The customer service at tire outlet on Beach was outstanding! I will definitely be back. Danny, our service and customer service representative was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He did what he said he was going to do, which was to contact me to give me an update and options as to what services I wanted . I will highly recommend, and as I stated, I will return. I had a good review up but recently my wife had a bad experience with a 2 hour sitting time for an oil change. I wrote it off as a bad day but I went back & experienced the same thing. Spent 2.5 hours in the store.

I called Tire Outlet about 3:00pm on a Sarurday and they close at 5:00pm. I live about 6 minutes from the store. I arrived about 3:10pm and I drive out with 4 new tires and an alignment at 5:06pm. They were absolutely great.

This is hands down the best shop I’ve been to. Andy is phenomenal and always helpful and the staff does an excellent job 🙌🏼 🤩

One of my tires was leaking and I was excited to find this place with so many good reviews! I’m not sure why my experience was so different from other reviewers. I dropped my car off mid-day on a Friday (without an appointment) and was excited to hear that they would be able to get the car back to me by the end of the day. I heard nothing from them Friday and had to call three times to get a response on Monday and the same pattern continued for all of Tuesday and Wednesday (though I did receive some scattered text messages). It seemed that they spent a little bit of time on my car each day but we’re not actually making an effort to do any work or communicate with me about its return. By the end of Wednesday, I asked that they just stop work and allow me to pick it up first thing in the morning Thursday. All of a sudden, my car became a priority and I was told the two tires that needed to be replaced could now be replaced by Thursday morning. After almost a week without my car, I was finally able to pick it up with two new tires. Both the passenger and driver’s sides of my car interior were dirty and both of the tires that were put on were 10 PSI overfilled. While they do have great prices and kind management, I will not be returning.

I needed brake work and was referred to the Tire Outlet. It was easy to get an appointment online. I arrived early but no problem, Andy took good care of me and got my car right in. They did an inspection the shared the results with recommendations and cost. It took awhile but I had space to spread out my books and do my homework. In a couple of hours it was done. The cost was very reasonable and I could tell the difference immediately. I highly recommend TO on Beach Blvd and will continue to use them as they have an extensive list of services too. Needed to install 4 new tires and other work on the car, but the additional work was not necessary nor needed, other shops would have charged you regardless, but this shop is honest and i love the work they do/did! The Affirm payment method was very helpful. Tire install was nicely under 1.5 hours as well. Great prices. Two wheels were slightly scuffed though. Had I not be painting them afterward, itd be more of an issue.

This place was excellent. I liked it and I felt very confident in taking my vehicle to this place before and I always recommended it. but a while ago this place is not the same, a lot of disorganization and they do not repair your vehicles.

Excellent service and the BEST priced tires in all of Jacksonville (at least by 30%). I took my Ford Escape that has 127,000 miles on it to get tires and brakes and it drives like new! I want to thank Sean for being very upfront and honest!Tire Outlet provides great customer service and they are very trustworthy and honest. I went in today because I had a nail in my tire, but come to find out, the nail did not go all the way through my tires. They simply took it out, and no patch was needed (less than 10 minutes).I could only imagine if I went elsewhere, I probably would’ve been charged for a patch without my knowledge.I highly recommend this place 🔥

The person I spoke to on the phone when making my appointment was really nice and super helpful. My appointment was at 12. I needed 4 new tires on my car. When I went in, the person at the front desk was really nice. Told me that it would be 45 minutes to an hour for my car to be finished. Around 12:45, my car was ready. Out of all of the car repair/tire shops I’ve been to, this has been one of the best. I’d usually to wait a few hours for something small.

Prompt and courteous. Prices clearly given prior to work. Seems thorough in vehicle inspection (noting outed light). Was referred by my (major jobs) mechanics at S&S Custom Exhaust and Automotive.On a return visit for routine maintenance, which included an alignment, they reminded me that the alignment was still on warranty. Other services were also free, due to needed repairs by my regular mechanic, prior to completing the alignment.Its nice to find businesses that care; they do!

Great and quick service. I was experiencing issues with my car. I was able to bring in my car that afternoon and the repairs were completed by that evening. My car is running as smoothly as the day that I bought it. I would definitely recommend them.

Great place to take your car. The guys in the front office are knowledgeable and you can hear them discussing with other customers everything they’re going to look at before service and explain what they find as they’re going through. No scare tactics to get you to agree to service or parts like a lot of places do.

I scheduled my appointment for Saturday morning and then arrived 10 minutes early and was greeted with a warm welcome. It was a beautiful day so I got to sit outside by the flag and enjoy the weather while my car was being worked on. I was so delighted with the tire service that I received I also had my car serviced. When I receive my bill I was delighted with the pricing and impressed with the excellent service.

Extremely unorganized. Made an appointment Tony the manager gave me a price for brake job.I arranged a ride and made my day around the appointment. When I showed up he had no idea about the appointment that he himself made. Tony gave me a higher price then he originally gave me. He didn’t seem like he had his stuff together.I’d confirm confirm confirm if I were to go here.I ended up taking my business elsewhere that was more organized and didn’t make me waste my Saturday morning.

My price for a nail in the tire went from non repairable $300 at the dealership to free for a patch here at Tireoutlet! They really made my day. Excellent customer service and came through at a time that I really needed them. Thank you Andy!

