My maintenance advisor was great but I hate their facility. Its not comfortable and they never have coffee. They should have a better waiting area for their customers. I hate having to wait on my vehicle and I plan to take my business someone where else.

Not sure what happened to my last review, but I saw it was not posted....In any case, Andrew Giacoma was great. He helped me upgrade from my Accent (which I also purchased from Key) to my Sonata Sport which I absolutely love.To be honest, I wasnt sure that it would work out, but Andrew made it happen for me. I walked in on a Thursday evening after work, and walked out with a fair deal on a fantastic car. No pressure. No sales tactics. Just good, honest customer service.Its been two weeks now and not a second of buyers remorse :-)Very, very satisfied customer. Great overall experience. I will definitely be back again and again, and refer all of my friends and family to Andrew.

We were scheduled to take the car to Key Hyundai for an oil change and our service rep named Kaream greeted us and they took the car to have the oil changed in the back and another issue to be checked and in the meantime we waited in the customer lounge and there was coffee and tea and a vending machine with drinks and snacks available. They are good to update us on how the service is going and then our service was completed and then we were able to leave. The area was very clean and the staff was in the area to clean and make sure the rest rooms are clean as well. Both of us have purchased cars from Key Hyundai before and thats why we have the car serviced there.
This was such a pleasant experience to buy my vehicle from Key Hyundai! Joshua did such an amazing job explaining everything for us and made sure we didnt leave without a full understanding of all the features to our brand new 2021 Palisade!!! He even put a bow and bought flowers for my wife and played along with surprising her. I will definitely reccomend anyone to this place. We are so happy!
It is the dealer experience. They are super well-versed in the respective car makes but the prices are high. Quality work, but not the most customer friendly. Also expect to leave your car, even if you have an appointment. They do not work on cars by appointment or first come first serve. I honestly do not know the criteria for determining when a vehicle is worked on.

I was in search for a vehicle to surprise my wife on her 50th birthday. I had purchased 4 cars from Key GMC/Hyundai in the past. Naturally I went back there to look for the right vehicle for her. As I arrived and exited my vehicle, I was greeted by Salesman, Scottie Dean. I told him what I was looking for, ( pre - owned vehicle that was low mileage). Scottie immediately took me to the used car area and I found the perfect vehicle that I was looking for. I went to my credit union with the purchase order and returned the next day with a check. Scottie had the paperwork ready and it only took about 45 minutes and the vehicle was mine.Scottie went the extra mile to assist me in hiding the car at the dealership until my wifeβs birthday celebration so the cat didnβt get out of the bag.If you are searching for a new or used vehicle, I recommend Scottie. He gives you your space and is not an overbearing salesman.

Key Auto service department is great. Pat the service manager always goes out of his way to make sure customers are completely satisfied.Pat hasnt been the service manager now for nearly two years. Tony the current service manager is great. Pat is back working in the shop as a technician so if your car needs service work ask for him to be your technician. He has years of experience as prior to his many years in management he started there as a technician over 40 years ago. He will fix you vehicle right the first time.
Got new brakes on my full sized van. They did a good job and were very helpful in telling me about my vans condition. The prices were too high! I dont think Ill get brakes done there again. The waiting room was fully stocked with drinks but the seating was very uncomfortable.

Both Don Shiver the salesman who Sold my son a SUV and the business manager, Mike Deutsch, who handled the paperwork with buying process were outstanding. This company ought to wrap and sell their technically and personally perfect abilities to meet the needs and demands of their customers. They were beyond and above any other dealership Ive visited in this area. I was interested in a good used car, and I bought an excellent used car...One that came with the kind, understanding, helpful and surprisingly pleasant non-forceful sales technique that made me a very happy customer. The young, well trained salesman was more interested in what I was able to buy than what he had to sell. Ill be back!

