Tom and the whole crew over at Tire Outlet (Jax Port) are amazing. A couple weeks ago, I ran over some debris on Dames Point and punctured both my performance tire and 20 inch Giovanna Rim. I stopped by there immediately and consulted with Tom on a solution. Fast forward to today, I received the replacement custom rim and tire separately from an online vendor (very complex process; this was not Tire Outlet) and they were able to squeeze me in on a super tight schedule and get the tire mounted and rim balanced to the needs of my BMW. Now I’m back to driving smoothly on perfectly balanced and worry free from any issues with loose rims etc. They crossed every t and dotted every i ! Thanks again to all of you and I will definitely be back for any maintenance needs I need.

Yesterday I took my car to these guys. One it’s refreshing to walk in and be greeted as if they are happy to see you. Went for oil change and possibly service if required for the mileage. Had to get rear breaks attended also.They rotated tires and checked them( I had purchased the tires through them previously). They got things done in a timely manner. When I went back was again greeted like they happy to see me. Then out side by two other employees they wished me a good day. I walked away feeling valued as a customer. Tom was very helpful and didn’t try and sell me the most expensive tires. He answered my questions and help me devise a plan for purchasing 2 additional tires in the future. The service was quick and efficient. This is my go to place for tire!

We had a wonderful experience. Tom, the manager of the JAX Port location got our car immediately in for low air pressure. They repaired the tire quickly and gave us local directions to our hotel, bypassing I-95 traffic. We not only saved money but time as well. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely wonderful service! An unforeseen circumstance had me make an emergency stop at Tire Outlet where I met store manager Chris. I explained to Chris the problem that I was experiencing and without hesitation immediately sent one of his best guys Steven to assist me in correcting the problem with my gooseneck trailer. Steven came ready to work, prepared, with no questions asked and fixed the problem. Steven and Chris both displayed the definition of customer service and positive attitude towards helping others in need. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My visit to Tire Outlet on New Berlin Road was my first visit at have my Silverado serviced there.The staff did an excellent job at all levels from making an appointment, checking the vehicle in to notifying me when the vehicle was completed.The customer service that I experienced was very good.In these times of post-COVID, customer service seems to have been lost through COVID.When I arrived to pickup my vehicle, the staff advised me on everything that was addressed on my vehicle.Hats off to Tire Outlet for a great experience and I will return.

Tom Treanor (Service Writer) worked with me to select the correct tire for my intended driving (2019 Ram 1500 4X4) which is primarily road and some beach sand. I told Tom that I put a lot of highway miles on my truck and he recommended (I bought) a set that would provide long tread life - Yokohama Geolandar A/ GO 15s. I went ahead and got an alignment and wiper blades while there. Very Fair Pricing on everything! The ride is very smooth on highway and plenty of traction in soft beach sand (already tried it). I WILL be a returning customer!

We got a flat on the highway and had to stop here for a patch. Toms fantastic customer service made our day much better and allowed us to get to continue our trip without issue.

This place really is wonderful. I called this morning and asked about getting my tires rotated and balanced (because Im heading out of town Friday for another job while pulling my camper and I dont have a lot of time to get things done before I leave Friday). I dropped it off and with in an hour they called to let me know my truck was ready. I went and picked up my truck and dropped my Jeep off and had the same service done plus had them check the brakes he called me with in 15 minutes letting me know that I did in fact need brakes and I said yes replace them and with in an hour and half I had my Jeep back. It made me feel great and have a peace of mind while Im traveling.

Recently got a nail in my almost new tire on my almost new car....took it to the dealer and they recommended I just take it to a tire place to have repaired. We recently moved to the north side and I googled tire shops near me. Tire Outlet was very close and though I’d never heard of them I decided to shop locally and give them a try. I was not disappointed! I called Tom and he said they were very busy but to bring it in and he would see what they could do. Within 20 minutes my tire was fixed and I was on my way. Great job! When I do need new tires I will certainly visit Tom again!

I went to tireoutlet because I had a small hole in one of my tires. The manager and one of his associates looked at and it and within five minutes told me what the problem was. I had been to several tire shops before and none of them could find or locate the hole. But TIreoutlet not only found the issue but repaired it within minutes and I was out the door. The customer service here cannot be touched they are on a different level ! Our operations unfortunately had to move like 25 miles away from them and was so spoiled that when I went to another store I was very disappointed to say the least. When I have a big project or one that I know needs a special attention I still make the drive it’s worth it . Another plus these guys have cut estimates in half that I was quoted at other stores . I can’t tell you enough this is the best and most honest place you will ever do your business with !!!!

He blew a tire on the freeway. The next day we went to this location they have the tire in stock and changed it. While waiting they even made room for an oil change on my other car. Their selection of tires is second to none. I just replaced 6 heavy duty tires on a high capacity trailer. I called at 4:30 on Thursday and they had them Friday morning. At other places they would not have been available for two or three days. I pulled into the shop and they honestly look like a NASCAR pit crew bringing out floor jacks and had the tires off the vehicle in minutes and I was back on the road in 45 minutes total. That’s six tires changed in the new tires mounted and re-balanced in 45 minutes. That’s amazing! In my opinion there’s no other place to buy tires and received this kind of amazing service. Thank you

Very helpful and friendly went out of their way to find the right tires I needed and beat the other companies prices! They do extremely great work at a steady pace so they can get you in and with safe and quality work.Will I use them again of course will I recommend them Im doing it right now! They dont even know this but my family and I own Adkins Electric we have over a 100 company trucks and Ive been using the same company for the past 15 years or maybe longer and it seems like that company took advantage of us since we been with them for so long and started doing sloppy work raising prices because we trusted them enough where I wasnt getting quotes I went with one style Tire and I would get an invoice and go to write a purchase order and noticed the same Tire that I bought for the same style truck same brand same size charge me $35 more per tire! So I havent even talked to him about it but thats where my company trucks are fixing to go starting after January 12th! And were the ones who keep that other company in business just because their name has chief in it dont mean there the head honcho! So once again thank you and cant wait to do business with you and build a good working relationship where we can get Quality Tires and work done and you can prosper by gaining 95 to a hundred company trucks!