The team at the store was very unorganized. I was having one tire replaced, but they could not find me in the system. After they located my appointment, they could not locate the tire I had purchased. I waited in the store, but no one bothered to tell me that they could not find the new tire. I eventually asked about the status of my car, and that is when they shared they could not find the tire. I guess no one was going to do anything if I had not inquired. They ultimately found the tire but then could not find my car key. The staff was running around in circles like they had no clue. I asked to have a different tire repaired (slow leak), and that did not happen. They left grease stains inside my car. When I arrived, I asked how long the process would take, and they said approximately 1 hour. Well, 2.5 hours later, I left. Never again. That was my last trip to this establishment. If you want to be stressed, aggravated, and not communicated with, then this store might be a good option. Otherwise, RUN. I absolutely do not recommend them. It was very clear that there are no firm processes in place that add value to the customer.

Called because the ac in my car was not working properly and they were able to get me in same day to diagnose it. They gave me the price up front so I wasnt surprised with a price after the service. Were able to explain the issue in terms someone who doesnt work on cars would understand. Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible service. Left white residue all over 4x new tires and rims. Balance is off and now the vehicle pulls hard to the right over 60 mph. Ive posted photos of my tires.When I asked about the residue, the hard pulling and the balance they made me wait another 3 hours and then didnt fix the problem. Its awesome too because this is our family vehicle which takes our 18 month old daughter to her appointments.If youre someone with a car, truck or vehicle who doesnt want to have their vehicle messed up, I would recommend going elsewhere. It could be you whos next.

I will leave a later review on my tires, but my experience with tire outlet was great! I bought my set of tires yesterday morning and they were able to install this morning, I love how the website is laid out and gives you ALL of the fees and you can purchase online. I was originally looking at discount tire and after all of the charges, they were going to charge me $890 to have 4 tires installed, my purchase with tire outlet was $300 cheaper... I was out the door in an hour including them test driving my car to make sure the tires were riding properly; these guys are very professional and I will be back!

I live in an area around a lot of construction and let’s just say I’ve had my fair share of flat tires. These guys have always been beyond helpful and extremely motivated to help. Cannot recommend them enough.

I spoke with Justin first. He was very friendly and professional. He didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. I wasn’t able to get in until Saturday because of my schedule. I found out Justin was a manager trainee and was at another store. I spoke with Andy who is the manager at the Beach blvd store. Justin had filled him in on what I needed. Andy was just as friendly and professional as Justin. I was having work done on my moms truck. She is 86. Andy didn’t try to take advantage of her or myself. I’ve been a nurse for 40 years and I have been saddened by how many people have tried to take advantage of my mom. That’s the only reason I mentioned it. I only gave 4 stars because I believe there is always room for improvement. They are pretty close. I hope they will continue to be friendly and professional. I will use them again.KP

Amazing place, worth the wait, they actually care for their business and the client, im not the type of person to go give feedback to places, and if u see me here is totally worth your time, i went there twice, first time it wasnt even as a client i went there for then to help me remove super tie lug nuts of my bimmer, every place of gave me and excuse that is custom wheels and nuts, they didnt, and they were super carefull, at that moment they earn a new client, 2nd time went there was for a punture on the tire of my SUV, and the nail was in a risky situation and they actually make it work, im def goin to keep working with this guys, thanks.

Great customer service. Had a damaged tire that couldn’t be repaired, and they ordered a tire for me on the spot that came the same day, and got my car well before closing time.

They always get me taken care of as fast as possible. I called them at closing time on Friday to tell them I had a flat the needed replaced and Saturday morning they had my new tire in and mounted.

I had an appointment and still waited 3 hours for a oil change. Seen a customer come in with a child in which she arrived 2 hours after me and her vehicle was ready before mine. Although they did give me $20 off my total bill, I was told that they put my vehicle off because they thought I left, after I told them I was going to wait on my vehicle ( Now I’m legit in the waiting area).Getting straight off work to get there early and having to wait to have only 3 hours to sleep before heading in to another 12 hr shift this was a bad experience for someone who is a first time customer. I wish I could give 0 stars, I will not be back. I hope this does not happen to another customer

Even though I didnt have an appointment, I was able to call ahead, get in within an hour, had my new tires mounted, and out another hour. Friendly service, too.

I had texted them to set up an appointment for a tire alignment and they were quick and friendly with their responses. I had to reschedule and they were able to work with me with no issues. I was in and out of there in less than an hour.

Got talking with Andy, and he was able to go out of his way to get me the exact tires I was interested in last minute on a Saturday after I picked up a nail in one of my rears. I was already due for 2 fronts, so it made sense to buy a new set all together.I rely on my car for my business and these guys play no games. Sean is definitely an old-school dude with excellent customer service and attention to detail. He definitely knows what hes talking about and if he does not have an answer he takes the time to research any problem to see if he can figure it out. I ordered 4 new tires from tire rack and had them delivered to tire outlet for the installation process. Everything from the first point of contact over the phone to the final handshake after payment was very professional and friendly. I decided to pay a little extra and elected to have my tires road force balanced, I was not familiar with the process in which they do this so I was very curious as to how its done. The assistant manager (very sorry but forgot name) could tell I was interested in knowing how it worked and the difference between the traditional way and road forcing so he offered to show me while they were installing my tires, he showed me the machine and explained everything about it and why it was a much more effective/efficient way of balancing tires (Im a believer in this method now myself because my car has never driven smoother than it does now). I now understand why these folks at Tire Outlet were so highly rated and recommended, if you need tires or other basic/routine automotive work done to your vehicle I would highly recommend giving these folks your business.
