Love shopping at Publix! Very helpful staff . Everyone is always so friendly. They are always very accommodating in whatever needs I have. Plus, it doesnt hurt that my son has worked there for over 20 years!😊

I go to Publix mostly on Wednesdays for their $5 sushi. It is really good. Aside from the sushi Publix is a great place to shop for all my grocery needs.

Nice clean Publix,I would use extreme caution when entering an exit the parking lot.staff is polite and helpful, if you need something from the deli I would consider ordering it online before arriving to the store. because the deli line takes a very long time..The Q lines are usually short and fast

We love to shop here. People are very nice and helpful. Just wish they would quit getting rid of things we like and increase sugar free products.

There around 9:00 in the morning I went in to buy some chicken for my sons birthday party. I asked for fresh cooked chicken and I wanted it cooked harder then the chicken that was in the warmer. Does your man tell me that you put in for the be cooked the way I wanted it. When I got home I noticed that the chicken still was the same as the other it was not cooked hard. By this time I didnt even want to deal with it. The cashier was wonderful the two ladies that was in line with me they made my morning. One lady even gave my son a $10 bill for his birthday and she didnt even know him. And if she see this post he said thank you.

The store is always great. I was very sick with Strep Throat and took in my prescription and they told me it would take 2 hours to fill it.....too sick to wait.

This location has 2 or 3 spots dedicated to grocery pickup and people often ignore the signs not to park there if youre not picking up 😑 Its annoying to say the least. However, the pickup process is awesome! The associates are always prompt and the items are always fresh!

The bakery has the freshest breads and desserts... The staff are always friendly and the their willingness to go out their way to provide you the best service is just the icing on the cake... The deli has the best sandwich meat.. Fresh Fruit bowls also...

Mainly I use the pharmacy in Publix, but occasionally I hit the health food provided by the bakery. They have the best health food available. Kidding about the health food part, bit their sweet treats are absolutely incredible. I do buy miscellaneous items from time to time when going to the pharmacy. I have never had a complaint towards Publix. Oh, and its the cleanest grocery store in Jacksonville.

Everything about the food is good. If you go to order online expect something to be wrong with your order. It happens every time almost. But they own up to it and actually give you the sandwich no charge.

I really like this Publix. I went in a day early to buy one of their specials. They gave it to me at the sale price. Also, their subs are of excellent quality.

Very clean. The deli is friendly and helpful. Anytime Ive ever needed help finding something the employees assisted with a smile. Ive even had a manager look up and order an item they didnt carry.

The subs that I bought there werent good. Great customer service. Great decor for the layout of the store. But the old one on 103rd street is far better hot food delincounter.

Publix is the cleanest best place to shop.i Only have one complaint they do not have enough specials and their prices are usually higher. I shop there regularly I see people who get $5 coupons all the time I never get any sent to me. I think they should be faithful to their loyal customers. I asked to be put on their address list.They said they did not do that anymore.

Love the Publix deli and bakery, but its alway a bit to crowed for me at this location. Parking lot here is the worst planned commercial building for this flow of traffic.But back to Publix..the produce holds up for a week if properly stored. The lines always move quickly here. The staff is always nice.

Usually love their fried chicken, but I picked up a box today and it was so salty nobody can eat more than a wing or two. Tried to call them and let them know, but I got hung up on. Tossing a whole box of chicken wings out because they are inedible.

The store is great, however, the parking lot is frustrating. One way in for all the stores and one slender way out that gets very backed up. I gave Publix 5 stars because the store is great with a great staff. If theres a way to rate the plaza parking lot it would be a 2. Please maker another entry/exit point.

Traffic is horrendous no matter what time you go. They truly have an awful parking lot setup.

This Publix has to get it together. Every single I time I come to get hot food there is never anybody working there. I have to wait 8 - 10 mins for someone to come. They have 3 people making subs, 3 in deli, and nobody serving the hot food. By the time they get over is is a line. It’s crazy, if you aren’t going to staff it then make it so we can serve ourselves!

Went in for the fried chicken along with everyone else on the Westside. Got skipped and the man servicing the hot area saw her do it and didnt correct her. I was in my work uniform so neither did I. This lady is asking him for the rest of the potato wedges. He gives them to her and she starts eating them right there still standing in front of me and holding up the line. Stone, you should of told that lady where the line started and wrapped the wedges before you gave them to her. On a good note, the food was delicious as usual. Yes I will be back!

I am rarely in line behind more than 1 or 2 ppl, unless during rush hours. They always have one express lane open and a 4 lane self-checkout section located directly in front of the exit, usually with no wait. Now it can get a little crazy during the after work rush, usually around 5:30-7:30 and a little busy during lunch hours. Regardless, all day long their parking lot is always 𝑝𝑎𝑐𝑘𝑒𝑑. They are pretty good about keeping their sale items stocked. They do have random covid shortages, which they no longer offer rain checks for.

The store was nice and clean. The people were so helpful. I especially wanted to thank Sue in the deli department. She was so patient and kind. She is a true asset to Publix. The young man and the lady who checked me out were also amazing.

Publix high as heck, but you can count on the quality to be great.

I dont even order from Publix delivery but apparently one of their contacted delivery people drop cakes watermelon at my front door!!! Bbrand new house just got built! Smh when I tell you bugs all over my front door/porch! All type of bugs! I dont know how long its been there ! I went to work at 4:30 a.m. and got off after 7:00 p.m. but looks like there was ice cream as well everything is melted everywhere smh!!. Publix you need to do better try calling your customers asking them how was their experience with the delivery ! If that was did you would know they didnt get the food!. P.s I called the bakery they had no idea that the customer didnt get the food smh 😡.

The Publix on Normandy is very difficult to get in and out of, so I stopped going. But one day I really wanted one of their subs, so I ordered online and used my lunch hour to pick it up. When I got home, I discovered half of the ingredients were missing. All it had was meat, cheese and pickles. I checked the slip that came with the sub and all items were listed, but not on the sub. How can you forget to add ingredients when the list is right in front of you. This store was much better and easier to get into when it was located on the other side of Normandy. Only 1 way in and 1 way out is ridiculous!

This is by far the best Publix in the area. The store, even before the pandemic, is always clean and the shelves well stocked.The bakery and deli section has a display of fresh foods. There is usually a line when I go; however, the wait to be served is always under five minutes.Customer service is also fast and extremely knowledgeable about the process of sending money internationally. Also, they are always friendly and ready to assist.The cashiers also move quickly and greet you upon checkout and always bid you farewell.This Publix is in a busy shopping strip so its always a bit congested but there is plenty of parking. It is not really conducive for an RV or travel trailer because the turn around would be a tad tight but if you get there fairly early you probably could swing it.I would recommend this Publix for grocery shopping, quick stops to purchase ready-made meals, salads and fruits, Western Union and Pharmacy needs and anything that they offer.

It takes a while to get prescriptions filled here and its always pretty busy but the employees are very friendly and the store is always very clean and well kept.

I stopped in just to pick up bakery items for my mother which is in nursing home. The ladies in bakery were very helpful.
