I had some alignment cam pins missing causing a ton of problems to my front end. I drop my truck off before they closed and the next morning Big chief started on my truck and by 12 o’clock they called me and said my truck was ready for pick up. Needed a patch on a tire, took about an hour. Maybe 15 minutes to do actual job, waited for the rest of the time. Wasnt busy, and had to ask someone why nothing was being done. Service definitely isnt what it used to be.

I was in desperate need for 2 tires and I called the night before and they ordered the tires and they were available the next day. The service here is great but the communication can be better. They told me the night I ordered the tires to come in at 2 for install but when I called the next day that wasnt in the system. Also I had asked for a quote on rims which I never received. I was communicating with one lady through email who went on vacation. Then when I called another lady was suppose to get back with me but never did. But other than that their service is 5 stars. Communication is 3.

Been coming here for many years but quality of care for customers vehicles has gone down hill.They work quick and are affordable.. but apparently that comes at the expense of your car now.When they installed our new tires they scratched up our rims and lost one of our lug nuts.When going back for a rotation service they scratched our door.. which had just gotten out of the body shop 2 weeks before to be repainted.I think its time to look for a new place because this is honestly getting a little sad.

I had a very bad experience. I took my car to the one on Normandy for noise, tires and alignment when I go over speed bumps. The tech told me that it was upper control arms making the noise and I paid over two thousand dollars. After they fixed the control arms they came up with i needed struts in another year so I said okay. I left with my vehicle still had the noise but then both sides. They told they would correct it for free so I took it back they came up with I needed lower control arms and struts trying to get 2,800 dollars out of me. The guy Reed is not a great customer service guy. I asked for recordings of the calls because he then tried to tell me I originally came in for tires and alignment. He said that he have the recording and I can hear it but yet to to let me hear it saying it months ago but it was not even days ago lying in my face. I will never go back there and I was a loyal customer.

I had tried the store on Dunn they were rude and I left to go to Pepboys. Then this tire store Kings Tire told me to try the Normandy store. To my surprise the best customer service ever. Thank you very much for everything it was awesome doing business with your store.

First time didnt get fast service rep was rude

I have a 88 S-10 and I replaced the steering rack. Upper and lower control arms with new ball joints, springs and shocks. Took it here and the mechanic told me everything that was wrong with it. One ball joint was too loose and I need to repack bearings. This check was free. I fixed or replaced everything myself. I like that the mechanic will talk to you. Just picked it up with the new tires they price matched off internet. I would recommend Big Chief, everyone was polite and professional. Thanks for the assist.

If I could give them no stars I would. Took my truck there to have front end work - alignment was still off - took it to the dealership and they said they didn’t even replace the parts. I took it BACK AGAIN - they “changed the parts” - took it BACK to the dealership and they said they STILL didn’t change them. 900$ to big chief for work they didn’t do and then would only refund me for parts... not labor. $1350 to the dealership for work that was already supposed to be done by Big Chief. UNACCEPTABLE!

I ordered an oil change and air filter; however, the mechanic brought in the filter to show me that I didnt need a new one. I stopped in to have a screw removed from a tire. And I asked to rotate and balance since I was there and also check alignment. I dropped car off around 8:30 am they had it ready to go by 12:00, so I had time to make it to work by 2 pm. They are always very courteous and professional. Great job.

Worst experience EVER! Came here because my tire monitor sensor light was on, they told me it would take an hour. Caught a ride to go get food and came back an hour and a half later, still not done. Caught another ride to go home and check on my kids, came back an hour later still not done. This time I decided to stay up there and figure out why it was taking so long. The guy was replacing the wrong sensor. When I told him he ignored me and continued working with no success. I asked for my keys to leave because at this point none of my tire sensors were reading after whatever it was that they had done. The young lady at the front desk was very nice she apologized and ensured that they would fix it. I left my car there and 15 minutes later got a phone call saying that it was fixed. NEVER AGAIN will I take my car to this establishment.

I had a 1:00 appt for new tires and front end alignment. I waited in the waiting area...and waited...and waited. Finally at 3:40 I asked about my car. I was told they were just getting ready to start the alignment! I said, never mind! I couldn’t wait any longer as I had another appt at 4:00. I don’t have a problem with Big Chief other than their wait times are way too long for what I was having done. WITHOUT getting the alignment, I waited almost 3 hrs WITH an appt to get 3 tires installed!

The staff is helpful and friendly. They listened to me, checked my car and explained what they were going to do. They got the job done in a very reasonable time frame and I satisfied with the work and with what I was charged. I waited while the work was done and their waiting room was clean and comfortable. Everyone that came in while I was there was treated with respect. I would definitely recommend them.

I went down ther to the daggum BC (Big Chief) to get my friggin oil changed. Was concerned they’d replace the oil with water or maple syrup but naw they out that good good in there and my ol girl is purrin like a lion. First and foremost, the customer service was phenomenal! They are understanding and don’t make you feel any type of way when u have to reschedule for the 4th time. When u get in they are friendly. The guys that actually do the work on the cars are flipping awesome. They work so damn fast! I was expecting to be waiting for 1.5 hours. They had me out in like 50 min with paperwork and what needs to be taken care of next. I will say some of their services are a bit expensive. I’ll go for tires and wheel alignments all day.

I had an appointment at tire Kingdom. I arrived on time and tire Kingdom told me there would be a 45 minute wait and two hours for installation. I have work to do, so I left. I took a chance and stopped at big chief tire on NormandyBoulevard to see what they could do for me. I was met at the counter by the son of the owner. He fixed me right up, and I was out of there in less than an hour with four new tires. The price was lower than tire Kingdom too. I highly recommend Big chief tire.

I had the worst experience dealing with this shop for a very simple task (according to them) & I’ve dealt with plenty of wheel & tire places before. I dropped off a set of brand new wheels and tires with ZERO miles on them to be dismounted & was assured this would be a quick and easy job. I planned on having them mounted back on ASAP. But during the dismount the wheels were scratched & damage to the tires. LITTLE DID THEY TELL ME that the damage to the tires would make them unusable and I didn’t find out until I came back to have them mounted back on. They aren’t taking any responsibility for it. They’re saying “oh it’s a common thing with low profile tires”, when there was no word of this when the dismount happened only days prior. No reimbursements. No help on getting the tires replaced. Nothing. So a brand new set of Pirelli tires are now TRASHED due to their carelessness.

It took nearly 2 hours to get the work done, even though I had the appointment. Several times I walked out to the service bay to check on the progress. Service guys were standing around, talking, wasting time. No sense of urgency to get the job done quickly (for a customer waiting). It should not take this much time for an oil change. I am a regular customer. Hopefully service is better in the future. I would appreciate your comment.

I started going to Big Chief Tires about 6 months ago and recently went back for another issue. The are very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I personally do wish they would open back up on Saturdays, but do still recommend them nonetheless.

They communicate well and probably do exceptional work. My estimate on replacing ball joints and shocks was rt at 2k for a 2007 ford ranger. The price made it undoable with this company. They did offer financing but it seems excessive and I understand what the book and computer says should be charged. I wish them well but I will have to use somebody else. There price is excessive.
