Had a problem with pole system that broke. Rich and Brian went out of their way to make sure our issue was resolved and to offer some tips on how to better maintain the equipment going forward. Really appreciated the helpful attitude and excellent customer service!

WBU Jacksonville Beach has a friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Always there to help us and excellent products across the line. Jolene and Brian along with their team go out of their way to get what we need for our backyard environment. Once you go in and spend time discussing the seed products, etc. You will be hooked.

Great store for all your birding needs. We put up a bird feeder last summer and it took a while for the birds to show up after moving our feeders not only do we have cardinals Blue, Jays, finches and squirrels, but we have hours of fun watching our new neighbors enjoy thier new eats. Ive been wanting to come to Wild Birds Unlimited but because of covid I put it off. Today we made our way to the store at Jacksonville Beach and have since joined their fan club and came home with not only two new theaters. But lots of new food options for our neighborhood birds.

I knew I was going to spending more time in my backyard so I stopped by Wild Birds Unlimited to look at bird feeders. The employees were very friendly, explained the different types of bird houses, and did not try to pressure me into buying anything. The easy installation is a bonus. I have daily visits from Cardinals and I am very happy with my purchase.

This bird themed supply store is simply amazing. Lots of great stuff, and very curated with an eye for taste and style. Even though it was $12, I immediately bought this hand quilled robin card. When my friend received it, she was so pleased she framed and hung it.

The COVID-19 pandemic hasnt dampened the spirits of the staff, and the order-ahead system is great; our seed was brought to our car as soon as we parked and called to let them know we were here. Great people and great service. I also find the website easy to navigate and well-organized.

A bit pricey but great things that last. Dont like it take it back.

Simply the best place to buy food and supplies. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable about the types of birds that visit during migration and our year round friends as well. Again, they carry the very best in blended seeds to attract all types of birds.

I love Wild Birds Unlimited. They have helped me attract more birds and have bird seed that squirrels dont like. Their advice means I have 3 clutches of bluebirds every year!

The people here are awesome and so knowledgeable about the birds in my backyard. Especially as the seasons change and were seeing all the migratory birds coming through.

ANOTHER BROKEN FEEDER AND THE STORE REFUSES TO FIX IT.How many times must I bring back a bird feeder with a life time warranty to get fixed? After I was specifically told to bring it back by an employee, three weeks later they are now saying there is no warranty. Let your employees know the policies before I waste my time driving back and forth 45 miles. Ill find another store.
