I had an excellent experience with first the sales representative, Russell, who REALLY knew his product. He explained the whole switch-over process from our prior alarm company. He made good suggestions to enhance our system to a more up-to-date wireless alarm. He saved us money where he could and I appreciated that. The day of the install I had an afternoon appointment so he sent his best technician, Landon, to do the work. He was very knowledgeable as well and got done in a few hours. What I really liked is that they removed all the old alarm components from our two prior alarm companies which is something that wasnt done before. There were no surprises and I highly recommend Scott Alarm.
My experience was with Sarah J. Roberts and I would rate her performance with 10 stars if I could. My performance standards are high in that if I have an issue and you only fix part of the problem, then in my world you did not care enough to listen or I was not important enough to you to fix the issue. I encounter poor customer service more and more frequently the older I get. Ms. Roberts is a head and shoulders performer. I mean that I had a three part invoicing issue complaint that had not been appropriately fixed from May 2018. Ms. Roberts contacted me via phone to let me know she had received my email and would be working with me to resolve the issues. And she did. Not half way, but completely. She was gracious, professional and personable. She is an Eagle in my book. Based upon my personal experience, if the leadership at CPSS are not considering Ms. Roberts for positions of increased responsibility / promotional opportunities, another entity certainly will!
The alarm system was free and no installation charges just had to pay my first payment on a 36 months contract.
