You will not regret purchasing your wedding dress from this family-owned business. I went dress shopping in May during the pandemic, and their safety precautions were amazing. We had the whole store to ourselves and were not rushed like at the other bridal shops. On top of that, I found a beautiful gown off the rack, and Madeline is such a great consultant that it was difficult to choose a gown. Madelines mother does the alterations, which were affordable, and the final product was fabulous. Thank you for helping me say yes to the dress!

I was struggling to find the perfect dress before entering Bridal and More. Mariam welcomed me to her store, squeezing me in an appointment during the hype of the pandemic no less. She is very sweet and kind, the service is top notch. She recommended styles based on my inspiration pic and body type and they all looked incredible! There was no need to look further once we entered her store!

When searching for a wedding dress I did what a lot of brides do and went to Davids bridal first. HUGE mistake they rushed me and didnt even let me go through the racks to pick dresses so I left there.Thats when I found Bridals & More and the atmosphere going in for my appointment was phenomenal! I was asked what I want and was able to look through all the racks and try on as many dresses as I needed to. I think I tried on 5 the first time I went and another 6 or 7 the 2nd time I went. It wasnt that I didnt like any of the ones Id been trying on it was that I liked too many of the dresses! I finally decided on my dream dress and wearing it to my wedding I kept getting compliments and people asking where I got it.If you are unsure of where to look for a dress skip Davids Bridal and start with Bridals & More I promise you wont be disappointed there is literally a dress for anyone!

Can not recommend this place enough! Not only did I have the salon to myself and my party, I found my perfect dress within 1.5 hours! The owner even gave me an extra $100 off to help fit it in my budget! Then about a month later I got the cutest card in the mail with a fun surprise. The customer service and quality was exceptional as long with the price point of all the dresses! What a hidden gem in the regency area!

I had the absolute best experience with Bridals and More. I bought my dress for my February 2019 wedding in May 2018. I had 3 appointments prior to buying to look through their selection and honestly, it was tough to pick just one dress. The staff provided us their undivided attention and picked dresses for me to try on based off pictures I showed them. Each dress felt and looked such high quality, I got nervous about the price, but almost every dress was affordable. I ended up picking a dress that was in a color I didnt want, but the staff went above and beyond and ordered the dress in the color I wanted and it turned out beautiful. I received more compliments on my dress than anything else from the wedding, and I didnt break the bank to have it! Alterations were completed there and everyone was so kind and friendly. If you are looking for an affordable but stunning and quality dress, I highly recommend going here to find it :)

Working with Miriam and Madeline was an absolute pleasure. During my initial visit, I loved almost every dress Madeline helped me pick out! During my fitting I had a mini meltdown and the girls were so kind and patient and accommodating - and got me through it! Miriam is insanely talented - the alterations on my dress are perfect, shes like a Fairy Godmother, haha. I would recommend Bridals and More to any bride - I really enjoyed my time with these two.

I didnt get my dress through this company but I did have them alter it. The women who did my alterations was super sweet and did an amazing job. My dress was alittle tight before I brought it to her and she was able to take it out an inch which on the day of the wedding it was perfect! Would recommend them again!

I had experience at Bridals and More as both a bridesmaid and a bride. Both experiences were nothing less than exceptional. After I purchased my bridesmaid dress from them and had the alterations done there, I immediately knew that I wanted to go there for my own big day. Miriam and Madelin treated my mother and me like family, and were very supportive. They didnt try to push any sales on me, and were so patient with me as I made my decision on which dress I wanted. I found my dream wedding dress there while still staying in my budget! They did such a wonderful job with the alterations, keeping my dream in mind and making it come to life. I also described to them what I envisioned for my veil, again keeping my budget in mind. We found two veils that happened to both be on sale there and went with my dress perfectly. Miriam was able to sew them together to make the perfect veil that I wanted. They also knew which accessories would go well with my dress. I brought in some of my own jewelry that I was trying to decide what I would wear for my wedding day and they gave their expert opinion. Any of my friends that are getting married will get a referral to Bridals and More from me!