The sales associate I worked with was wonderful, I really wanted to give him the sale because of his professionalism and patience as we looked at several options. However, it should be noted that nobody beats our deals is not any sort of guarantee. I was ready to immediately purchase a beautiful vehicle there, but the price was higher than some of the comparable vehicles in the area, which we showed the associate for reference. Unfortunately they were not willing to match and I had to walk away buy elsewhere, which is a shame because I see 90 days later the same car remains in their inventory. All this to say, if you see a car you really like in their inventory, and it is already a price youre willing to pay you should absolutely go, the sales associates are so friendly, but do not expect for them to make a fair deal into a great one.
The Hyundai service department is spot on. Last few times bringing our cars here for service have been very good experiences with Kyle and Kareem providing top notch customer service. Its refreshing to have a positive interaction with a service department. Great job!

I have mixed feelings about the service. The service representative, Dennis was very helpful and professional. Below is the outline of the events.1. I had the vehicle towed to the dealership because it would not start - I thought it needed an alternator, but it turned out to be it needed a starter.2. I was notified that the check engine light came on showing P0333 code (Bad Knock sensor) after the starter was replaced (an additional cost). Given the knock sensor is so close to the starter some damage to it could have occurred during the installation, or it just needed to be replaced - so it was. Additional cost.3. When I picked it up the check engine light was still on so I left it to be determined why.4. I was notified that another problem was found - the ECM computer module needed to be replaced for and additional approx $757.00. I advised the service rep I didnt want the additional performed and I would just pick-up my car.The check engine was not on when I left the dealership. Maybe it reset itself...I dont know - time will tell. I was disappointed with that aspect of the service because my check engine light was not coming on before the service was performed (Starter and knock sensor was replaced) and then the ECM Module had gone bad and was not picked up during the initial diagnosis. I paid for a wheel cover three weeks ago at the GMC parts counter. I was told it would arrive in about three days and they would call me. I gave it a week then I called the parts department and was told that they were sent the wrong part. I suppose letting me know was not an option. Then I was told that he was sending it back and he would call me when it came in. That was two weeks ago. Three weeks since I paid for the wheel cover. Seriously, I havent called back because its not a huge deal, obviously, or Id have what I paid for, but I have to wonder if their parts department doesnt care about quality service regarding a $95 item, does their level of giving a hoot amplify by the dollars that I spend? Or is this just how the whole operation runs no matter what Im buying?

We own 4 hyndais in our family, these people made shopping so easy ( bought 4 hyundais from different locations in jacksonville/st augustine.)out of all of them this is my favoraite location. It is a little crowded and the lot is super small but the people are friendly. Two of my sonatas needed the trunk latch rubber fixed. My elentra needed a new battery and it was all done in a timely manner. My sonata then needed a new light system that was replaced in a day. The service center is always packed so make sure to get dropped off or get there courtesy shuttle to get you home and you can go back later for pick up. Juat over all a great company.

Max Reavis recently sold me a GMC Yukon Denali and I have to say it was the most pleasant experience I have EVER had buying a car! I have bought a lot of cars in town over the years from Audi, Land Rover and Mercedes and while I thought those experiences were good they pale in comparison to working with Max and Key GMC. Abundant inventory, beautiful dealership and a no pressure no BS sales approach that made me feel good about spending money there. Every person I dealt with from the top down was amazing. Please Read before you purchase a car.My mother purchased a 2014 Verano, and now itβs just a little over a year later and the reliability of the car has been a nightmare. This Verano has broken down on her 4 separate times. Each time, the mechanics tell us that they canβt find anything wrong with the car. During the last repair, they kept the car for a week, trying to determine what may be causing it not to start. If my mother does not drive the car for a couple of days, it will not start.
Called for service they put me on hold then when i did get someone they they said they would send a tow truck to come pick up after 4 hours still havent heard from anyone no tow truck or anything called back to see what was going on and they kept putting me on hold iam on co2 and in bad health i dont need to be getting upset all i wanted is to get my car fixed i done a lot of bensness with this lot over the years but iam going to take my bensness somewhere else
