the beaches its much better.

Always very friendly and very professional. I really take advantage of my time to relax getting a pedicure - my favorite day of the month!

Overall experience is good here. Great selection and customer service, except for the deli where customer service, selection and quality is not impressive since the store remodel. Drastic Noticeable change that I noticed as a customer who was always at that deli, night and day. I use the Pharmacy and it’s pretty good, but also night and day difference from just a couple years ago. I miss the old techs there who were amazingly friendly and knew urgency when it came to it. I never had to beg. Other than that the store is 5star.

So lets talk about the deli...#1 complaint: Always understaffed.This of course leads to longer waits for customers, late pick-up orders, etc.Customers get understandably upset.Meanwhile the overworked deli staff has to deal with these upset customers everyday and they cant do a single thing to fix the problem.If a customer has a bad experience, the employee that has to serve them has a bad experience to. Over, and over, and over again, EVERYDAY!And just judging by the other reviews here this problem has been going on for some time. At what point is the management responsible?Complaint #?: Mistakes happen when ordering online. Deal with it. They especially happen when deli workers are already rushing because they have to do twice the work to make up for the lack of staff. It may not be rocket science but you cant expect perfection or even premier customer service under those circumstance.But hey, maybe management or corporate will read these reviews and do something about. Or maybe they wont! Theyve been content to ignore it for this long, but you know heres 1 Star in the name of hope!

Normally my visit is on point, but today not so much. I couldnt find the Kool-Aid and the young man was looking for old Bay seasoning. Neither one of us could find the items. they were out of my favorite peanut butter cookies which theyre never out of so I was a little bit disappointed on my visit today

Need new deli staff, bad. Should exercise making sure customers get their food and orders in a timely fashion. Shouldnt have folks that cant make subs right the first or second time around. Gotta be on a third already...currently. It takes wayyy to long to get people their food at this location. Its sandwich making...not rocket science. I worked for a subway and got a whole lines worth of people cleared in the hours it takes for yall to get one or even two subs made. Lol. Not commending all subways for it, only speaking on behalf of the location is worked for. Will be definitely checking out which publixs stand out above yall. Cause yall aint/havent been cutting it.

You need to teach the deli staff to be as friendly as the cashiers. You say hello, they say nothing. You say thank you, they either ask the person behind you what they need or just walk away. They act completely miserable all the time. Horrible service.

No matter which department youre seen in, always great service. Its something to be said that a kind word and a smile go a long way, even when theyre expressed from behind a mask. Especially during these stressful times. This store has not failed to offer both. Thank you to all that work here.