We had shopped several bridal stores prior to going to Bridals and more. They are by far the best!! Selection was great, service was great and very helpful and sweet. Great selection, even for plus size brides. Madelin made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, and knew what would look good on me even when I didnt. Im glad she got me to try something out of my comfort zone - I ended up loving it. Great shop and great people.

The ladies here are so sweet!! They took me as a walk in and made me very comfortable in the dressing room. They have gorgeous gowns to choose from including a sale rack. Their bridal room is separate from the rest of the store and I loved the privacy. Great experience!!

Having only a few months until I was getting married and not being able to find a dress anywhere that I was really in love with, Bridals & more went the extra mile in every way possible. I had a few different styles in mind, but with the wedding fast-approaching and some dresses not being able to order in time, they first had me try on every style that I liked to narrow down which style I loved the most. That way we only spent time looking at dresses that were guaranteed to be delivered to their boutique in time for the wedding. This helped tremendously not only for picking out the perfect dress, but also saved so much time! The dress we found was perfect and their help was so invaluable!!! While Madelyn & Miriam run the friendliest and kindest of all the bridal stores that I stepped into in the Jacksonville area, my overall dissatisfaction is still haunting me. Madelyn went to bat for me with the dress designer and got them to send me my absolute dream dress; naturally the rush fees and strap design changes made it cost more, but I felt it was worth it.However, when it came in, there were still some alterations that needed to be done...this is where I will say I am still stomach in knots upset. I have pictures of me in my dream dress when it came in and pictures of the dress from my wedding... only two weeks apart. I didnt have the heart to tell them my dream dress was ruined, but ultimately, when I came back to pick it up three days before our wedding the only thing I could think is that the alterations must have been hurried...The dress front was missing parts of the eyelet lace because it had been cut too much and the dress back was missing almost ALL of the beautiful lace that made me originally fall in love with it. I knew upon trying it on that three days out was too late to add back all of the lace that had been cut off. I left the store and immediately began bawling. I know that our wedding was just as beautiful as I had dreamed, but I still feel the dress was ruined. For all the money we spent on the dress, the extra design change, and the alterations, it just wont stop upsetting me. More important than the money, I still feel like I had to wear a dress that wasnt my dress. We had ordered the dress in January for a June wedding...so this wasnt a last minute ordeal. Two further complaints are that when I went to pick up the dress, I was told that they didnt have the dress bag my dress came in and that I had to buy a dress bag... so $16.05 later, I bought a cheesy bag worse than the free dress bag Dillards will give you for purchasing a $100 dress. Lastly, after only two hours of wearing the dress, my matron of honor went to bustle my dress, only to find that two of the buttons fell out immediately. Thankfully, my mom had a sewing kit handy and can sew buttons. The fact that I am currently staring at pictures of the way the dress was when it came in vice what it became, and that it still turns my stomach and makes me cry, I cant explain... its why I felt the need to share my review.

I had the absolute pleasure of getting my dress from there for my wedding in December 2016. As with any bride, alterations have to be made. She did a beautiful job showing me what the end result would look like, and it exceeded my very high expectations. Highly recommend Bridals & More.

I had the greatest experience here! They are extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to find my dream dress on the third dress I tried on. They have a GREAT selection and AWESOME prices. My dress was on clearance and fit me perfectly. There were only two minor alterations to make, which were done perfectly. At my fitting nearly two months later, they remembered me and shared in our special moment. I am so glad to have found them after visiting on a whim! I would recommend to anyone!

I went to Miriam with a dress crisis the week before my wedding. A different seamstress ruined my dress and it didnt fit. She was able to fix my dress within a few days and it was perfect. Excellent workmanship! I did pay quite a bit, but with it being done so quickly and the intricacy of the dress, it was around average for any decent seamstress.

Ive had alterations done on both a bridesmaid dress (which did not fit me at all to start with) and my wedding dress. The seamstress (Miriam) is very sweet and quick! She can tell right away what needs to be fixed. Both times they made sure to have the dresses finished well before the weddings. I think I picked up the bridesmaid dress a couple weeks beforehand, and my wedding dress (which required minimal work) was done after two fittings in less than a month, so it was completely ready two months before the wedding.Not only did they do the work quickly, both dresses fit me perfectly at the end. Miriam was kind enough to not even charge me for the second wedding dress fitting since we had missed a small bit the first time around.Overall, I was pleasantly surprised at how kind, thorough, and inexpensive their service was. Definitely worth trying Bridals and More first!

I needed alterations for my wedding dress! And I decided to get it done here based off of reviews and I am so glad that I did!! My dress needed the length hemmed, the top taken in and a bustle added.the seamstress is so sweet and made me feel very confident about my alterations after my first encounter with her. The bustle looks so amazing, my dress fits perfectly and looks even better than I had hoped. Though I did not buy my dress from this shop, I would definitely recommend that you go there for yourself, they have a wide variety of dresses and jelwrey. So happy with the customer service that I recieved from this shop. Thank you!!!

LOOK NO RECIENT REVIEWS!!!Very Disappointed!!!!Found a beautiful First Holy Communion dress that I was told was on sale. Yeah! Staff was nice.After TWO alterations and TWO fittings, I pick up dress.Now the dress has a pencil mark on the back. I have photos from first two fittings, no marks anywhere!!!I now have to have it dry cleaned at my expense. No offer to cover dry cleaning expense or refund.BEWARE.

DO NOT BE FOOLED. This business has provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced; however, not on the surface. When looking for a wedding gown with my friend the staff acted normally and were helpful to show her the dresses they had. The seamstress there informed us of her years of experience. The dresses there were out of our price range and she decided to buy from a different store. The employees had been nice at first so we decided to get an estimate for alterations to give them some business. As soon as they learned we were not going to buy a dress from them the woman at the front counter could hardly give us the time of day! The seamstress was beyond rude and gave us ridiculous estimates. The zipper on the back of the dress needed a new head but worked fine up and down. She quoted $150! She explained that she would need to take the entire back apart and replace all the lace, take off all the buttons, and the entire zipper back. I informed her that, that was not true the buttons were fake show buttons that were completely separate and the zipper worked fine it only needed the handle. She looked at me with the worst attitude and said, Do you know how to sew? I dont think so!. We left as quickly as possible, went to a department store bought a two dollar zipper head, and now surprise surprise it works just fine. TWO DOLLARS! I am so disappointed at the fake front these employees put on as well as evidently scamming people they assume cant sew, which I can, for $148 cheaper! I will never recommend it to anyone. This store should have been thankful we attempted to give them any business at all with the alterations.

I only wish that I could have another wedding so that I could work with Miriam again! They will tell you when you go in there that they treat everyone like family and thats exactly how I felt. Theres no pushiness here just the support and care that you need when making such a big decision. Not only did I find the my dress there well within my budget, but Miriam did such an amazing job on the alterations. She really listened to what I said and altered my dress exactly the way I envisioned. You wont find a better place or sweeter people to work with during what is supposed to be the happiest time of your life. I would recommend them to everyone.

Where to begin? Miriam is a LIFESAVER. I originally took my dress to a different shop to get altered and it was done so poorly it was almost irreparable. I found Bridals and More on The Knot and based on the amazing reviews I brought my dress in. I was on the verge of tears explaining what happened and Miriam put me at ease right away. She repaired my dress and made suggestions about different ways to alter it to make it perfectly fit me (bust inserts, lining the top with a rubber strip to keep me from pulling it up all night) I could tell she knew what she was doing. I picked my dress up this week just in time for my wedding next weekend and its better than I imagined! I could not recommend Bridals and More enough!

I went to Bridals and More 2 months prior to my wedding. I had falled for the pressure of a dress on sale at Michaels Formalware in the town center. I was not able to return the dress to Michaels and I became so dissapointed with the impulse buy. I finally decided to look at some other dresses at Bridals and More and I found the perfect dress. Bridals and More treats you like a bride! Theyre very reliable and the seamstress works miracles! With my wedding only 2 months away I bought one of the dresses they had in the store. She was able to remove the attached belt and put more fabric under it to make my dress LONGER (I am 511). If you want to be treated one of thousands of teenagers going to prom then go to Michaels formalware. If you want to be treated like a priority and a bride- go to Bridals and More.
